I ordered some food on 08/09/2021 in the early morning after night shift and waited for more than 2 hours and went to sleep. Woke up and checked to see if they had called or refund has been given but nothing happened. I contacted the customer care, they said the delivery person called and I did not pick up. I once again went through my phone and no phone record is found. How can they simply tell they called and not deliver food and have the audacity to tell to me they won't give refund for my carelessness. Again I ordered food on 24/09/2021 and got the wrong food. I ordered Schezwan chicken rice but got egg rice (attached photo). They said they will take it up with the restaurant and no refund is possible.

    I have pro member ship and I am frequent user
    But very disappointed for regarding refund.

    ZOMATO support executive was commit refund of rupees 1100 for promotion or 600 cash refund but only 145 cash was send my ZOMATO.
    Very bad service

        From about last 6 months, whenever I try to apply promocode while ordering from Zomato, it shows that *promocode are not applicable on this order* for every order.

          I ordered 3 plates of special shawarma from the shawarma spot through zomato.[protected]

          I received my order which was delivered by a delivery boy Yasar he delivered the food and he went

          Once I open the food pack I could see that only two plates of shawarma which was there and I check my order details once again we're there it shows three plates and I received two.

          So I called the delivery boy and ask about the food which contains one less he told that to call the shop people so I tried to call them, unfortunately, they didn't pick my call

          So I raised this issue to the support team immediately telling them that the food was not up to the mark and also about my missing one plate of shawarma which cost (209)per plate,
          Which was handled by an associate Upender
          He took much time and just told me that “We understand that your food was not upto the mark. Food preparation is solely handled by the restaurant. Sorry, but we will not be able to issue a refund. We recommend you directly call and speak with the restaurant and share this feedback with them. Thank you for your feedback. Have a good day.”

          Which is not the proper solution for me

          I am not asking for a full refund I just need my 209 rupees which cost for one plate of shawarma which I didn't receive it.
          Kindly consider this issue and provide me with a proper solution.

            I ordered on[protected] for cheese tomato worth rupees 195.01, it showed payment inxomplete but charges deducted from bank account, nothing received. Prder was from silver orchid. I am from ambala, haryana. My regd mob no. is [protected]. Plz d something urgently otherwise being a lawyer, i am gonna sue the company.

              Hi from last three days i ordered food by mistake and i request the customer care to refund my money and every day some one is answer me by is ok and someone will contact you by mail in 24 hours and 3 days in 24 hours finish and i didn't recieve the email or the money so please any one can help me in that actually the customer care is very bad in support is not given me as conversation to talk just answer me as message and his ending the chat without give me chance to talk

                I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes have been disabled permanently due to suspicious activity... I am not able to understand what it is about...

                Please look into this issue as soon as possible and try to resolve it..

                    I ordered food on Zomato on 26/08/2021 for Rs.109.42 using a Debit Card. The money got deducted immediately from my account but Zomato says payment was incomplete and the order was not processed further. I have attached the screenshot of the order and transaction details. While Communication Zomato People to Contact the Bank. Bank Said Amount is debited by reference no: POS:ZOMATO/110019/[protected]. I want a refund for the amount deducted from my account and also let me know when it will be processed.

                      Hi,
                      I recently have started a new business in my hometown, i tried to partnership with team zomato. But representative of team zomato had been ignoring my calls. Earlier he promised me to collect all the documents for partnership within 10 days, but i still haven't heard anything and when i do call him he hangs up, his contact no: [protected]. Need action ASAP

                            2 days back I raised complaint against an order from Bawarchi in which I got delivered completely wrong items. Your team said they will get back to me with the solution but still now there is no response. Arrange your call from your management as soon as possible. It's already been 48 hours and still no response. I need complete refund.

                              I have ordered one meal and two sambar podi/power in subbaiah hotel, Hyderabad. But I received one meal and two sambar rice.
                              I ordered sambar podi for future use in my kitchen.
                              But, Zomato not at all taking responsibility to my issue. I paid money for Zomato, but they are skipping my issue and asking me to write a feedback to restaurant portal.
                              Which it's not correct.
                              Please help me out my issue.
                              I spoke with Priya and Ravi, they are very irresponsible to provide the service and my issue.

                                My order was from Dose Waala Restaurant, Khanpur.

                                Restaurant is saying that they gave whole ordered items but one item was missing (Honey Chilli Potato) and zomato rider (Vasim Khan) admitted the mistake and assured me that he will bring the missing item on his own ASAP.

                                But after more than one hour, neither he is not picking up the phone nor brought the missing item.

                                  My paytm amount debited twice for zomato. i dont have zomato account and i did not place any order . no opt received and only debit sms. zomato and paytm both are not helping and giving lame excuses. the amount in paytm is just not secure and zomato is again a rubbish app. i need my refund and who placed the order. please help me its a serious concern for each one o[censored]s and can happen with anyone.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I am myself Arunkumar ([protected]) ordered food in zomato for my breakfast however hotel person called me and said it will take more than half an hour to prepare the food. Again i received a call from call center person to cancel the order and he was very rude with me to cancel the order. I am highly disappointed with the call center person behavior. Request you to take a necessary action against the call center executive.
