Zomato application is not accepting any valid and available Promo codes on the order page.
There is no way to speak to their customer service to get the issue resolved.
When there was an issue earlier with an order, where there was stale and chilled food sent by the restaurant, after reporting it to Zomato chat bot, a 40% refund was forcefully issued. Is that fair business practice? There is no concern of people's health or their hard earned money?
Why should I be liable to pay even 60% cost of the food, which is not even good enough to throw to a street dog, as even they won't eat it.
It's frustrating due to unethical practices by the Zomato team and inability of customers to be able to raise their complaints.
