I've ordered the pizza, but my money was deducted but no order placed......

Dear Team,
I have order chhole bhature and lassi and I was delivered only chhole bhature.
Lassi was missing, immediately I wrote a mail to zomato but there is no response so far.

Placed order from kfc and delivery agent called and informed to collect the package, however he was not near our street, have been ordering from zomato for about a year in the same location and didnt have delivery or location issue, agent didnt want verify the address and said he cannot move from the place even though map was selected automatically in zomato app.

Since he refused...

Actual order was made for 1 kg cake and they delivered only 1 pound and when I asked for refund for the remaining 1 pound which was actual price as ₹250 for one pound.

Customer service refused for the refund of ₹250 and they were offering my only ₹100 which is completely wrong with the customer's.

Firstly they ordered incorrect order and were unable to refund the customer; claiming that it is out of there...

I have ordered food from Green to Chill Restaurant through Zomato app and paid from the card the amount has not refunded order on 10 July and today is 17 August still not received the refund give the refund or give me that amount in the Zomato account so I can order something from that...

Zomato's app is full of glitches, when you suffer loss because of their mistakes and ask for the reason. They come up only with pre-recorded text.
Thier rude amature representatives don't even know how to talk with customers.
And in the name of new policy, they also thugged thier customer.
Worst customer care service....

I cancelled order because what i ordered was not present and restaurants called me and was giving me an offer to take cheap thing at higher cost so i cancelled order but zomato deducted cancellation charges for no reason...

I did not receive cashback for my last order in my paytm account. The promo code applied stated cashback to be credited in your account within 48 hours. Please solve my problem.

So basically I ordered a Pizza specifying "Jain" in the cooking instruction column and to confirm I also contacted the restaurant which was unavailable at the moment and my order was accepted by them, then I called up the delivery guy to confirm whether the cooking instructions have been followed, he said confirming that the order made is a regular one and not as specified so then I tried contacting the Zomato customer care which was unavailable...

A looting food selling app and company.

I'm a pro member and you guys launched pro recently. I was ordering food through pro partner restaurants. And i realised that, zomato is giving discount as they promised but looting pro members in a different way by charging more in taxes and fees.

For pro members they are charging the taxes and fees 100+ inr and for non pro members just 30-50 inr for the same restaurant...

Zomato gold membership has been replaced by pro without asking or consulting me. I invested 1800 in zomato gold few months back and bought the gold membership for a year, but suddenly in between the gold has been replaced by pro which is very useless and gives only 10-15% discounts on the total cost of food items. Zomato gold was much better option with 1+1/2+2 offers.
Now i am asking the zomato customer care but they said they can't...

I have ordered mutton dum biryani family pack but i have received chicken dum biryani i have already raised a complaint and emailed to zomato team with food pictures and pack please talk to zomato team and please help me with refund.

I have placed the order. They called and informed me that neither order nor refund could be delivered. There is a sever system error in their app. I have typed my address clearly, the pin location in the map was in different location. Since i typed my address correctly, i don't bother the pin location on the map. Now, they are mentioning pin location as the issue and rejected the order....

Hello sir, i paid onboarding fees on 4th of july and also completed the training and collected my assets, but still i am unable to go online, everytime i click on online button it says, your profile is not verified yet, please wait for few hours, but i am waiting from past 5 days still there no response from zomato...

The restaurant never delivered the food.

I had done complaint on zomato chat but they didn't register the complaint and asked me to send an email for the complaint on [protected]@zomato.com

I had lodged the complaint vide the following ticket nos dated 4th August

On 18/07/2020, i have placed food order from zomato app by paying through google pay an amount of rs 326.40 was debited from my account but it should transaction failed. As the app shows to wait for 5-7 days for refund i have waiting but still to date (08/08/2020) the amount has not been credited back. Upi transaction id:[protected]

Last night 7th august i ordered kfc at 21.51 and the money was taken from my account but no food arrived.

I applied for zomato runnr delivery partner. I paid onboading fees and completed basic training and all my documents was verified. After that i got mobile number of city team head for collection of t-shirt and bag. After i called him he said why did you apply for zomato delivery partner without asking the team leader. And said i will not approve your profile. So it has been almost 20days since i applied...
