Unable to use Zomato credit balance

I am unable to use Zomato credit of my account while ordering online. It kept on displaying 'choose another payment method '. If we are unable to use it, then what is the purpose of giving it??
I have almost hundreds to balance left in it and seems to be useless.. please resolve it....

Require a Refund

Address:Plot No: 7, bismillah nagar, vettuvankeni, chennai.

I ordered food on zomato on 24th may but the food I received was spoiled and gave a foul smell when opened the box, I wanted a full refund on that order so i e-mailed a complaint regarding this, but did not received any response over that mail even after 2days.

Hi

I have got the message from my pay later account that the payment is done towards the Gold pro membership of INR 399. I have never initiated this payment and its been activated in my account. I want refund of it. I never initiated the membership purshase, who can zomato do it without my consent. this is a fraud with me.

I need the refund of the amount on immediate basis, otherwise, I will take the legal action...

Order placed and not delivered

Hello,
I have placed and order on Zomato with order number [protected] using UPI and surprisingly without delivering the order its showing my order delivered at given location and raised a complaint with customer care and without my approval they raised promocode instead of refunding back my amount to same source when i spoke to customer care executive she was telling me that i have approved for it and i dont have other option instead...
