I ordered pizza ..my payment was completed but not showing my order details on Zomato app.. payment mode is Google pay

I got 150 off voucher from Paytm.

Yesterday morning (01 Sep 21) I was wanting to place some order for food. I selected Zomato app. I happened to select one item, namely 1x Butter Masala Dosa from Gokul Oottupura. I only selected it. I did not finalise my selection. I did not even get an opportunity to review my selections and also to select the mode of payment. But alas, as soon as I selected this Masala Dosa, the app confirmed the purchase and placed the firm order. The money was also debited from my PayTm wallet. My order number was [protected]. Restaurant restaurant Gokul Oottupura. Date and time of order: 01 Sep 2021 at 8:57 am . Item delivered: Butter Masala Dosa costing Rs 210.50.

Since food orders are generally not cancellable, I was lumped with the above food item, much against my satisfaction.

please note today I placed order on zomato for order i.d [protected], however this was never delivered to me at my place, when I tracked back on site it was showing delivered, this is kind of cheating, they take charges but on delivery tracking they show false updations

Order red sauce, get white sauce..ordered red paprika pizza, got only 2 piece of it..disgusting service...disgusting customer care attitude.

Hi, I'm Rahul Today (31/08/21) unfortunately i ordered food from zomato and also subscribed for zomato pro. I ordered food 3 items (1 chicken jumbo biryani, 1 tandoori full, 1 grill chicken) from lucky restaurant miyapur via zomato at 12.45 pm. The food is delivered at security gate bcoz of covid precautionary terms when went to take delivery at the security gate i found that the only chicken jumbo biryani is there then i called the delivery boy regarding it he told me he took the packet given by restaurant, please complaint to customer service. i contacted customer care explained the situation, by the way, zomato customer care is even worse than their delivery service. This customer executive told me to wait he will check with the restaurant manager. i have been waiting for 20 mins and i am asking him about food, i dont understand im only getting apologies but no resolvement. And the chat is disclosed with bunch of sorries, i really don't understand then again i contacted customer care this time they were saying the food was delivered as per restaurant so we can't refund you. So here customer is the culprit as per their statment right. i enquired security, delivery boy while i was on call with customer care all are saying only one package is delivered. And there's also a cctv proof of delivering 1 package. My only question to ZOMATO where did the food gone if it is delivered. somebody please find the missing items from the order. Here's my complaint for not providing the service assured and on the top of it accusing customer with false accusation. Money is not the matter here this way of treating customer if had faced issue by you. In this digital space i think it's easy to find where it went wrong, who is lying. so i think this platform will help me on this issue and resolve it so no other face such experiance faced by me.

I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes are not applicable for current order for every order..I have even updated the app and tried to log in and out if it resolves the problem but nothing helped

Please look into this issue as soon as possible and try to resolve it..

I have been ordered 2 plates of chicken biriyani on 24th August 2021 around 8pm, order accepted and paid INR 500. Food delivery was shown cancelled after 30 minutes, I have chosen a restaurant called Mogojastra, kalyani, West Bengal . I was waiting for refund but not getting yet, really it's disappointing.

Order from Cakes and More ( Goregaon Branch ) was hard, stale and had a fermented taste . My stomach is already aching after 10 mins of eating just a small piece . Ordered it for my Kanha on the eve of Janamashtami .
Complained to Zomato . They apologised but refused to refund the payment .
I have submitted a 1 star review to the cake shop as well .
I will be claiming for medical bills if any later .
But right now I demand a refund from Zomato as they are the mediators .

Promo codes have been disabled and it says o promo codes are available for current order for every order

Zomato suspended my account and now it has been blocked I had never done any order as iam a new comer only 3 or four days I came first my account was pending for verification but now it suspended and blecked when I raise ticket they where so irresponsible so please make or allow me to do job please make sure ...

I hv ordered one masala dosa from shree Agarwal caterers vidhyadher nagar Jaipur at 19.31 on 29/08/21
I hv recived half of the quantity and total in the bill was wrong and they hv taken 40 rs extra from bill taral ant charged was 141 rs
And taral comes with taxes was 100
And bill taral was 120 which was also wrong
Plz check and take action as soon as possible

Yesterday I made a order in zomato the payment was made but order showed payment incomplete.

Please provide necessary process to refund my amount.

They didn't delivered all That I ordered, and the ones got delivered are stale and pungent. I complained to their helpline. No help was offered, instead they started avoiding my issue.

Dear Zomato
The refund to Paytm wallet belonging to me is still pending. The refund was initiated on 18 August 2021 but it is 27 August 2021.
Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

we are order in Chand food restaurant in sector 26 Noida in Kurkure Momos-2 pcs, but we have received stream Momos-2 pcs, i have informed Zomato support on chats section -Mr Himanshu is taking this case, I am requesting to Himanshu for call me,
i have received the call, when i told for payment refund process, they are denied the payment refund process.
so i am told why, you will are not refund the payment, if not refund payment so pick the food my house or
send replacement food. Mr Himanshu told me we are not delivery partner and abused me.
