Hi,
I have placed an order through Zomato Order no: p[protected], placed order for Classic corn and cheese pizza with Mushroom toppings in 2 quantity, however, received only one quantity. Did contact support through chat and was informed will receive a replacement for the order on Dec 11, 2021 6:00pm and there was no replacement order was placed as agent confirmed on the chat. No help was offered when contacted support again. Please do needful.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Yeshwanth009 agent has promised for a replacement order scheduled for December 11, 2021, 6:00pm, however, when i contacted Zomato they are denying the fact of order for replacement.
