    We have ordered in zomato around 3.00 pm and paid via upi pin and the amount was debited from my account but thr order was not placed. How to get back my money.

      I ordered my food at Zomato, the order payment got deducted from my UPI Account but the Zomato did not process my payment and the order was not placed. Why did you deduct from my account and did not process my order, and i could not even connect to the customer support or any chat support services in Zomato mobile app/ web app. I want my refund back.

        Joinned zomato delivery partner on 23/12/2020. Paid full access amount of Rs. 1400 and went to suggested location to collect the bag and t shirt but wrong info from app wasted 28km petrol and my time. After raised ticket no is 34863889 . Simply I got a reply from ticket due to corana our office is closed wait until notification ? How can i delivery food without bag ? Why should i pay ? Please close my id and refund my amount ..
        Dont join zomato there is no transparent help centre no.

        What is use? still waste of time? My id is blocked because not collecting assets is this my fault? Your are not provinding and then why asking us to pay 1440 rs ? How can i delivery food without bag?

          I have ordered 2 shawarma’s cost of 298 rupees and I have put the option of COD and I have paid the amount to delivery boy through Google pay and he said that the amount is not credited to him and later I have paid the amount through Phone pay. I have contacted my bank for cancelling the 1st transaction and they said that it is already credited to delivery boy account. I have contacted delivery boy for revert the amount and he is not responding me. Kindly do the needful.

            I couldn't login for the past 2 Days. to as am delivery partner because it says that "Your ID has been suspended because of bgv failure...i had raised tickets 2 times ticket no 34808563 and ticket no 34849817 in dates 22nd of dec 2020 and 23rd of dec 2020

                      Hi I have complaint on my last order that I have received this number of amount of the food I have received less quantity and food is not cooked properly and packaging was not proper.

                      They have added amonut as promocodr not in zomato wallet. So that I can not be able to use other coupon code.. I have to pay 80-90 rs delivery charges. Because they have added amount in promo code if I am using my amount I can not use other promo code .

                      For that again I tried to connect with customer care how they are responding please see on below picture. And I will attach other picture as well that I how I have received that order.

                      Order number is also attached in picture.

                            Dear Zomato, I Didn't Get My Payout Of Previous Week Only Cash In Hand Was Deducted And Nothing Is Given To My Bank Account I Calculated There are 1200 left which zomato should pay on my bank account But I Didn't received That Now 2 days has been forwarded please do something Other Issue Zomato Solved In A Hour And This issues I Updated Tommorow And They Are Doing Nothing...

                            I placed an order for Waffles . Order Amount 272rs.
                            The order delivered was foul smelling and bad tasting, hence could not eat the same. I went onto customer care chat support, a representative connected, for 3 hours i waited for the representatives to reply, but there was no response.

                            Have left multiple mails on zomato support, but no response.

                            THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

                              I observed worst delivery service from Zomato and quality of food delivery is not good, and responce for customers facing issues like food quality also not addressing.
                              Please find attached images while receiving food.

                              And even few biriyani rice stick to delivery boy fingers.

                              It's totally bad Experience ever with Zomato and this kind of service will leads to food quality issues and health issues for consumers.

                                To my account live chat option is not showing. I ordered special chicken biriyani and buttermilk but I received buttermilk and only biryani without chicken like veg biryani. This is order number: [protected]. If I send mail no one respond after 48 hours also. if I contact live chat from my friend mobile, live chat agents telling me to chat from same account. Live chat option is not available then how i contact from same account? Madhav is my name. I attached the screen shots for live chat agents is not responding i contacted soo many times names shwetha, sumedha, sumit and mansi. Please take serious action on above agents. I've all the chat records.

                                    I have ordered food from zomata under the order ID [protected] on December 13, 2020 at 1:57 PM. The money amount of Rs 311.25 got deducted from SBI Accounted but the transaction still shows incomplete.
                                    There has been no reverse transaction for the failed transaction so far.
