Zivame — Zivame account hacked and lost 1331 zcoins

My Zivame account was hacked on 17th march 2022 and purchases were made using the Zcoins in the account by
Avani Ahir
ambica nagar, near Indian petrol pump,
nagalpar, Kachchh - 370110, Gujarat,
INDIA

I am unable to cancel the order and also loose the 1331 Zcoins present in my account. I want the order cancelled and the money refunded to my account.
