      Dear Zomato team I was delivery partner
      Due to lockdown police people are not allowed me to deliver the order because of that ordered forcefully cancelled you have disabled my id not my mistake also have blocked I have raised a multiple complaints to Zomato team no response from them

      Worst service provided by Zomato customer service team...

        I make order through zomato app in 24th may, 2021 on time 10.51pm. zomato given promise time 11.20-11.30. But where was not delivered then i'm chat through zomato app with help option they given 50 zomato credit delay of order in name of apology token.then once again 12.15am i'm chat with executive of zomato through app where was said me that i[censored] wait then i 'll try to arrange ur food otherwise cancel the order.But i want my food so i told him that i'm ready to wait please to deliver my food but i have not got my food where was i'm already paid for food in this pandemic time i'll suffer and sleep without food.
        If after deliver customer is not to pay then zomato given the food the customer,
        Zomato will pay for my loss, definitely i'll take a serious action to Zomato.

            When I fill in your Zomato app I submitted all my documents but after submitting it's showing oaky, but done payment it's showing documents is not okay. Requesting to you kindly do returne my money back it's a very critical time 500 is enough for me.and if possible kindly do approved my I'd asap.

                Dear sir,
                i ordered some pizzas on Zomato app on the 22/5/2021 at 4 PM india time from Pizza Hut, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore, to be delivered to my mothers place in 119, 6th Main, Behind B M Hospital, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore, Karnataka.
                i live in England and i ordered it from here. Cost of order Rupees 892.
                The food order was cancelled as the delivery partner could not locate the place. i was tracking the delivery partner till he rode in to the street where our house was located. There are only 4 houses on the street.
                A few hours earlier i had ordered Cake on Zomato which was delivered to the same address without a problem.
                i have been told the money is not refundable. I am not sure if i will be ordering again on Zomato given this unpleasant experience.
                i will be grateful if this issue can be resolved. Thanks

                  I have order 2 blueberry cheese cake from over classics, Jabalpur. But I have received only one cake out of two. For resolving this issue I have contact to Mr.Surender a delivery boy. But he denied that only one of the package is given to him in the name cake. Neither the delivery was fast nor the quantity that I have ordered is fulfilled. I need a refund of amount Rs.218 on behalf of this issue. I am raising complaint against the hotel authority and also to the delivery boy whose behaviour was atmost rude and indecent. He had threntened me to cancel the delivery and ask me came to his location other than delivery the parcel at my location.

                    I ordered rice meal duo from kfc and i didn't received all the items i complaint this to Zomato and they are like we can't do anything this is cheating people for there own self interest. Unbelievable

                      We have orderd online from zomato on 23rd march 2021.
                      The order was placed to Dindigul venu biriyani 100 feet road coimbatore. It was a combo 0f mutton biriyani with chicken 65 two numbers for rupees 1500.
                      It is supposed to be 4 packets of mutton biriyani and 4 packets of chicken 65. But delivery is done with only 2 packets of biriyani and 2 packets of chicken.

                              Today we ordered food from KMS hakkim factory..and we ordered family pack biriyani and 1 kg biriyani...when we opened the plastic bucket the food was not good and it was smeshy and we had some smell in tha biriyani...and in 1 kg biriyani packet also...we did not expect this kind of low quality food from Zomato...full of money waste... Kindly refund my full amount in my bank account...and I registered this complaint to the customer executive...he was not solving our issue and he gave me the email id to send our problem...Then that customer care executive is working Zomato...Ok kindly refund my full amount in my bank account..

                              No money was refunded.I want my money back..Ur customer executive is very worst in dealing this problem...Of my money is not refunded..I have to take this issue to the customer court for resolving and I vil sue a case against Zomato and I have ur customer executives chat is with is me..I have wasted my money and I won't leave this issue...I want my money back

                                Hi,

                                I am shresta. I have ordered non veg combo meals -2 and crispy chicken burgers -4 from burger King's on 16th may . There was missing items in the order -2 fries & wrong items received - 2 veg instead of non veg. I have called the restaurant but they didn't answer my call .
                                Very bad experience with zomato and worst experience with support. Please do needful. It's really worthless order. I have paid a huge amount for such bad meal for the day.As I am working in nights it's really a disappointed food which I have received today.

                                    Hi, my zomato ID FE924257 was terminated due to 13 denials due to phone and bike reasons and now I realize this seriously during current inactive situations and hence I will not do this again in upcoming orders, so request you to give me another chances to improve my performance.
