I had ordered food through Zomato. They said that the order had been cancelled coz I did not pick up the call... However he had been called also should have dropped the parcel at my location .. but the guy did not...he took back the parcel with him and said that he cancelled the order just coz I was on a different call and did not pick up the call .. when I called up my security, he said no Zomato guy came and in my gate app on my phone too, the entry of Zomato is pre- approved, even if I don't pick up the call..
