Your one of delivery person took double amount and .and said I will return but now they refused to return my amount

Ordered the food they delivered wrong food. While collecting the delivery boy I asked about it as I know everytime I ordered from the same restaurant. he agreed restaurant delivered wrong food. He suggested to call the restaurant I called them they told yes wrong order delivered we will refund the amount...

But the zomato lazy people closing the complaints with out verifcation. Dont know why they are doing this kind of things ...

On 6th and 7th March 2021 an amount of money rs.317 and rs.354has been reducted from my paytm account by zomato media private limited without me ordering anything and neither paytm nor zomato is taking its responsibility

Just tried to complete the order by paying thru Gpay..my account is debited but at Zomatonits showing payment not completed..how to get the money retrun of my order

I have ordered Pizza and Swig Jeera from Ovenstory Pizza through Zomato App. So, I have make the payment and money got deducted but order was not confirmed.

On 04-MAR-2021, at 7:53PM a transaction of INR 175 happened from my paytm wallet to Zomato media pvt ltd without my knowledge. The details of transactions are wallet transaction ID: [protected] and order ID: ZTD-21-8850D9C12E43A.

I had not made any such transaction. Upon contacting PAYTM customer care via phone, they have informed to contact Zomato as this was an autodebit transaction requested by zomato.

Since there is no customer care number present for zomato, I had lodged my complaint on same day using "report a fraud" link on their website for which an autogenerated email was received on my registered email ID stating that they will review and get in touch with me. However there was no complaint reference number generated for same.

Till now no one from Zomato has responded on this suspicious financial activity from my account.

Kindly help me on this issue as it is a serious security breach from zomato and from paytm.

In west bengal hooghly district chinsurah chandannagar area some boy randomly joining with both swiggy and zomato id and they are misbehaving and misusing compnies asset by drink and driving, rude behavior with customer also.

I placed an order at 11:57 pm and its 2:08 am still haven’t received it on top of that they’ve deducted 380 rupees from my card, when i tried to talk to owner he said sir order is ready but there’s no one to deliver. It’s so pathetic

I rejoin zomato and worked day in that last week but the salary not credit in my account pls give me sir now petrol price very high so pls don't cheat sir ..

I have paid 147 rs for my order on 9th feb Upi transaction done via paytm. Paytm shows upi transaction successful. Zomato saying money not received. Complaint multiple times to Zomato. No refund still. Also checked with my bank(hdfc) and they also says upi transaction was successful by looking at the UPI reference number

Sir why my account is blocked. I have also 773rs in my zomato wallet. I don't know what's my mistake or it's your mistake. I placed total 4 order. Please do something and trust me sir only complaint for bad quality of food. This not my intention to refunding the amount. Next time i will not complaint in anyway that if my food is rotten.so now please sir unblock me.

I didn't get my order but it shows delivered

Order cancelled by the ZOMATO delivery boy after the food being prepared because denied to deliver the food to the customer's location.

I ordered a food online on 30th jan 2021, but due to technical issues my payment got deducted 4 times, and only one order got processed. Then I contacted zomato customer care for the refund they said I will get the refund in 3-5 business days. Which I never got. The total amount which needs to be refund is 183+183+261 rupees.
Every time i contact zomato for the refund they give me different issues and asks me to wait for the same. Now it's been 40 days.

I had ordered one full plate alu Gobi masala and 2 number of sattu parts from Khana khajana and paid online but it didn't delivers me but it shows item delivered

I have order Chilli cheese burger, mushroom soup and Veg schezwan noodles in Buhari restaurant through zomato. Where I have chosen a pure veg section before ordering itself. When I recieved the parcel fue to hunger accidentally ate the non veg noodles. I was really confused with the nonveg piece with vegetable and ate another spoon too. I m a pure veg person that too on Tuesday how can you deliver a non veg item when I clearly ordered for...
