Good day!
This email is regarding credited zCoins into account.
Had placed the order in the first week of September by adding 7-8 items into her bin. Unfortunately the payment failed due to the bank server issue and at the same time her zCoins was (Rs.200) debited from her account.
Twice I had called the customer care number to get an update on zCoins and both times the executive requested to wait for 24-48 hrs. to get credited back in account. It might be delayed due to the ongoing sale. As requested by them, I waited for 4-5 days but still nothing was credited yet.
Today I got an update from customer care saying that zCoins can not be credited back because it is one time and for promotion use. I can agree on that! but if there is any transaction failure (technical issue from banking side), what can I do as a customer? Just let me know. There is nothing mentioned about zCoins return but I can see the below post on zCoins credit.
