Zivame — zcoins zero after failed transaction | |
I had rs.1004 worth zcoins in my zivame account which i had received as a refund when i had returned one of my earlier purchases. Today, i tried to make a purchase in zivame, but unfortunately the transaction got cancelled as i entered incorrect password by mistake. Now i see that the zcoins balance has become zero. I have lost rs. 1004 by purchasing on zivame. Tried to contact them but there is no response. Either i need a refund of rs. 1004 or the zcoins back. Worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered a product on Zivame which I had to cancel almost immediately because of some wrong detail. They cancel and refund my money in form of zCoins for which I received an email. When I was reordering the same product, my account shows 0zCoins and when I call the customer care, nobody ever picks up. Their 1 star reviews on Play store are all about similar issues and I think I should have taken that as a warning sign to not shop from Zivame. Now I am out of 947rs and/or zCoins.
