Payout Not Received

Dear Zomato, I Didn't Get My Payout Of Previous Week Only Cash In Hand Was Deducted And Nothing Is Given To My Bank Account I Calculated There are 1200 left which zomato should pay on my bank account But I Didn't received That Now 2 days has been forwarded please do something Other Issue Zomato Solved In A Hour And This issues I Updated Tommorow And They Are Doing Nothing...

I placed an order for Waffles . Order Amount 272rs.
The order delivered was foul smelling and bad tasting, hence could not eat the same. I went onto customer care chat support, a representative connected, for 3 hours i waited for the representatives to reply, but there was no response.

Have left multiple mails on zomato support, but no response.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

    Address: Zomato service in Bangalore

    I observed worst delivery service from Zomato and quality of food delivery is not good, and responce for customers facing issues like food quality also not addressing.
    Please find attached images while receiving food.

    And even few biriyani rice stick to delivery boy fingers.

    It's totally bad Experience ever with Zomato and this kind of service will leads to food quality issues and health issues for consumers.

      To my account live chat option is not showing. I ordered special chicken biriyani and buttermilk but I received buttermilk and only biryani without chicken like veg biryani. This is order number: [protected]. If I send mail no one respond after 48 hours also. if I contact live chat from my friend mobile, live chat agents telling me to chat from same account. Live chat option is not available then how i contact from same account? Madhav is my name. I attached the screen shots for live chat agents is not responding i contacted soo many times names shwetha, sumedha, sumit and mansi. Please take serious action on above agents. I've all the chat records.

          I have ordered food from zomata under the order ID [protected] on December 13, 2020 at 1:57 PM. The money amount of Rs 311.25 got deducted from SBI Accounted but the transaction still shows incomplete.
          There has been no reverse transaction for the failed transaction so far.
          Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              Actually I'm raised the ticket 8 days back that time not activate I'm again reopened the ticket but not activate my ID I'm still waiting for activation ticket number :-33758759 they are responded but not activated after that I'm waiting some days again raised the ticket ticket number :- 34025328 again same response but not activated. So this is my problem please activate my ID as soon as possible Thank you sir/maam

                  I am dheeraj, 2 month ago I thought to join zomato as delivery boy so I deposited security money of RS.500 as per there company norms. But I didn't joined nor I had collected any assests that is given by zomato to delivery boy at time of joining. When I asked them to refund my money they denied and told me to collect assests instead of money. But as per they policies I am eligible for refund. It's been 2 months now but they aren't responding. Please look into the matter and expose this scam.

                    I placed an order on 3rd of december but the order i recieved was wrong and hence I applied for a refund. It has been 5 days but i haven't received the payment yet, even though the company says that they've initiated the refund on 4th December. Also, I'm not able to reach out to paytm customer support regrading the same.

                              Hi,

                              It's a sad thing that it has come to this. I am a zomato gold member and have been facing queries in my orders for the past week and zomato's customer services are pathetic and useless and haven't been helping me resolve any issue.
                              My order number [protected] was undelivered and some other order got delivered worth less than half the value and more importantly something that I didn't even order.
                              I have been emailing on [protected]@zomato.com for all the queries without any resolution or even a decent response.

                              It's a road to lawsuits and failure if this continues.

                                This happened few months ago, I've order food from one hotel & it turned out to be tasteless, then I gave a bad review about that hotel.zomato customer guy called me & I've told him the story, he had compensated me with one coupon, which I'm not interested in.
                                Few days later, unfortunately, I've ordered food from same hotel thinking that they'll provide good food this time, but it turned out to be soo cold, so I gave a bad review again.for this reason, Zomato without any intimation, blocked my account & I called customer care many times & the issue wasn't solved even till date.

                                      23rd November I started working
                                      24th November when I open the app it says my account is blocked the second day only
                                      So I went to the zomato office to collect T-shirt and bag and I paid 1590rs
                                      I asked them why is it blocked they told it will become proper in 2 days
                                      I have raised 4 tickets and no proper response
                                      And there is no helpline number to call
                                      Please do the needful
