Dear zomato
I have order chicken mandi yesterday at 8pm and my order number is [protected] with out coming at location my order was marked as delivered and my amount was deducted the delivery guy name mohammed salman he is a big laier from 2 hrs he played with me without reaching my location his number is [protected]... Why you people keep this frauder on jobs... I want my refund of 306 as early as possible this is not correct zomato...

We ordered ghevar from btw restaurant through zomato and as we opened the seal there was an alive insect inside it.
We made a video and clicked pictures too and we send those photos to zomoato customer executive they just refunded the amount what we can now do with the food we ordered.

Kindly file a complaint for this defamation
Not expected from such a reputed company....

I placed the order and completed the payment in the app it displayed session timeout.
Again i placed the order it happend the same after payment completeion. Like this order got placed thrice i contacted the restaurant and asked them to cancel the extra orders can you please provide refund for the cancelled orders....

i order food from Zomato, their customer executive/Runner spoke wiith me and promised me to reach the destination but he never arrived and canelled my order.

Zomato cancelled the order and told me that you did not pick up your call which is completely wrong as i spoke with the customer executive.

i lost 511 rs and learned...

I am jyoti arora residents in of new delhi, pitampura.

I placed the order with jiva ayurveda and they have tie up with zomato for delivery, i placed the pre paid order for my mother and zomato agent charged her the amount, by making fool senior citizen. This is not acceptable from zomato.

When i file this complain with jiva they forwarded this to zomato and one of the supervisor's visited...

Today - 10th july i placed an order (Order no. [protected]) of anount rs. 676 (Paid online in advance) and rider did not deliver the order. The order was cancelled without any intimation and no refund is provided.

The address mentioned in the order was absolutely correct, however, the reason shared by zomato team was incorrect gps location, which is not my fault.

I contacted zomato senior management via twitter,...

Zomato accepts the order and almost when the food is expected, they cancel the order. Both my last orders got accepted and almost half an hour later, they were closed. I wrote a feedback but no one at zomato even cares to respond. There is no one at zomato to speak to. Very bad service at zomato. Not ordering from zomato any more....
