I have recently ordered in zomato and delivery boy came late and i got a cashback of Rs.200 of promocode. Which i thought o[censored]sing it for another order, unfortunately at the view cart of another order i used the promocode but had an error at the payment section . Now i haven't received the order and it is showing payment incomplete in my order list and i couldn't get my promocode back . Because of this issue.

      Hi...
      I ordered for 497rs in mysore at a hotel...I pay through credit card online...
      Order not placed but amount deducted..
      Hotel saying no order was placed
      And money also didn't come..
      So totally it's a scam from the company...no customer care service, no response..nothing
      I request the company for complete refund with interest from date of money debited till wherever it takes @8 percent per month

        My order got cancelled by zomato( payment made through upi) I’ve talked with the delivery person and he was at wrong location. I told me that this is not the location come to the location then call me. After 2-3 min I’ve got the message that my order was cancelled. Why??? This is wrong and they are saying they won’t refund me.

          I am kaju rajput from ranchi, i had ordered food from acs lalpur, ranchi but now i have cancelled my order because or the rude behaviour of the delivery guy named as manish kumar. He called me for the address confirmation but talked very badly and it was kind of misbehave to be honest, he yelled at me very badly and when i cancelled the order because of his behaviour he cut the call after yelling at me.
          Kindly take action against these kind of guys who do not know how to talk to a women/customer and make zomato a better place.

            Two months before, I have ordered a food for my friend and that was not delivered, and after entering my friend's mobile number in the second contact number, my application has blocked. I've sent the mail more than 50 times to Zomato support team... They're telling me to delete the cache memory. After installing fresh application also I'm getting the same blocked message in the application. Please do something.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

                    The issue that I have experienced was: today i ordered a waffle from the belgian waffle co
                    the order took more than 50 min to deliver
                    the delivery guy was roaming around for 30 min after picking up the order from the restaurant
                    the delivery location from my home to the restaurant was around 1.5 km
                    when i called he said that he was in my street only but in the app it showed somewhere else

                    after waiting for that long time i received the food with torn package and leaked icecream inside it and waffle became fully melted and was leaking

                    It occurred on: 7/04/2021

                    i just want my money back this is totally unfair it was the problem with zomato delivery guys or restaurant

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                      I ordered food from Zomato today and the food was oily, Bad smell was coming from the fish curry and also looked unfresh. Rice was cold and the daal was also watery.

                                      It was my first order from Zomato and I'm having such a bad experience. Also I'm not getting any option to talk with a Zomato customer service agent on the Zomato app. I need compensation. I wasted my 366 rupees on bad food. The restaurant guys are also saying that they sent me good food and not accepting the truth. 😡😡

                                        Dear Zomato,
                                        I have ordered from your app many times but this time the food was of worst quality
                                        I ordered a pork roll but literally there was very few piece of pork and the entire pork roll was filled with cabbage.

                                        And I also ordered chow+pork chilli the pork chilli was supposed to be dry but it was full with gravy and there was literally no salt in it and the taste was worst i had to throw it for such a pathetic taste.
                                        I tried to contact Zomato through email and customer chat service but received no response.
                                        How are you supposed to make up for this?
