First of delivery which was supposed to take 40 minutes that takes 1 & half hour however delivery boy return from 3 minutes distance from our house arguing that he couldn't find a building and asked me take a delivery at his point. My question is if I have to pick the delivery why would I pay delivery charges to Zomato. So I refused to do so he returned without informing

        I got a zomato voucher for FLAT rs 100 off + rs 50 zomato cashback as reward on google pay. But i get varied discount amounts in different restaurants (from rs18 to 80) when i try to order using said voucher, none of which is rs 100 and no zomato cashback at all. I have of course adhered to written conditions like- must not have ordered in last 60 days and minimum order value rs 199. Yet this discrepancy in discount value. Why? Is google pay trying to dupe people into thinking they are still getting massive rewards, after they've retracted earlier policy of heavy direct monetary rewards?

          When entering the Gpay coupon it's showing expired on Aug 31 when it's valid till September. Zomato making fool out of people's money!

            Bad experience with the customer care, I ask them the delivery person number, Even I share the order number, order name and delivery location, they are simply saying we wont share his number. I said he stolen my money, my neighbors and watch man are the witness, bad support from the customer support team, I never ever thought Zomato will do like this.

                Certain items ( 2x Magnum Brownie [80 mL] ) were missing from my order, order no. [protected], restaurant: Kwality Wall's Frozen Dessert And Ice Cream Shop, Date and time: September 10, 2021 at 10:35 PM.
                I contacted Zomato support for the issue and asked for a replacement for the missing items to which their support executive denied stating that the restaurant is closed, and then she proceeded with a refund.
                Now the items cost me INR 180 ( INR 90 each for 1 Magnum Brownie ), and she generated a refund of INR 165 [ Refund Reference Number(RRN): ZTD[protected]BC85EBE3 ]. I told the executive about this mistake to which she said that she cannot do anything further.
                I did not receive my correct order in the first place and I didn't even get a full refund for that.
                The support executive was polite and she might have done this by mistake but I cannot settle with that amount.

                  The payment has been money of rs 1600 and after that I have done with my training when I am going to do profile verification I submitted all documents...after submitting all documents...the document cannot able to submit.

                  Please resolve and issue or else please refund my money asap......

                  We have ordered through Zomato with Santosh Dhaba Uppal Rangareddy Hyderabad. We have ordered a panner butter masala and 4 rotis through Zomato with Santosh Dhaba Uppal and we received a rotten panner malasa curry and we eat some and we could not eat any further and complained with Zomato help but they did not help us on the issue and said to report the issue and post a message to the restaurant online but we eat food through which we had poisoned food and dealing with food poisoning now need you send you health inspector to check the food and take appropriate action on Zomato and it is food restaurant partner. So do not cook such poisoned food and deliver to customers. Thank you.

                            Food is not good as we expect I'll never purchase or order any order at your portal bcz of quality and packing but delivery boy done his job on time he is no fault for it but the defect is in your restaurant and your cheapest police to connected with customers.. You show something else and something else is not there. Do not keep the customer in the madness so plz focuse on it But I'll never forget that there is nothing to order from Jomato...

                            I have ordered nonveg mix fried rice and veg Kurkure momos
                            Delivery valet was Arjun
                            When I unpacked my order I found that they delivered me veg fried rice instead of non veg mix fried rice for which I contacted Zomato executive Akanksha on chat help
                            She was very rude and arrogant and didn't resolve my problem then I again tried to contact Zomato executive kulveer he was also unable to resolve my problem
                            I request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action against akanksha the Zomato executive and help me to get my money refund back

                                I ordered food using Zomato App. I ordered Butter Naan, Butter Roti and other items. They delivered me plain Roti and Plain Naan. When I escalated the matter their customer care executive said, “They won’t refund my money” it’s not their concern what the hotel has sent.Then who is responsible???? Then I twitted the problem…Zomato said they will call back… it has been two days…And I didn’t receive a single call.

                                  Zomato is looting money in the form of id verfication. They activate the app of zomato riders at first step and later payment proccess, starts rejecting all documents which were accepted before the payment, . There is no proper resolving from zomato. The people after trying a lot with the company having no contact number.
