I had paid for 2 year fold membership and one fine day Zomato just replaced it by an inferior plan of pro!!!Moreover they have kept minimum order amounts for most restaurants!
Robbery in daylight to say the least!

      My zomato account linked to sanchit.[protected]@gmail.com was blocked without any reason i had my money in it. I had ordered several times from your site but why my account is blocked now please unblock it i had sent several mails to zomato but they become unresponsive please do something.

        Login issue

        Respected sir/madam
        I have worked for zomato. I don't know the exact date of termination. Then i raised an issue from my runner partner app. i again login the runner partner app but the iam not logging in and showing that user not authorized. I used to login for many times but the problem is same (User not authorized. I asked to the manager what the problem. They checked my data and said you have cancelled 6 orders in a week so that...

        This is my worst experience with Zomato, I ordered through Zomato and the food quality I received from you is the worst. Samosa and Kachori were not hot. It seems that somebody directly packed these from refrigerator. Chole Bhaturey were stale. I am seriously fed up with the level of service received from your company. Please let me know what action you are going to take against this complaint. If you can't handle this let me know to whom I should contact.

              Yesterday evening I had given order for some snacks fron BTW throug Zomato App for an amount of Rs.378.11 vide transation ID No.ZTD-20-6D92AF1C7EAB6 payment made through my Paytm account. But at that time I could not get message for the payment hence again I made payment of Rs.379 through SB A/c o[censored]nion Bank of India.

              Hence, I had made double payment for the same (Single) order. Please refund payment excess paid to you.

                  I had ordered for 3 McDonald’s meals from zomato delivery for the first time.

                  When the delivery came, it had only beverages. The burgers and fries were not delivered.
                  The deliver person said this is what McDonalds gave him and to complain on the app.

                  It has been a nightmare since. I chatted with someone named Shaik who was most unhelpful. Then I called the delivery person and he confirmed that he only delivered the beverages.

                  After multiple emails they are not helping me and stating the entire order was delivered.
                  I have asked them to speak to the deliver person Mr Chavan but the did not confirm back.
                  Just closed the case.

                  I want someone to answer for this and ensure I am not cheated off my money.

                  Hope this complaints is heard and some action taken.

                    Dominos may make alright Pizzas, however the team of personnels working are unprofessional to the highest marks possible. 30-40 minutes after receiving the order, they called to inform that the oven is not working therefore unable to process the order (this is the time frame by when the order should have been already delivered). Then instead of cancelling the order, they marked the order delivered. Now, 1 week later there has no refund been done. It is fortunate for me that I have proof of chat on Zomato app regarding the cancellation on the day of the order, otherwise there is no other proof of cancellation. An unprofessional and terrible error OR an intentional lowly fraud???

                      I ordered food from LALA DA SHUDH VAISHNO DHABA shivaji marg, Block E, Block, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, 110059 on 20th october, at 7:47PM from ZOMATO. Here is the order ID-[protected]. The order cost 229INR and was prepaid but they firstly confirmed the order then they cancelled it without any prior notification but i didn't get the refund of the order that they cancelled. I request to take this into consideration as soon as possible. For validation I'm attaching all the required proofs.

                        Zomato is blocking the account without a proper reason this second time I am facing the problem and they are looting the money from people I want my account unblocked or return back my money my Zomato account is [protected]@gmail.com

                              I have ordered shawarma on 19th October from zomato for 259.25rs and after 5-10mins they have canceled my order and they sent me a message saying we have cancelled you order and you will receive full refund within 5-7 days and it’s been 8 days now and I didn’t receive any refund I was contacted zomato multiple times and they were blaming my bank saying taut they issued refund on same day and I contacted my back regarding this and they confirmed me that they didn’t receive any refund from zomato and no one from zomato is responding properly to my issue and they are asking me to wait for another 10 days but no proper response very disappointed

                                Dear sir or madam,

                                I had ordered a meal from QD’s Restaurant Laxmi Nagar via Zomato app.

                                I found a dead cockroach in my meal and I raised an issue regarding such with the customer care @Zomato (talking to Mr. Rishabh). They have just issued a coupon pertaining to the meal to be used on Zomato only and refused to refund the said amount to my account and also have not acknowledged the quality related concern regarding the meal.

                                    Delivery riders like zomato and swiggy are charging 50 to 65 rs on all orders which is a bit too much. Because if we order for 200 then total amount comes up to rs 300 with taxes and delivery partner fee. You must levy reasonable charges because rs 100 as charge amd tax feels too much. Delivery fee should be charged 5 to 7.5 % within radius of 5km which feels quite reasonable.
