                        I want to file a complaint regarding Zomato scam and fraud over lot of consumers
                        I have received an order with items missing and I received only curries
                        When I asked for full refund or replacement of the order they accepted their crime but they didn’t issued full refund
                        They are so rude and scamsters I am one of the victim
                        I speculate that they are intentionally missing the items so that 90% of consumers won’t ask about it and the remaining consumers they can manipulate by providing partial refunds

                        What I have to do with curries when I have Don’t have rice to eat
                        If they don’t take the items back and issue full refund
                        Cancel their licenses and operations and investigate this large scam which appear to be small in nature but when it is multiplied with thousands of customers
                        They are scamming lakhs of rupees everyday
                        Please take strict legal action against them
                        Please ensure such kind of fraud and illegal entities don’t operate here in this country

                              I had ordered some food from Subway through Zomato on the 22nd of July 2023, unfortunately, y al the food was drenched and wet from the iced tea that had fallen on it and none of the food was eatable, I tried contacting them back but they didn't even listen to me and just cut me off, afterward I tried contacting them through Gmail, but this time they replied and told me to let this issue go and they would do better next time but this is completely wrong and my money is completely wasted.
                              I request that the correct authorities look over my case and help me get my money back from this company that has tried to cheat its way out of this situation.

                                Hello, order no. [protected] from restaurant Gopin Ruchira, Transaction ID is ZTD-23-8A5C8A9E8961D, Order date is 08 July 2023, Payment amount
                                Rs. 389.76 . The order did not went through but the money was debited. I did not receive the refund yet It's already past 12 days. The source for this payment was Zomato credits and I would like the refund back to the source. I am attaching all the relevant screenshots here. While complaing the same on Zomato's chat support the executive pastes the email and immediately closes the chat. After mailing the company many times I still do not get any response from Zomato.
