I ordered from zomato but there was s location error. the delivery boy reached at wrong location which was just 2-3 mins away. i asked him to that there was error n come to the address, he was extremely rude and cancelled my order on his own. My order was prepaid. zomato deducted all the money. i talked to the help centre. they said order vl be delivered n after 5 mins he refused to deliver also. they didn't gave my the food n refund also. I'm extremely disappointed. i even tipped the delivery bot 30 rs. he has no authority to cancel my order. awful experience.

      I ordered a Cake from Lucky’s Bakery which is in panipat, The cake delivered to us was in horrible condition it was not at all fresh, even the bread was fully melted. When I call them to inform they were not accepting there fault and blaming the zomato delivery guy. I have no idea who is responsible for this but whosoever I want zomato to take action and I want my refund back as soon as possible.

        My id WAS TERMINATED BECAUSE OF FREQUENT DENIALS .I met with accident on 21st september 2021 i got severe wounds and i am fine now it took me 2 weeks to recover and that day i didn't received any orders i was in hospital my phone's screen broked and when i repaired it i came to know on the same day there were 5 or six denials and my account was terminated . I request to activate my account i do even have medical, i can show you teh proofs and i will work harder from now on .

          I am joined zomato by uber eats n kerala kottayam zone. I am workking with zomato delivery partner as above last 2 years. My touchpoint rate card changed because of taking some leaves. I am hospitalized in that days. I informed the leave to zomato and also informed to team leader ken in kerala kottayam zone to protect my rate card . He promissed me to protect my touchpoint rate card. now my rate card chenged. team leader ken in kerala kottayam zone not helping me to get my touchpoint rate card. Team leader ken not respondding and also not answering to my calls. please give back my touchpoint rate card.

                I am working with zomato delivery partner for last 2 years. I am joined zomato by uber eats. I am working in kerala kottayam zone. I taked some leave by hospitalised. I informed to the team leader ken in kottayam zone about taking leave to protect my touchpoint rate card, he promised me to protect my touchpoint rate card. Now my rate card changed. I call to team leader ken in kottayam area. But he not helping me.Rate card issues, please give back my touchpoint rate card.

                  Mera Zomato delivery I'd 1397276 ko block kar diya hai mera tl mukesh shaw tl hota hai apne team members ka help karna or uska problem solve karna par ye tl hamesa misbehave se hi baat karta tha or mu ke uppar bol deta tha tumhara koi problem resolve nahi kar payunga ek humse bahash ho gaya usne pahale mujhe ulta sidha bola fir me gusse me ake ulta sidha bola or abuse language use ho gaya but usne cal record kar liya or apna misbehave voice ko delete karke only mera ko mail karke block kar diya mera I'd...tl hai tu kuch bhi bol sakhta hai or kuch bhi kar sakhta hai...

                    There had been incidents with ZOMATO, where they irrespective of charging me Packing charges, delivery fees and on TOP of that did not server me HOT FOOD, Served me with total Spillage and did not want to provide any solution and coming with same like that it wont repeat again .. There has been umpteen instances where those things happend

                      My zomato I'd FE1426712 has been suspended from 7th of October & not able to activate it. Also raise the ticket from the app still no response. How can u guys suspended the account without informing us. We riders depends upon our daily income. And you guys not telling the reason why bgv failed reason is there so we can rectify it. Please reply me as soon as possible on urgent basis

                            Hello
                            I have ordered from zomato this week 2 times my order id is [protected], [protected]
                            First time they have delivered wrong products and clearly waste food, when I ask them about this they said me to took a picture and send, but I already send them the pictures, they didn’t accept the pictures and asked me to take the food from waste bin and send them Again I was not ready for that so I lost my money
                            And today I make an another food order from zomato, they again cancel the product from they own, and said me the refond will be initiated with in 7 days,
                            I had done the order from the last penny from my account and it was order for my child, I dont have any other money to reorder any thing, this is 4 30 now till now me and my child dont eat anything becose I dont have money for reorder, my child is crying over hunger they cheated me and dig my money,
                            Very poor coustemer service, please ban this app and dont allow them to continue their service like this

                              I have faced the issue of wrong food being delivered by Zomato 3 times till this year.
                              1. Once I have ordered Veg Biryani and they delivered Non-Veg biryani. They said they will refund the money but till now I have not received any money.
                              2. I Have ordered paneer fried rice and they delivered egg fried rice.
                              3. I have ordered 2 paneer dosa and they delivered me masala dosa.

                              Zomato is cheating customers by delivering wrong food items and shamelessly keeping that money without giving any solution. They always loot customers money by doing this activity. Their customer service is worst, they only tell apology, this will not be repeated again.

                              For their mistake customer should loose the money. This is totally unethical, careless, irresponsible behaviour from Zomato. #Shameleds cheater Zomato.

                                I use this zomato app for order food's. But I got many problems with this zomato app,
                                1) zomato app don't check any safety protocol with foods, I got some hair in my food also. Even zomato don't take any strict action for that careless restaurant,
                                2) I got many times wrong food, which is missing, or any wrong food items, I have complain about that problem but zomato didn't took any action for that.. Even no refund money back for that mistakes,
                                3) if I want any customer care help they don't help to solve any customer's problem with food delivery, even they behave rudely with customer's if I want my my money back for that wrong food delivery, even zomato customer care executives just said u rate this restaurant.. Only.. But what about my money.. They don't give any refund back.. Even ignore the customer's when we complain about anything wrong with food delivery,
                                I want just take serious action about this zomato app.. They are totally fake app to fool people's.. Even they don't take any action about customer's safety and hygiene products deliver. I want to close this fake app who just make the customer's fool only.

                                I use this zomato app for order food's. But I got many problems with this zomato app,
                                1) zomato app don't check any safety protocol with foods, I got some hair in my food also. Even zomato don't take any strict action for that careless restaurant,

                                    Here in Odisha, Bhubneshwar., Delivery guys are accepting orders and not delivering it. Here in chandaka location other companies like swiggy and restaurants deliver here but these people come up with some cooked up stories. These guys don't come in proper Zomato uniforms moreover when you complain to the chat executives about the issue of food not being delivered they don't come with some ans or anything. And the same thing happens again.

                                      Nadim Malik name of delivery Boy who delivered food dated 3 Oct 2021 from Arsalan shworma amount is 240 wich I paid by GPAY but not transfer then I gave money to him after two day money debited from my Account to Nadim Malik delivery Boy. I massage him to return but not reply or any answer. This is not good I need money wich are credited in account of delivery Boy.

                                        I ordered 4 cupTender coconut icecream of Natural. Your delivery boy delivered item at security gate totally open condition. No sealing. I enquired from Natural, they confirmed that they never hand over item unsealed condition. Now it is unsafe and unreliable to consume that. It is suspected some foul play has been done with food. Please look into it. Item is kept in my freez.
