I ordered food from sethi tikka jaipur on 10/2/2021 through zomato . The first transaction failed order no. [protected] order total rs 675 .
Second Transaction was successful and I received my order but I want the refund of my failed transaction which was debited from my bank account Rs. 675. Kindly help thank you. Screenshot attached

    I ordered from zomato and applied the PAYTM100 cashback. My order was for rs 476 and my order number is [protected] and I didn’t get any cashback. When contacted the customer care they asked if my numbers were same, i said no and they said then i wont get the cashback, I asked where was it written that the numbers should be same, they had no answer for the same i requested them to send me the screenshot for the same but no information was provided. Zomato has been doing the same with a lot of customers. Customers have been fooled around and an action should be taken against the same. Please provide help

        My ID was activated last night and when i was about to go for my first order today, it shows BGV failed account suspended dear Zomato please help this is my first job.I paid the onboarding fees by taking loan from the Neighbours and if my family gets to know that my id has been suspended, they'll never ever give me money to join any job ever again please help please activate my id

            I was at puri station on 8 feb to catch up my train at 11 am. So i ordered food from zomato, but after 30 min of order zomato didn't recruit any zomato valed to pickup my order and my order was late. Because i have to catch-up my train and the order was late so i decided to cancel my order. And it was a prepaid order so zomato charged my money as a cancellation fee.
            But as the order was late and i have my train so that's why i cancelled the order otherwise i missed my train.
            I want my money back.

                                Amount deducted from bank but payment failed in Zomato.

                                I placed an order today at about 7.30 and paid 238.30 rupees for the food from a restaurant called Chopsticks. I paid the amount from Google pay and the amount was deducted immediately yet the Zomato app said payment failed and the order was cancelled.                                 I have received from my organisation and i tried to take order through the coupen, While submitting, voucher is accepted and the balance amount came to my acccount, while paying the transaction is changed to original amount without coupen and the full amount got deducted, do i have to complaint to my organisation or your team, more than 2 lakhs people from my organisation must have taken the coupen through this scheme, we need to inform the team about it in my organisation, Kindly refund my money from zomato

                                  I ordered Dominos Pizza from Zomato Today on 24 Jan'2021 amounting Rs.1204. Transaction got failed from Zomato page however amount got deducted from my SBI account. Here are the details-
