I ordered from zomato and applied the PAYTM100 cashback. My order was for rs 476 and my order number is [protected] and I didn’t get any cashback. When contacted the customer care they asked if my numbers were same, i said no and they said then i wont get the cashback, I asked where was it written that the numbers should be same, they had no answer for the same i requested them to send me the screenshot for the same but no information was provided. Zomato has been doing the same with a lot of customers. Customers have been fooled around and an action should be taken against the same. Please provide help
