Sir m Add money add paytm through zomato but not show paytm wallet .. zomato registered mobile no. [protected] ..

Please Refund .

I have order a ice cream from cream stone Jubliee hills hyderbad from zomato. They charged me Rs.295.85. I recived a melted icecream and now they are not yet all bothering nor zomato nither creamstone just cheated me. Zero customer value....

Yesterday I made a order in zomato the payment was made but order showed payment incomplete.

Please provide necessary process to refund my amount.

They didn't delivered all That I ordered, and the ones got delivered are stale and pungent. I complained to their helpline. No help was offered, instead they started avoiding my issue.

The refund to Paytm wallet belonging to me is still pending. The refund was initiated on 18 August 2021 but it is 27 August 2021.
Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

we are order in Chand food restaurant in sector 26 Noida in Kurkure Momos-2 pcs, but we have received stream Momos-2 pcs, i have informed Zomato support on chats section -Mr Himanshu is taking this case, I am requesting to Himanshu for call me,
i have received the call, when i told for payment refund process, they are denied the payment refund process.
so i am told why, you will are not refund the payment, if not refund payment so pick the food my house or
send replacement food. Mr Himanshu told me we are not delivery partner and abused me.

Yesterday night dinner I had a terribly unpleasant and bitter experience.
The order was not delivered to me at all and I immediately called the customer support which understood my situation. There was a lady representative of zomato who was told about the instace immediately. the customer support spoke to the delivery boy and he confessed that the delivery was incorrect. For your reference I am attaching all proofs. Kindly check the statement at 09 23 pm. The delivery agent said he will be more careful next time as he had just kept the order and flown away negligently without giving a call or message. Please find attached the sequence of reporting. And like a correct procedure I initiated my complaint the very moment with customer care. The first message was sent by me at 09: 12 pm.

I will keep trying each moment of my life and will have to take powerful path of social media if I dont get any assistance.

And in future anyone will refrain from ordering from zomato. Because one unpleasant day you can take an order and the delivery boy may just run away with the order like right now and you may say that please check at your end. So that is injustice delivered and not food.

I have proofs for the undermentiomed observations and I require a justification:-
1. I dont have even a single call made to me on my cellphone on day of delivery but I have a sms. The delivery boy did not wait for even 2 mins to deliver against company policy of delivery. I have airtel call records for proof.

2. He did not ring the door bell. I have proof of that.

3. Neither me nor my wife picked up the order. I again have proof. Since we have CCTV cameras installed in our residence. The vallet tried his best to escape in 1 min. That proof also I have.

Also as per the delivery boy maybe the order was kept by the delivery person . Is that delivery??? and how do we trust him???Did I opt for no contact delivery??? No...My house bell is in front of gate why did he not ring the bell? He just clicks a photo and says that I kept it on road or somewhere does not prove he is true and he has delivered . He hasn't delivered the order. Kindly check

The order was not recieved by any of my family members. The order was not delivered at all and there was no call made on my number. the zomato Valet has not delivered the order.

Please find attached that the order was not delivered at all and a person just clicked a fake photo. My wife and my sister and my father mother are all proof of the act done by delivery agent.

When the order was not delivered neither did you cancel the order nor did the delivery agent call or deliver it. He quietly took away and stole it

I have given him 10 calls, ... all of which the delivery agent has cut and not attended, for proof I have all call records of my airtel postpaid number.

The thing which has happened is:-

1. The order was picked up from restaurant

2. Taken to house.

3. The delivery agent did not ring the bell nor did he call

4. He thought it's a golden opportunity.

5. He keeps on ground clicks photo and uploads on zomato app.

6. Takes the food and flees away

Kindly understand that it's a small amount which if you ask from me I will give you whole heartedly, as a donation to you without asking anything in return

But the food was not delivered and I request you to refund me the amount.

Zomato delivered incorrect order and that too in spilled form all biryani box opened and rice in plastic bag alongwith chicken lollypop. I een send the image on email but no response since 4 days.

Today i seen that my all reviews have been vanished. I don't know why it is not showing any reviews. I have written 300+ reviews and suddenly it is showing zero reviews.
So please help me to bring my reviews back....

This is really ridiculous by the rider/deliver person. This kind of act is not at all acceptable.

I am a zomato delevary boy.
Previous week i just fo 11 orders .
3 days login.
I secured 900 to 1100 rs totally.
Bt yesterday i didn't receive my salary.
Then i contact to our manager ALOK SAHU of Bhubaneswar Odisha and asked my problem.
Bt he didn't listen it.
His behaviour was soo imbrashing & so dump.
Not good . Plz behave properly we are also employees of Zomato.

I ordered a mutton and a chicken biryani from 'Hello Hungers' and got a rotten potato in the mutton biryani. The order no is [protected]. While eating the chicken biryani I found that potato to also be rotten. I had to throw it all away. The Zomato support executive did not refund me the money when asked. I emailed zomato support at [protected]@zomato.com but they only asked me share reviews and that's all. They are reluctant to refund my money. I also reached out to Zomato on twitter and I got the same response. Sharing review is not the solution for delivering rotten foods.
I want refund for the full amount for this order due to the fact that I was not able eat the food and had to dispose of it as I don't want my health to be compromised. I also want Zomato to take strict action against this restaurant for their low food standard and rotten goods which they sell to their customer.

My FE ID number is 1196033. My ID was blocked and cann't join again. I was in covid positive case on 07/07/2021 and i informed the company and didn't get any help from the company. My co-workers got the covid compensation on the spot but i didn't. I also informed the company when i was cured and negetive.I want to rejoin but my ID is blocked and deactive.
I want the help from your side and do needful to me as soon as possible.

Hi,

I Got Totally uncooked tasteless, Stale, cold and raw food. Spoken to executives several time but they said refund is not possible because resturant is closed. Someone said we have initiated the refund. Now looking at the customer support they asking me to write an email.

Do you really think customer is free for all this???

got stale food and i have shared the images then thier person said they will initiated the refund so where is the refund. Being a prime customer you are doing this crap

I told them I need my money back quicklly else i will publish everything on social media.

There are many competitor better than zomato.

Thier customer service people stopped the chats when they have no answer.

Send my money back quickly. I dont need feeback or anything.
Their executive said resturant is closed now. Wait till tom once it get open. It will be resolved.

My profile verification is is getting failed from last 3 days . I am uploading my documents again and again but it isn't working pls help me I want to join Zomato.

Today I order 1 hod dog and 1 col drinks. 70+20. Pay. 91. But delivery only hod dog.

Zomato cannt go towards success, It's a hell company and can't do anything in life .

I had ordered for 1 Grilled Fish and 1 Herb chicken.
