I placed a refund request with Zomato on 4th of June 2021, for order number [protected]. It took them 7 days to process the refund and on 11th of June 2021, the refund was deemed to be completed and I got a message from Zomato along with app notification. Upon checking my account statement on 14th of June, the amount is still not reflected in my account and have been asked by Zomato to wait a further 2 days for the same.
My biggest concern here is how many times does zomato not process refunds and just sends messages. I request a full refund and an investigation into their accounts to check for any discrepancies. As an organization that caters to millions of people across the world, this is a very serious matter.
