Today on 5th July 2021 is my wife's birthday. for celebration at home, I have orderered some Pizza from zomato app. I have made full payment of the billed amount for Rs. 1286/-
but when the delivery guy came to deliver the order, he has asked me extra money. He has one bill which was showing only total amount. there was no itemised bill with him
I have urged to provide itemised bill then he has asked his domino's shop to send on phone. when he received the itemised bill the I have found that there is one item of which cost is different (higher) than wat mentioned on the zomato app. As I have paid through Zomato, so have not agreed to pay extra amount.
at last Zomato support tole me to cancel the order.
Its an error from Zomato. Zomato showing different prices than the prices listing at the billing price of domino's menu.
Instead of taking responsibility of different price, Zomato support team asked to cancel the order.
Because of this error by Zomato there was price difference issue.
And by all this, my wife's day got wasted.
