ORDER ID: [protected]

I had rejected the order as the order was bought for delivery in damaged condition. The delivery person called customer support and finally took the order back. I had also received a call from +[protected], where the lady informed me that the amount will be refunded within 3-4 days. However, I have received a mail stating that the order was cancelled and there will not be any refund, and even on the app the order status is mentioned as rejected, but further status says no refund as I cancelled the order.

Also, there is no customer support to raise the issue. Please let me know how I can contact to get this resolved.

Hope you don't expect that customers should just keep quite and accept whatever is delivered as I do not see any support numbers nor email ID to contact any support and the app does not have any open other than to ask "Why was my order cancelled"

    Hello Team,

    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while using the Zomato mobile application. They put big bold offers in their mobile application. I availed the buy 1 get 1 free offer for Ovenstory Pizza, selected one pizza, added it to the cart, and proceeded with the payment. However, I noticed an additional platform fee of Rs. 3, which, when questioned, Zomato attributed to government approval. Interestingly, I haven't observed a similar platform fee on Swiggy.

    The main concern arose when I received only one pizza, and upon inquiry, I was informed that I needed to add two pizzas to avail the offer. Unfortunately, this requirement was not communicated anywhere on the restaurant page or during the payment process. When I raised the issue, I was directed to read the FAQs and terms and conditions. I find it perplexing that Zomato charges an extra platform fee on its mobile application without explicitly notifying users about the offer conditions before accepting the payments.

    I suggested that Zomato implement a notification system, such as a pop-up message, prompting users to add an additional item for the ongoing offer. Despite providing this feedback, Zomato stated they couldn't compensate or provide an extra pizza. I reached out to Ovenstory, and they redirected me to Zomato, creating a frustrating loop.

    This incident not only wasted 1-2 hours of my time but, more importantly, left my family of four without enough food for the night. It's disappointing to note that this is not the first time I've faced such challenges with Zomato. I have proofs with screenshot of the offer, invoice and customer care chat message.

    Expecting a resolution and right justice on this issue which seems to be Fraudulent in nature and cheating the people.

      Unethical behaviour of delivery partner

      I have ordered food from sahara bakers restaurant on nov 12th 2023.

      After some time deliver agent called from a location which is 60m away from delivery address.

      The agent rejected the order
      Cause of he is unable to come and delivery the parcel, reason was the road was blocked by diwali crackers, i requested the agent please make it posible to deliver the parcel,

            I have ordered below mentioned food from Samrat Bakery Manesar through Zomato app on 9th Nov 2023 but actual qty. were found less:

            1. Red velvet cake 1kg- 900 Rs.
            2. Onion kachori 10 pcs.- 280 Rs.
            3. Samosa 12pcs.- 192

            But cake delivered was only 500gms i.e., 450Rs. only. After calling to restaurent they said that their person by mistake packed wrong cake. So they said to discuss this issue with Zomato but even zomato is not responding properly.

            Neither they replace the cake nor they refund my cake money.

              I order food from zomato and no call received from zomato even no one ring my bell, since my full address is mentioned and they cancel my order and denying to refund amount or reorder it.
              i get connect with pragati as customer care representative she even dont understand and stuck on same even on chat as well on call back.
              she said in 10-15 min my senior will connect with me but no one connected . really furstrating thing happen from zomato. we pay and they cut the whole amount with deliverying it.

              i was returned from night duty and not want to make food as i tiered and order from zomato but mi loose my money and no reordering done from zomato or refund initiated. it's look like whatever we have just order and leave amount in zomato pocket.

                            I have rented a electric bike from entoo on collaboration with zomato and I have given a safety deposit.
                            But now when I came to return the vehicle they are saying that they didn't received the rent from zomato so they cannot return my deposit amount of Rs2500.00
                            But zomato have already deducted the amount from my zomato pocket.

                              My name is Selvakumar I'm from coimbatore Tamilnadu I worked at Zomato more than 2years my FE I'd is -FE848262 This month( 17/10/2023 ) I'm going online on Zomato First I have received beach order to pizza Hut I accept go to restaurant Mark arrived and go to ask order details to restaurant person they say please wait some time then I said ok after 20 minutes they not give a food again I asked restaurant they said we have received any order our server issue then restaurant person takes picture of order details again they said please wait I'm said ok at tha time I worngly pick up the order immediately I call tha customer care explain tha issue I Worngly pick up the order customer care person says we can't revise back please wait for food ready and deliver the order I'm said ok then few minutes wait and ask to restaurant they said we have not received order till now restaurant person says we can't prepare your order with out we have receive order please call customer care cancel tha order then I'm call customer care explain tha order issue restaurant have not received order then customer care person confirm to restaurant after cancel the order of with out picking order and again I call customer care explain tha issue again I said please cancel tha order then customer care person confirm to restaurant then cancel tha order this order is i worngly picking order that time customer care person says sir you worng pick tha order we can't do anything this order cancel we Mark your side problem then customer care person cancel tha order after my I'd going to terminate I'm shocked immediately I call TL explain tha issue he check he say I'd terminated by legal security reason please give a mail to( legalsecurity) your side after that we can't do anything after I give a mail to legal security explain tha issue return i have received a mail your I'd terminated by due security concerns we can't activate your I'd again I mail to legal security they give a reply to same mail repeatly I call to TL they give mail can't activate your I'd he says sorry I can't do anything this is a issue
                              I'm worked at Zomato full time I'm not go anywhere till now and expat to activate my ID till now no use
                              Please help me to activate my ID back

                                  I have placed order for Dahisar with complete address. App picked my current location and delivery partner from kalyan got assigned. When I asked them to deliver at correct location, they cancelled my order and I am not getting refund for same.

                                      I had ordered a Big Solo burger meal and french fries from Easybites By Empire. But my order was never delivered and the customer service of Zomato keeps telling me that my order is being packed. I tried to call the delivery agent, but he is not answering my call and not replying to my messages. It has been 3 hours since i have put the ordered but there has been no response from zomato and no contact can be made with the customer service.
