I have applied for Zomato ipo and the amount is been blocked and not refunded yet. I have contacted the customer service through which I have applied and they gave information that the amount will be refunded at August 3 2021 but the amount was not received....

I had applied for 6 lots of zomato ipo, due to technical glitch at BHIm app, the amout got blocked and even after mandate ended it's not unblocked yet. Kindly help me in getting resolved.

I can see the lien amount in sbi account....

But till date i have not recieved...

I ordered via Zomato today. I paid the money online and Rs.576 was deducted from my account. But my total charge was Rs.516. I have a hard copy of the money receipt to prove my point, and I can also show the message that shows Rs.576 was deducted. I request you to respond to my issue and solve it because it does not feel good to be cheated. Hoping that you will refund the extra amount that was deducted by zomato unnecessarily..

I have applied for a zomato ipo through upi id and my funds have been block since then and i cant access to that funds so its my genuienly to you that please llok forward to it and unblock my funds so that i can get access to that funds. its been a whuile already of waiting. thank you in advance...

I need refund & the check whats wrong with the Zomato for charging 550 Rs at the delivery person (who yelled at me after Zomato fined him hard earned 550 Rs.)...

I am ordered pizza from taste engine by zomato. When my food package delivered to me i am open the box and see A RUBBER BANK BAKED IN PIZZA.

I ordered food for my sister living in a different city. It was a online payment but food never got delivered as Zomato valet straight away denied his duty saying he can't go that far and cancelled and I got 0 refund.I am not surprised because this is how Zomato works. I am requesting everyone reading this please do not make online payment as your hard earned money can go on vain. Customer support is never available even if they are you won't...

The locality was so dark and local Boys made a order and do cancel they tell I have these if you want take or else lev

I have ordered foo for KFC with 3 strip chiken, 2 burger and chiken wing. Horrible food came home,   burger and wings were still ok. But the chiken strip was horrible, after  receiving those food 5 times I called that store, text them with problem..  no answer. Noticed  that last time on july 23, I had same quality problem with this store, we called 7 times, text them to call...

I have made a complain 1 hour before about the rubbish food, now I see zomato also steal customer money from Credit card. You have already took the money from my credit card and again you have charge by cash of$745 food that I ordered.
First I try with my credit card which says " transaction failed", I thought my credit card did not go through, my daughter wanted to order so.ething else but when it says transaction failed then I ordered...
