Dear Sir, I have ordered food from "Baba Chicken Mohali" on 31st May at 8.30 PM. Unfortunately the order didn't go through but money was deducted. So I don't have any order No. I am attaching payment proof and bank statment.

          My id FE1180555 When i was delivering order (order id [protected]) my vehicle tyre was punctured, i called customer immediately i told to customer about deley, but customer doesn't agree for deley, the order was cancelled by customer, but the cancellation fee RS 619 was cherged for me... that was not fair sir please look at this sir...
          The cancellation fee was greater then my full day earnings,
          I have a family and my family depends on my earnings only,
          We are also humans and we work hard in this covid situation.

          Finally what I'm telling is my vehicle was tire punchered while delivering ordsr, I'll inform customer immediately about deley, but customer not agree for deley, so canceled the order, I'm not cancelled the order...
          Is there any mistake from my side?
          This is second time i got penalty for no mistake from my side..

                I am Barla Gnaneshwar of ID FE1140178 from Hyderabad city, my account has been blocked due to frequent denials which are inevitable because I had to deny the orders for various reasons which are more important than taking the order.
                I am a new joiner, I might lose my joining bonus because of the account blockage. Please unblock or enable my account as soon as possible I promise that I will not repeat the denials and accept all the orders allotted to me without fail. I am ready to take any penalty because of my action but please unblock my account soon so that I will be able to get my joining bonus.

                  I have used my Zomato Voucher INR1000 for order INR710 and i tried to use the same voucher to place the another order to get the balance INR290, but its saying invalid voucher. as discussed with Zomato customer care the voucher can be used only once and if any balance amount will goto Zomato and can't be used again for customer.

                  This is very very bad service from Zomato.

                      Whenever I try to order food using some promo code same problem comes on every order.
                      When I click on promo code option it shows "Promo code is not applicable on current order" I have try that on many restaurants and worst customer support of this app
                      I have mailed more than 6-7 times same answer comes your complaint has been registered and no reply come after that.
                      Please resolve this issue ASAP

                              I have ordered a biryani worth 275/- and paid 345/- in total with taxes . I received a incorrect item and then customer support has given me a promo code worth 350/-.

                              I want to order the same biryani worth 275/- and i get exception only for 275/- and have to pay the taxes again. Then whats the use of giving that 350/- promo code. The customer support says order above 350/- to get the promotion for 350/-

                              For the same order literally I have to pay Rs.70/- extra again. It means in total I am spending 415/- for the order of 275/- biryani.. Taxes worth 140/-

                              What a great scam..

                              I contacted customer support and told I don't want to use the promo code and please initiate the refund. But they say its not possible at all.

                              They want me to purchase something greater than Rs.350/- to use the promo code. Literally what a scam.

                              Cusotmer support contacted me saying that nothing can be done about this. Only way is that i have to definitely use that coupon for myself. i have to order greater than 350/- to use it to the full extent. Its like they are just forcing us to do it.

                                  I have ordered on Zomato on 21si May 2021 with order Number [protected] @ 1.15PM total amount 159.26 paid through UPI. Order got declined but I have not received any refund.
                                  I also checked with the bank, as per them there is not such transfer initiated .
                                  I'm not getting Customer support no for the same from Zomato side.

                                    So I ordered a amount of 1385 from Zomato on[protected] the order was cancelled by the shop but the refund is still pending from Zomato.

                                    I mailed them several times & also complaint in their help chat anis times every time their responses were "yes it will be resolved your refund will be done within 7-8 business days" .

                                    I have evidence of these chats & mails.

                                    I lost my hard earned money without a fault of mine.

                                      I have got rotten stale food from Zomato and I have complained to Zomato and after a while I got my refund back. But After a while I got to know that my account has been blocked and tried writing many mails and tried to contact zomato but there was no response from their side. And without a proper consent they have blocked my account. It's like without doing a malpractice and finding out the reason they are blocking the account!!! And Zomato become unresponsive when I tried to contact. Addition to this offers section of my account is blank with no offers but when I checked in other’s account it’s available. I don’t understand how partial they have become.

                                        Address: 2/b, meera appartments, st, benedict road, neasr presidency road, kochi.

                                        On 31st may 21 placed one order with frill N chill door no. 45/15, pachalam post, kochi thru zomato..order no. [protected] and paid vide my bank card... due to some reasons, the order was cancelled by the restaurant and got message on 31st may 21, by 01.12 pm, that the fund would be refunded...on 01st june 21, informed me that by 11.44am, the amount of 195/= credited...but till now, it was not credited...please clarify...even now i checked my bank acount..kindly do the needful...
