I ordered food on Zomato on 26/08/2021 for Rs.109.42 using a Debit Card. The money got deducted immediately from my account but Zomato says payment was incomplete and the order was not processed further. I have attached the screenshot of the order and transaction details. While Communication Zomato People to Contact the Bank. Bank Said Amount is debited by reference no: POS:ZOMATO/110019/[protected]. I want a refund for the amount deducted from my account and also let me know when it will be processed.
