I have ordered from Zomato, the order should reach by 10:37 pm on 10/10/2020 but still, i did not receive any order from zomato, I talk to their support executive but the response from them is not good. The partner restaurant offered a 45min delivery timeline and we ordered from there because we needed food on time. And still order has not delivered.

Now its too much, the order has not delivered but the application showed order delivered.

      I had placed an order with Zomato which had to be delivered at Malad (E) location in Mumbai and my location was at Navi Mumbai. But for some confusion the order that zomato got had the delivery for Navi Mumbai, I tried connecting with delivery guy who said he will try to help me by getting the rider team of Zomato to connect with me which they did. But the lady at the other end was not able to provide any solution and at the end just cancelled my order and disconnected the call and did not wait for my confirmation. Its was such an unethical behavior. At the end my money was gone and the order too was cancelled. The number she called was from[protected]. If they behave this way, I wonder if they will be able to survive for long.

          I have order for food item in zomato on 10 july 2020 for an amount of ₹172.5. I have opted for upi payment via phonepe. Money has been deducted from my account but my transaction is failed. I haven't received any refund till now.

            On 30th Sept, 2020 at 11:45AM.
            My order was cancelled by Jusba restaurant, Irimpanam, Ernakulam, Kerala and my order was paid through UPI. Later i got a message from Zomato saying that the refund will be initiated within 7 working days and i haven't received my refund of Rs151 yet. What's this ZOMATO ??
            Now its more than 7 days and i was waiting for my refund till yesterday and there is a no sign of refund. Pls help me out and give a positive reply.

              I ordered a mutton fry from zomato instead they delivered chicken gravy.

              Hotel from which i ordered is hotel new janta. Previously they also did the same mistake and for that zomato agreed on that.

              Now the same situation has arisen and zomato is denying the claim that order was wrong.

              I have shared photos of chicekn in zomaoto chat and also raised complaint on zomato email id. Now i seek justice for my hard earned money.

                I have 318 Zomato credit balance but while ordering there are no option to use Zomato credit balance.I sent mail to Zomato many times but no one responded and big point is I am Zomato gold pro customer wowwww.No one care in zomato.

                you guys only make fool the customer, and customer who bought Zomato pro they are big fool because no support from zomato.I already logout from Zomato and in future I suggest to my all friends that...

                  I have not received the order and still got an email that your has been delivered, which is very surprising.

                  I continuously tried to reach out to Valet but he was not picking up my calls and then he diverted his call to another number and also cut the calls.
                  I have also dropped an email to Zomato support but it seems the complaint was closed cause i got the email for closer of complaint.

                      This is arjun.s ordered food on 21 st sep 2020 night at 9.50pm at five star chicken c.v.raman nagar. After some time reced mesg as your order declined and your money will be refunded. It's been 14 days still there is no need about my refund. Total amount is 547.95 and paid via Paytm. kindly refund to my bank account asap.

                        I responded and took the call.

                        The delivery boy asked me the location of my home as the address shown was wrong in his application. So, I redirected him to the correct address.

                        He said "Sorry mam, the order can't be delivered as the address in my application is wrong." I said him to deliver to the correct address. He denied and said talk to the company.

                        Ideally, the delivery boy was at fault. So, I need my refund.

                            On 30th September, 2020 at 8:35 pm I ordered from dominos, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The restaurant accepted my order. I had one zomato coupon so I applied that and rest I paid through UPI. I tried to call the restaurant but the number was switched-off. After 10-15 minutes I was going to track the order but it says, " This order with dominos pizza was declined".

                            Then I went to coupon section, the coupon was back but my upi money of Rs161 is still not refunded. It's been more then 3 days and still there is no sign of refund. I want you to help me with the inside information when will I get the remaining amount Rs161 back. Please i am looking for a positive response.

                              Less food quantity

                              [protected] order id.
                              Ordered for half tandoori chicken but received only one piece. Contacted zomato support and they have refunded 92 Rs(paid 174 rs).
                              My question is even if parcel was exchanged, how come one piece of chicken comes under quarter chicken category? Every hotel / restaurant provides minimum 2 pieces for quarter chicken and 4pieces for half.
                              So i[censored] have refunded 92rs that is a worst calculation u people do....

                                I ordered from zomato for rs 362.99 and i made payment through net banking... I immediately recieved msg that my accout has been debited bt order status was showing that payment is not succesfull... I called all the subways present in my city to confirm order bt the order wasnt placed so i reordered with fresh amount debited from my account... So kindly resolve my first payment issue which has been deducted from my account

                                  Dear sir / madam,

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

                                  The issue that i have experienced was: i had placed an order with zomato for dominos pizza and they had accepted my order placed for 362 (Attached payment details below).

                                  The hotel never sent the food nor did they cancel my order full night. I kept requesting zomato to either get my food delivered or cancel my order and refund the money and spike to totally 5 people, including an escalation person named shalini, who said that she will resolve the concern. I informed her that ive received an email to rate my order for food never delivered to me and she said that she will get the same resolved and ill have my money back in 24 hours to the source. She also asked me to rate her high for service delivered and said that it helps other people understand that customer's issue was resolved by escalation people, where the other specialists, just kept ending from the chat, without my consent.

                                  This is the 4th order accepted and then declined by dominos in a row for me and i asked dominos to help me as everytime the money gets debited, they accept the order and then cancel it, which inturn results in me waiting for my own money to be refunded in 24 to 48 hours.

                                  Dominos and zomato are scamming customers together and trying to make money in wrong ways. This has been a nightmare dealing with their customer service from 3 to 6 am ist, requesting to cancel my order and give me my money paid.

                                  Im going to write this on twittter and consumer forum so, the rest are aware of this unprofessional practice that zomato is putting their customer's through.
