I have ordered 3 Mutton Biryani from Aminia but unfortunately i have found a dead cockroach inside it. Zomato being such a reputed organization and being tied with restaurant providing all such disasters/unhygienic food to their reputed customers - MAY I KNOW WHO SHOULD BE PENALISED FOR THIS ?? ZOMATIO/ RESTAURANT OR THE CUSTOMER?

If I wouldn't have seen it just like Zomato or the restaurant I could have died also because of food poisoning or maybe some other diseases due to this and who would have to bear the hospital expense if I would have been hospitalised for it ??

I ordered food at 10pm on 27/7/21 from hotel mannat in jalahalli. The food I order was poratta combo and they delivered 2 poratta with very small quantity of kabab and chicken curry. The chicken curry was having waste of chicken in it. The kabab was fleshless and it was full of bones.. I had such a bad experience with the restaurant. When I called to hotel for my complain he refused to pick up the call and never answered back.. Please take a immediate action against this. I had such a bad experience

I had ordered food for a dear friend in Shakarpur Delhi. The address I mentioned while delivering was Flat 102, D-123 first floor, Shakarpur, laxmi nagar Delhi 110092. The delivery agent did not deliver the food saying the pinned location is wrong. I pinned shakarpur in zomato while ordering. So if I have mentioned correct address why was the food not delivered. Also They cancelled the order without giving me a refund. The app is pathetic

Sir one of my friend used my mobile to check his terminated account to know wheather it is active or not.because of this my phone blocked .And login from my device showinv that Blocklisted Mobile phone detected

I want to complaint on the delivery boy who didn't cooperated with us and didn't deliver our parcel instead he rejected.
Infact we paid online and they didn't refunded the money back
We had order 2 chicken burgers from pista house, Malakpet, Hyderabad
I want the zomato customer care to take strict action on such complaints
And i request you to train your delivery boys how to track the locations and cooperate with customers.

I have placed an order on 24th July 2021 in afternoon of 79 rs. I have paid for the order from Paytm wallet. The money got deducted but the order did not placed.
Please look into this.

Since long its observed that Menu of different hotels shown for Delivary and Dining is different.After this Zometo charge Delivary charges too.If delivary charges taken from customers then why Menu for delivary item has more charges for every
item then Dining.This is nothing but cheating.Thete should be same prise for Delivary and Dining when Zometo charge for Delivary.Why Duplication of charges.

Today on 22-7-21 I have order food from your app at 8.44 pm but still it's 10.22 pm I have not received my order which was supposed to delivered in 45 minutes. Now please don't give me excuse that due to heavy rain it is happened because from nearly three hours there is no rain in this area. As it is a prepaid order I can't do anything if it was cash order I must have cancelled it.

Helo my name is yogesh my Zomato I'd is disabled due to frequent order cancellation but my order are cancelled by customer care executive because customer not responding but my I'd is disabled please help me to enable it this not my fault I'm working towards to improve my order delay time but this happened two days ago when I go for delivery but customer not answering. Todays order Executive Thali was having wrost packing and leaked all food...all the item of the Thali was mixed with each other...

I tried to share pic in App but it got disable...before delivery of Order your executive Akskshita have assured there will be no complaints...as there same problem recently in order of Ramdev Khana khajana...

Yesterday, ordered from Muzaffarpur, Bihar. ORDER ID: [protected]. Ordered items was Paneer butter masala & Panneer tikka butter Masala. When zomato valet near my home called me asked my location, I was giving proper location. My compound gate was closed due to construction(attached pic). I told him, can't came out. But he is not listening giving phone to someone else. I said, phone give to zomato valet. And I told, can't came out due to closed the gate, come to infront of the gate. But, suddenly he is talking roughly like"Why you are become panic". After this incident, I haven't received order over call & said go away. Now, Zomato customer support came & listen everything from valet. Really unexpected, If customer support help only for valet. Then why we need??? After this, Customer support Rs.183.00 return to Zomato wallet as a Coupon. After that I have uninstall the Zomato App. I am not a beggar. I have made payment with tax. I want, they take money no problem but take proper action over Zomato valet. And valet should be experience & educated. How to talk customer. Zomato should realize If customer paying money means they need food not money on time.
