I order food from Dominos using Zomato. My payment was completed but the order status shows it wasn’t completed. Although the money is deducted from my account and even the order has not been placed.
I tried to contact the support team but they don’t reply. If they align some executive, he/she asks to align some other person and then unfortunately no on is aligned.
Clearly, there’s no one to talk to if we come across...

On 16 november money was deducted from my paytm account even though i had not ordered any thing from zomato...

The Cash on Delivery payment option has disabled on my account for many months now.
I have made several successful orders using the online payment method but my Cash on Delivery option has still not been unlocked.
I am not even aware why it was locked in the first place.
I have written to zomato feedback multiple times but no reply has been given to me regarding this....

I have ordered my food on zomato. And the packaging I got was horrible. There is spillage of food. Worst experience ever!!! I will try to nerver order my food again... Horrible experience...

Yesterday 12/11/2020 I ordered the food from Sri Krishna but while handing the parcel was too neglected I want my money back my order number is [protected]...

I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering it. I talked to the restaurant and they were fine with cancelling the order since it was not prepared yet.
However, zomato charged the entire amount of the order as cancellation fee and did not refund it even after multiple requests. They forced me to surrender into their fraudulent and faulty company guidelines/rules to cancel the order and get zero refund. I did not want to waste...

This is the issue of 13th march 2020.

I have applied for the zomato gold.
Which at that time they were giving on 50% discount for a year.
I purchased it for 899 via google pay.
But as the time flies i have not been able to use it.
Later i decided to file a complaint.
I mailed zomatogold team and explained everything in detail.
And they took too much time in responding with the subject...

I had paid for 2 year fold membership and one fine day Zomato just replaced it by an inferior plan of pro!!!Moreover they have kept minimum order amounts for most restaurants!
Robbery in daylight to say the least!...

My zomato account linked to sanchit.[protected]@gmail.com was blocked without any reason i had my money in it. I had ordered several times from your site but why my account is blocked now please unblock it i had sent several mails to zomato but they become unresponsive please do something....

Then i raised an issue from my runner partner app. i again login the runner partner app but the iam not logging in and showing that user not authorized. I used to login for many times but the problem is same (User not authorized. I asked to the manager what the problem. They checked my data and said you have cancelled 6 orders in a week so that...

This is my worst experience with Zomato, I ordered through Zomato and the food quality I received from you is the worst. Samosa and Kachori were not hot. It seems that somebody directly packed these from refrigerator. Chole Bhaturey were stale. I am seriously fed up with the level of service received from your company. Yesterday evening I had given order for some snacks fron BTW throug Zomato App for an amount of Rs.378.11 vide transation ID No.ZTD-20-6D92AF1C7EAB6 payment made through my Paytm account. But at that time I could not get message for the payment hence again I made payment of Rs.379 through SB A/c of Union Bank of India.

I had ordered for 3 McDonald’s meals from zomato delivery for the first time.

When the delivery came, it had only beverages. The burgers and fries were not delivered.

Dominos may make alright Pizzas, however the team of personnels working are unprofessional to the highest marks possible. 30-40 minutes after receiving the order, they called to inform that the oven is not working therefore unable to process the order (this is the time frame by when the order should have been already delivered).
