Zomato order id-ID-[protected]

I had placed the order for Butter scotch Ice cream 4.5 Lts.

But i had received only Vannilla

Order placed in zomato received from Aavin Junction.
As we could not contact zomato through phone i had mailed them my complaint.
for that they just apoligised and saying that they cant refund my Money.

If they are not having the product they should inform the customer instead why to change the flovour which is very less rate and send it to us, without even consulting with the customers.

I need them to Refund my money.

I had enclosed the Photos and also the order details.
Hope you will take necessary action and do the needfull

Hope you will take sever34e action against this Zomato. They are not supporting the customers. Cheating the customers and saying that they cant refund the amount. Just whats is the use of their apology???? Ask them to Refund the money.
Are take necessary action against them

      I regularly order from zomato and many a times I get bad food or spilled food or food that is not even half in quantity and on complaining they give me either a petty sum as promo code or they say they can’t help. Last I ordered from The Yellow Straw and the food came half, I paid 521.24 and got a promo code for 200 only. This is cheating and looting

        I ordered a fruit salad with jelly and ice cream on 17/10/2011 from corner house jayanagar, Bangalore using Zomato- Order no: [protected]

        I received only jelly with ice cream and cream. The menu clearly shows under fruit salad section - jelly with ice cream and cream (attached). I complained on the app for which they replied that they confirmed with the restaurant parter and confirmed that the correct item was delivered. I want to escalate my issue as i am being denied a refund.

        Though its a small amount, the company does not understand that the customer has been wronged and denies me a refund. This is unacceptable.

        I have sent them picture of the menu where the item i ordered can be clearly seen.

          Zomato is charging higher than the prices mentioned on the item that i purchased from one of its seller Bhagat halwai.
          How can they charge me more amount than MRP.
          I am attaching screenshot of the order in which muffins are charged Rs.29 each but the MRP is Rs.25
          Kindly look into it ASAP.

              My ID FE885154 has terminated because that day it was heavy rainfall(9 oct)and road block I was not able to reach restaurant therefore I taken help from help center and they had canceled the order for that my ID has got terminated but then they had removed my cancelation and penalty same day but my ID has not activate plz help me to activate my account and check my record on zomato platform

                  On 16 October at 10:58 PM, Rs. 449.22 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd.

                  I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices.
                  This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse.
                  Looking forward to earliest resolution, before escalating this further.

                    Zomato Media Pvt. Ltd. is doing frequent Auto debit from my paytm wallet [protected] since from 8th oct 2021.
                    08/10/21= 148
                    10/10/21= 409.45
                    14/10/21 = 241
                    16/10/21 = 1359.05
                    16/10/21 = 395.15

                    There is no Auto debit link set by me in my paytm, but this is happening without any order or transaction by me....

                    01 0ct 2021- ordered from Kwality walls frozen dessert and ice cream shop through ZOMATO app. Full payment done thru paytm app . One item was not available so it was cancelled and refund of 438₹ was initiated by ZOMATO. On 10 oct enquired regarding refund but reply from ZOMATO was that due to technical issue it will be processed within 48 hours. Today on 16 oct again enquired regarding the refund and again got same reply of technical issue and refund within 48 hours.
                    Already it has been 16 days since refund was initiated and I have not received my refunded amount.

                      Yesterday night (15th October) I have placed an order of Chicken lovers fest piza & paid Rs 768.95 by using on line banking & got A/c debit mesage but in Zomato order portal it was showing pending, while enquire got advise from Piza Hut that I need to pay again & will get the first payment credit automatically, sorry to inform you that it has not been credited, request you to pls check & return me Rs 768.95 to me as early as possible as paid twice for a single order.

                        We ordered in banana leaf TVS tollgate, Trichy, tamilnadu. We ordered a veg parotta but instead we got delivered a non veg side dish for the parotta. We immediately contacted the customer support of banana leaf. The concerned person argued with us till the closing time of the restaurant and finally he said I must complaint to Zomato so you will contact them and get us a solution. We strongly ask you to look into this problem and give us a solution to this. Else we might have to take other ways to make a reach of this problem. Thank you

                            I saw a nite that 10% discount on delivery for orders abivec149 on.
                            Today i ordered for rs 301 and again rs.61 with Raasaa thi unavu kudikka erode.
                            Delivery boy said that this is nothing to do with him.
                            He wanted me to contact customer care zomato.
                            Please advise how do I get it this 10%discount if rs.36./-.
                            How do i go for this dis kunt on future orders.

                                Misbehaviour by the delivery boy

                                Today, I made 2 orders in zomato. The first was delivered by a decent, professional guy. But the second one was delivered by one Mr. Renjith (in Pathanamthitta, Kerala). We went out to receive the ordered stuff as soon as I received a call in my mobile. But when we approached him, he was talking in his mobile and asked us to wait. After sometime, he delivered us the food and started talking inappropriately. As per him, he was shown a location...

                                    I ordered a food from pujabi angithi, mayur vihar phase 1.
                                    1st of all, valet didn't pick my call and when he picked up, he said why u ordered your food from this location, it's so far away from your address.
                                    And order is 20 min delay because of him. After 20 min, he transferred this order to another valet.
