Bad 😕 It seems that Zomato has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I have ordered in zomato through one of my mobile number. And i selected payment through google pay...i am using gpay with another mobile number. I have paid through that and amount was deducted in my account but my order was not placed so i selected the payment method as card and my amount was deducted again. I placed the order and received. Amount was deducted double time mistakenly. My order was birthday cake from aruvi bakery, tirunelveli. Kindly check the attached proof. Please refund my money.

Incomplete information passed by Zomato to Restaurant
I ordered a cake with Theobroma Noida Sector 32, through Zomato. On the app, there was a section where customer can mention the delivery address for whom the cake is being gifted, along with the special message that needs to go on the cake along with the greeting card.
Zomato didn't pass on the specific information to the restaurant despite collecting the information from me. Any person generally purchases the cake to celebrate a moment and the same was my intention while booking. Since zomato gave me an option to mention my message for the cake, I did that and Zomato app messed up. The customer care blatantly refused to rectify the problem and rather started blaming me that I must have not written the special message. At the end after a lot of discussion they agreed that I had written the message but it will be sent only via digital means through SMS! I asked them why wasn't this information mentioned anywhere while placing the order, to which I never received any reply.
I would like Zomato to offer me a full refund as well as Rs.10000 compensation for me for the harassment I have faced by their staff- Priyanka, Sreejata & Kaushik while the whole conversation was going on with them over chat. Please note: I have collected all the chat screenshots to strengthen my case in consumer forum.

On 24th December at 3.18 pm, I had ordered from CIA Asian Kitchen with an amount of Rs 395. The amount was deducted but the order was not placed because of which I had to place my order again. And now when I contact Zomato, they say it'll be credited within 5 days but it's been over 5 days and they tell me to contact my bank. Kindly refund my amount and resolve the issue.

Delivering me Bad food item and didn't give my money

I ordered Paneer but when i got it was sour in taste and when i told him the problem they told me "I am sorry my system is not allowing to compensate you". And they didn't give any refund or Didn't give me food.I told him to take food and give good food again then they told me nothing.
I am requesting for almost one hour but didn't help me.after that they said I'm transferring this chat to senior and after that he is not replying anymore and chat has been closed.
I request you to take strict action against them.

Zomato cheating us and fraud company without giving bag and t shirts
Zomato is saying collect bags within 3 days but given address is wrong if we went so wasting time and petrol.
There is no transparent contact number to contact only chat support .if ask via chat support they are saying due to covid bags and t shirt unavailable wait until notification so i need to wait then why should you guys collected 1400 rs from me are you cheating?

Joinned zomato delivery partner on 23/12/2020. Paid full access amount of Rs. 1400 and went to suggested location to collect the bag and t shirt but wrong info from app wasted 28km petrol and my time. After raised ticket no is 34863889 . Simply I got a reply from ticket due to corana our office is closed wait until notification ? How can i delivery food without bag ? Why should i pay ? Please close my id and refund my amount ..

I have ordered 2 shawarma’s cost of 298 rupees and I have put the option of COD and I have paid the amount to delivery boy through Google pay and he said that the amount is not credited to him and later I have paid the amount through Phone pay. I have contacted my bank for cancelling the 1st transaction and they said that it is already credited to delivery boy account. I have contacted delivery boy for revert the amount and he is not responding me. Kindly do the needful.
