Hi Zomato I'm Aishik Das.I am working in your company since 2019 and this year in January my id has terminated cause lot of rejection and the rejection and cancellation is caused by my accident of my two cycle one have previously broken on duty and once after new cycle accident.I have attached the proof.
Please reactivate my id as soon as possible I want to work again.

    Hello sir/madam my self M.Rajesh today I came here to solve my problem l am working as a delivery boy in Zomato since 8 months but my I'd was terminated it's showing customer frequently cancellation what should I do If order is assigned to me then I should deliver the order if customer is cancelled the order by him what should i am only one guy to earn money we have financially problem so I joined but In between they removed me what should I do please solve my problem and re activate my I'd 😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Rate card issue

      Dear zomatto,

      Please change my rate card and give a surge rate card. I am used a surge rate card but syluddenly zomatto changed the rate card. I can't follow using this rate card. Please do the needful.

      My 3weeks payout not received in bank account. Because of merge in two banks know I am cleared all thinks properly .I raised ticket to change IFSC code which chat support team is resolved. My 3 week payment is 29march to 18april .I raised tiket for that but nothing will happen. Because the date is not shown. And our new TL is not answering, I call more than 50times in his number but his number is switched off. The behaviour of TL is not good . His number is always switched off. If we in emergency where we should get help. Pls 🙏🏼 do something for my payout.

      And also the same thing happened with me I didn't get my 16-22jan week payout.Because of the old bank account was blocked and they are showing that the amount was settled in that account.I have provided all the documents to the TL.He is not responding anymore.

                Zomato — Serving non vegetarian food instead of vegetarian.

                Restaurant - Savitha Family Restaurant, Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore

                I had placed an order for a couple of food including Butter Roti, Rumali Roti Phulka and Paneer Tikka Masala but the order delivered is Butter Chicken Masala which exactly looks like Paneer Tikka Masala

                The order detail on Zomato shows the correct dish, and even restaurant bill is also had correct dish.

                As my family and me took a couple of bites from the dish, we realised that it is not a vegetarian dish and instead it was chicken masala.

                I am a pure hindu ( krishnaut - yadav ), we are not suppose to get non vegetarian food at our house premises.

                Because of the gross negligence from Zomato as well as Savitha Family Restaurant, this issue has taken place which has hurt me and my family emotionally as well as religiously. I am 8th month expecting mother immediately started puking and most felt nauseous and pukish due to consuming chicken for the first time in our life without our consent.
                We lost our appetite because of this issue and we had to throw away all the food ordered as well as the plates and cutlery which was in contact with the food.

                Despite calling the Zomato helpline, and talking to them about this issue on 22nd June 2021, they were taking this issue very lightly and were not ready to offer any help or explanation on the same.
                Such negligence and disregard for others religious sentiments is not at all accepted.

                I would like to receive a full refund for my bill amount as well as a compensation for all the emotional, physical and religious trauma i had to go through about this whole incident and their religious intolerance.

                  I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes have been disabled permanently due to suspicious activity... I am not able to understand what it is about...

Last week my id was terminated because of many cancelation after pickup. But what can i do if customer cancel the orders, please check once and reactivate my id sir.

                            Neither anyone from the Ganguram sweets nor from Zomato is responding. This is very much awful Customer experience.

                                    I received a message from paytm on afternoon 11:50 that amount has been deducted 694 from wallet against order on zomato which i did not ordered any item on zomato but amount deducted from my paytm wallet plz help in that.. I want refund of this or help me who ordered through my paytm.. I will take this to cops police local.

                                    Team plz share the person name who ordered through my paytm wallet i have to take this to legal team... This total fraud by the zomato or the person i need urgent help
