On Sunday at 10:30 pm, I have registered for Zomato DP (Delivery partner) [Zomato ID FE1593014] in the hope of earning some income. I am Prathamesh Kulkarni 19 yrs old, College student, I have completed all the application processes, submitted all the documents, even paid 1200 onboarding fees. Even completed their in-app training. Still my Id is not activated yet and showing Backgroud Verification failed and your ID is blocked and there is no option for raising any tickets or to talk with customer support.

      Payment failed, but no refund received

      I ordered cake from zomato 7 days back for ₹623.50 and during transaction, my payment got failed but money was deducted from my bank account. I approached the complaint service, and received a mail saying that refund will be provided soon, but even after 7 days, I still haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and help me get my refund. Thank you.

      New Zomato policy fraud

      Zomato’s new trick to fool people without giving the order for free once it’s a late delivery.

      1. Order your food. You will get a delivery time. Either the order is delivered by that time or it’s FREE.

      2. The delivery time is passed. Now Zomato won’t deliver it. That is because, if it delivers, then they need to refund that amount.

      3. So what they will do is they will not deliver and hence...

      I'm not able to long in for zomato delivery my ID was FE1541455 and I ah e spend 1000 of rupees for these but they suspended my ID please active my ID

I hv already created my ac nd paid fee too.But i have a paper driving license nd on zomato portal my license is not uploading nd saying invalid...thats y m id is pending ...i have already paid amount in zomato for joining

              I tried to place an order on 9.12.2021 through the zomato app. The amount of Rs. 118 got debited from my account but still the order wasn't placed. When I mailed them asking for the refund of my money they told me to wait for 48 hrs for the refund to be processed automatically. Even after 3 days I haven't received the refund yet.

              I want Zomato to provide me the complete refund of my amount to my payment source ASAP.

                    Hi,
                    I have placed an order through Zomato Order no: p[protected], placed order for Classic corn and cheese pizza with Mushroom toppings in 2 quantity, however, received only one quantity. Did contact support through chat and was informed will receive a replacement for the order on Dec 11, 2021 6:00pm and there was no replacement order was placed as agent confirmed on the chat. No help was offered when contacted support again. Please do needful.

                    agent has promised for a replacement order scheduled for December 11, 2021, 6:00pm, however, when i contacted Zomato they are denying the fact of order for replacement.

                                I have ordered gajar ka halwa from chaudhry Gohan jalebi restaurant.That contained hairs in it.so I have complaint about it with zomatao and they agreed to initiate promo ideas of 622 rules in my account but till now it is been 8 days waiting for promocode and also they make false promises and cheat the customers online .I request you to kindly take strict action against them.i have all the recordings and screenshots of the chats .Also please find below my order ID

                                    I registered and completed the trained and next day I tried go online to start my work for the first time.. at that time it's showing account is suspended due to bgv failed... If this is the problem then why are you taking money before this.. very bad experience .. you should ask for money after completing all the process .. now see it's been two days no response still account is terminated not even did a single trip.
