Hi,

It's a sad thing that it has come to this. I am a zomato gold member and have been facing queries in my orders for the past week and zomato's customer services are pathetic and useless and haven't been helping me resolve any issue.
My order number [protected] was undelivered and some other order got delivered worth less than half the value and more importantly something that I didn't even order.
I have been emailing on [protected]@zomato.com for all the queries without any resolution or even a decent response.

It's a road to lawsuits and failure if this continues.

    This happened few months ago, I've order food from one hotel & it turned out to be tasteless, then I gave a bad review about that hotel.zomato customer guy called me & I've told him the story, he had compensated me with one coupon, which I'm not interested in.
    Few days later, unfortunately, I've ordered food from same hotel thinking that they'll provide good food this time, but it turned out to be soo cold, so I gave a bad review again.for this reason, Zomato without any intimation, blocked my account & I called customer care many times & the issue wasn't solved even till date.

          23rd November I started working
          24th November when I open the app it says my account is blocked the second day only
          So I went to the zomato office to collect T-shirt and bag and I paid 1590rs
          I asked them why is it blocked they told it will become proper in 2 days
          I have raised 4 tickets and no proper response
          And there is no helpline number to call
          Please do the needful

                Zomato is just the worst delivery app. Ever.
                My Order Number : [protected] was cancelled by your delivery executive on account of address mismatch when clearly my order was absolutely correct. There was no mismatch whatsoever. Even the pincode was corrected. He cancelled the order just like that.

                When I called him up, he said that he read the address incorrectly and hence he couldn't delivery. Is all this a joke to you ?

                I pay for my food, you cancel the order and on top of that you charge me. Like really ? This cheap ?

                They haven't replied to my ticket ID 6676924 for 5 days now.

                        Highly disappointed with the service provider they in this pandemic situation don’t even listen to the consumer concerns and provide with highly disgusting & disappointing facts. My order id [protected]. Which was not at all fresh and was not up to the level of consumption it was smelly and stale. Due to that after consuming one spoon of it my child complained of bad odour from the food & heavy stomach ache. Just after that I have shared the samples of the food with the quality check agency governed by Fssai. Will definitely take you to the court if anything happens to my child. It’s now not about the refund it’s now about the health of a child who is suffering because of your bloody ###. You will bloody have to pay for this.

                            Today i ordered food from zomato. And it was prepaid order.Delivery boy called me for location..i clearly gave information of my location but he never came to my place. When i compained to zomato thru chat they said amount cannot be refunded.

                            Delivery boy was not good. I have not rcvd my food why should i pay if i have not rcvd my food.

While supporting these cheap mentality cheap so called politician Swara Bhaskar, u have proved that u support the slogan "BHARAT TERE TUKRE HONGE INSH ALLAH INSH ALLAH" ... Shame on u Zomato. U think of dividing our motherland. And another thing, it seems only Swara and her dirty gang of Bollywood r ur CUSTOMER ... Then OK, serve them ur food .. We don't have any need o[censored] ...                                         Ordered from Subway using Zomato, order number[protected]. It was prepaid and was for 19th Nov. The order arrived with an item missing which generally has a very simple resolution. I reached out to the customer care and expected a quick resolution instead it became a harassment where the customer care executive won't refund the money for the item in full and won't even let me talk to a supervisor. 2 executives told me on record they are not allowed to let customers speak to superiors. So it is a scam and the helpless customer just goes round and round for mistakes they made and won't pay for. I am attaching a screenshot which clearly shows the cost of the product missing (sugarcane juice) and the screenshot of executive telling me that I cannot resolve it by talking to their superior even though I repeatedly pointed out that they have already taken a lot of my time.
                                        I want this case to force Zomato to relook at their policies.
