Order Number [protected]

I had ordered for 3 McDonald’s meals from zomato delivery for the first time.

When the delivery came, it had only beverages. The burgers and fries were not delivered.
The deliver person said this is what McDonalds gave him and to complain on the app.

It has been a nightmare since. I chatted with someone named Shaik who was most unhelpful. Then I called the delivery person and he confirmed that he only delivered the beverages.

After multiple emails they are not helping me and stating the entire order was delivered.
I have asked them to speak to the deliver person Mr Chavan but the did not confirm back.
Just closed the case.

I want someone to answer for this and ensure I am not cheated off my money.

Hope this complaints is heard and some action taken.

    Dominos may make alright Pizzas, however the team of personnels working are unprofessional to the highest marks possible. 30-40 minutes after receiving the order, they called to inform that the oven is not working therefore unable to process the order (this is the time frame by when the order should have been already delivered). Then instead of cancelling the order, they marked the order delivered. Now, 1 week later there has no refund been done. It is fortunate for me that I have proof of chat on Zomato app regarding the cancellation on the day of the order, otherwise there is no other proof of cancellation. An unprofessional and terrible error OR an intentional lowly fraud???

      I ordered food from LALA DA SHUDH VAISHNO DHABA shivaji marg, Block E, Block, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, 110059 on 20th october, at 7:47PM from ZOMATO. Here is the order ID-[protected]. The order cost 229INR and was prepaid but they firstly confirmed the order then they cancelled it without any prior notification but i didn't get the refund of the order that they cancelled. I request to take this into consideration as soon as possible. For validation I'm attaching all the required proofs.

        Zomato is blocking the account without a proper reason this second time I am facing the problem and they are looting the money from people I want my account unblocked or return back my money my Zomato account is [protected]@gmail.com

          I ordered my food and did my payment status through Google pay the money was deducted from my bank but in Zomato payment status shows incomplete.

              I have ordered shawarma on 19th October from zomato for 259.25rs and after 5-10mins they have canceled my order and they sent me a message saying we have cancelled you order and you will receive full refund within 5-7 days and it’s been 8 days now and I didn’t receive any refund I was contacted zomato multiple times and they were blaming my bank saying taut they issued refund on same day and I contacted my back regarding this and they confirmed me that they didn’t receive any refund from zomato and no one from zomato is responding properly to my issue and they are asking me to wait for another 10 days but no proper response very disappointed

                Dear sir or madam,

                I had ordered a meal from QD’s Restaurant Laxmi Nagar via Zomato app.

                I found a dead cockroach in my meal and I raised an issue regarding such with the customer care @Zomato (talking to Mr. Rishabh). They have just issued a coupon pertaining to the meal to be used on Zomato only and refused to refund the said amount to my account and also have not acknowledged the quality related concern regarding the meal.

                    Delivery riders like zomato and swiggy are charging 50 to 65 rs on all orders which is a bit too much. Because if we order for 200 then total amount comes up to rs 300 with taxes and delivery partner fee. You must levy reasonable charges because rs 100 as charge amd tax feels too much. Delivery fee should be charged 5 to 7.5 % within radius of 5km which feels quite reasonable.

                      On 22nd oct, I delivered ordered at tha said place and followed protocol as said by customer, but later amount was deducted from my zomato ac reason being food was not delivered according to zomato and their customer, after this false accusation and no help from Zomato I took matter in my hand and brought truth to light, customer apologies for her mistake..but I am still not paid my harf earned money and no zomato people is helping me

                              Delivery boy of zomato who delivered order to Flat 204, Tower -3, Panchsheel Hynish at around 7:30 pm was not following Covid-19 guidelines protocol.

                              He entered the lift, in which already residents have entered and on being requested to come by other lift in order to follow Covid guidelines protocol of social distancing.

                              Delivery boy didn't step down and even argued and misbehaved with the residents. His mobile number is:-[protected].

                              Kindly take strict action against such person and prepare them to follow proper guidelines otherwise Zomato will not be trusted anyone

                                  Relating to Order ID : [protected]. I had ordered food at 12:30 p.m and the food center was 2 k.m away from my residence.
                                  The app showed delivery at 1:05 p.m. On not receiving food after 1:20 I made a call to the restaurant. Later I received a call from 2 numbers, both claiming to be the delivery agent and with the promise of reaching within 10 mins. I received food at 2:56 p.m. I want to register a complaint and ensure action is taken against the restaurant or the executives who lied about the delivery time and caused us distress.

                                    I ordered 2 x Butter Naan and one plate of boneless Chicken Tikka Masala. To my surprise, I recieved shredded pieces of butter naan which could barely sum up to one piece, let alone 2 pieces. Also, the naan which I recieved in this state was totally burnt and inedible.

                                    Moreover, the chicken was the worst. It was totally undercooked and stale. It could easily be said that they served a chicken which was cooked days back. They just heated it and added oil. Nothing in my order was edible. I have attached pictures below for reference.

                                    I hope you look into this matter. Extremely dissatisfied.
