My account has been suspended due to bgv failed

ID NO :-(FE984622) Actually I'm raised the ticket 6 days back that time not activate I'm again reopened the ticket but not activate my ID I'm still waiting for activation ticket number :[protected] they are responded but not activated after that I'm waiting some days again raised the ticket ticket number :[protected] again same response but not activated. So this is my problem please activate my ID as soon as possible Thank you sir/maam...

        Amount deducted from bank but payment failed in Zomato.

        I placed an order today at about 7.30 and paid 238.30 rupees for the food from a restaurant called Chopsticks. I paid the amount from Google pay and the amount was deducted immediately yet the Zomato app said payment failed and the order was cancelled. I immediately contacted the customer support but they said that they didn't receive my money and would help me in any other problem i might have but not this. I am frustrated and I need my...

        I have received from my organisation and i tried to take order through the coupen, While submitting, voucher is accepted and the balance amount came to my acccount, while paying the transaction is changed to original amount without coupen and the full amount got deducted, do i have to complaint to my organisation or your team, more than 2 lakhs people from my organisation must have taken the coupen through this scheme, we need to inform the team about it in my organisation, Kindly refund my money from zomato

          I ordered Dominos Pizza from Zomato Today on 24 Jan'2021 amounting Rs.1204. Transaction got failed from Zomato page however amount got deducted from my SBI account. Here are the details-

          Date of incident- 24 Jan'2021

          Resolution- Please process refund of Rs.1204

          I ordered again and this time orders got placed successfully with order# [protected]

              Background check verification failed

              My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE929907 I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 1000 for the job. They simply play with us....

                On 17th Jan 2020 at 8:06pm, Rs. 673 were deducted from my Paytm Wallet by Zomato Media Pvt Ltd.

                I did not place any order, I was not browsing any restaurant, I don't even have the Zomato app on my phone, and Zomato website was not opened on any of my devices.
                This is a HIGHLY FRAUDULENT activity. Zomato should take extensive measures to prevent this, it could get far worse.
                Looking forward to earliest resolution, before escalating this further.

                Same thing happened to me today.. Paytm simply denied on this and simply asked to contact Zomato ... Surprisingly Zomato don't have any customer care support...only chatbot .. this is really seems fishy and should be taken seriously by the authorities

                  I received damaged food from Zomato and and they not respond me on chat I also sent them a email but they not respond me from more than 10 days please refund my Full money

                  I received full damaged box I can't able to eat such unhygienic food during covid 19 . I throw it in dustbin.

                              My order number [protected] date 9th Jan was decayed and smelled very bad like 1 day old...The customer care turned me down saying that the restaurant says it was fresh so on top of not getting anything to eat I have been called a lier by the company... There's no redressal of the complaint actually

                                I ordered my food. And after he came down to my building, he didn’t even called me. And after coming outside my door, when I opened he was behaving very rudely and telling to me that I called you three times. Even though he never called me. I also showed him my call log that you have not called. But he was arguing with me. His name is Prithpalsingh Swanni from zomato. Please take strict action against him. Because, the way he behaved was not appropriate.

                                  I filled form, waited 1 month, then mail received for documents submission, sent, more information asked to check the name matching of restaurant, pan and GST doc and food license. Worst people can't even identify the legal entity name matching in Fssai and GST. with all proofs submitted. And also address provided. They are behind restaurant name. I can put any restaurant name right to let the customers know and based on what we serve. So pathetic response when I asked this. I mistakenly type wrong mobile number for OTP security and contact. To change this they took 1 month.
                                  They don't have common sense. Its been 3 months still restaurant is not live. And they not disabled the restaurant and asking me to raise new onboarding request. So foolish people, want to take 3 more relaxing time for onboarding now.

                                  Despite giving all the required documents the restaurant onboarding process in zomato gets rejected for reasons which is not acceptable

                                  The whole process of onboarding should be handled by educated staff
