I ordered a non veg combo from Shama Dhaba, it had roti, biryani, chicken korma, cold drink.
First thing was the late delivered food to me. When I opened it, the gravy came out from the packing. When the roti was opened, it was burnt.When I opened Chicken Korma, it also had chicken bone, When the chicken biryani was opened, it smelled and it was completely burnt.300ml pepsi written in combo but I got 250ml coke

    Dear respected sir/madam,
    I bring to your attention an urgent matter relating to order # [protected].

    The zomato valet was standing still at a certain location a few hundred meters away from my residence for apprx 10 minutes on the tracking app. Then it started moving and reached my residence for delivery. He was also unreachable during the time standing still on the tracking app. I also complained via zomato chat in which you are able to check.

    The delivery was also unusually packed (Very distinct than how i usually receive my food from the same restaurant). Last but not least, the order received had 1 portion of fried rice less (Not delivered).

    This particular zomato valet is a thief and a crook.

    I shall not hesitate to proceed with a legal action due to suspicion of opening my food and/or a mishap with my food on the way and not informing accordingly, in times of an ongoing pandemic crises, with a possibility that the food was exposed elsewhere before being delivered to me.

    I require a detailed explanation with a formal apology to avoid any legal actions toward your valet and company.

        I order through paytm on zomato with the promo code ptmwelcome which says 50% of[censored]pto rs100 and flat rs40 cashback but i didn't received any cashback or a scratch card on my paytm account. I hope you will reply soon

            My complaint not resolved yet.[ Unique Ticket ID=5937363].

            I ordered 12 pcs gulab jamun from Balram Mullick and Radharam Mullick Sweets on 21st of august with Order ID = [protected]. The food quality was not good as the gulab jamun was not fresh and it WAS tasting very bad and it had a very bad SMELL. SO i complaint about it on 22nd of august but my problem is still not resolved. I Didn't Ordered for such a bad experience and money & coupon got wasted. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

              I placed a order on 22 august and havent recieved my order but it is showing delivered. As the order is prepaid i want my refund. I cant even get customer care support. All they ask is you to drop a email and then wait revert. I want my money back or else i will more than happy to extend this matter.

                So i placed a order from amul in the market option here is my order number [protected] i would like you to read the chat thats been going on with the support system built in app, i had ordered 750 grams of cheese slices but got only 600g and you were okay to refund the amount of 80 for the missing 150grams but the 2 nd product i ordered was amul cookies and cream 1lt "gold" i am putting emphasis on gold as it is a premium line and not the regular one, and what i got was a totally different product with only 750 ml of content all images are attached in your support system and for the same your correspondent is not agreeing to it plus it even has a buy 1 get 1 free marketing on it where is it if its a right product?

                  I ordered for a bottle of liquor from zomato. Now when the delivery person team to deliver he asked for my id i couldn't remember the id serial and there was an issue of id mismatch. I showed him the original id but he said that he can't do anything since there is an issue of id mismatch in the serial number is not matching. I tried to contact zomato support to probably use or update my id or get it approved and checked but it was of no avail as they ask me to write to them. Now i received a call from the rider support team and said that since there was an issue of id mismatch they would be cancelling my order. Now when the order is cancelled i found there my entitr 100% amount of rs 700 was charged as a cancellation fee. The rider said that he is going to deliver the bottle back to the store. Now my question arises if the bottle was going to deliver back to the store and he is going to resell it why i was charged 100% cancellation fee. When i raise the issue with zomato they said that the amount goes into compensating the store but the store is going to resale the why would i be charge hundred percent of the amount. Yes i acknowledge that the driver took a lot of pain to get the bottle deliver to me so you can definitely charge double of my delivery fees but i will not accept hundred percent cancellation charge for the entire bottle.in case of food there was a chance of wastage and not able to receive that but that cannot be the case in case of wine so why was not the cancellation fees.

                    My order number:[protected], I had paid Rs 404 for one pavbhaji, manchow soup, and cheese chilly cost, which cost me Rs. 205, Rs. 175, and Rs. 60 and after some discount it showed 440 and with other charges amount came to 404 which is too high for just one pav bhaji and manchow but still I thought quantity will be more so they are charging so much. I received quantity which was not sufficient even for one person and was shocked that for this they charged me Rs. 404. I had applied for some paytm cashback promo and that also did not materialize and I have not received any cashback on this order and for my previous order too. Then I contacted customer care, the person said send me the pics of the item, I sent him the pics, then he said I will contact the restaurant, then after few minutes, he said restaurant people are not picking up the phone. Then suddenly he said quantity is not under our control so can't do anything. What is this, when you asked me to send the pics, you said you called restaurant and then suddenly he washed off his hands saying can't do anything.I literally felt cheated and swore not to use the zomato again.

                    Please check the pics of items for quantity I received and also till date have not received any cashback on my paytm account. he said you will get it in 24-48 hours but previous order I placed more than 48 hours ago but still amount not received. I really want you to help me with this.

                      I am applied zomato runnr (Delivery partner). I paid onboading fees & completed basic training and all my documents was verified. After that i got message of city team head for collection of raincoat and bag. I completed all things but still my id disabled. They didnt provide any mail or cont details for any queries. I am already raised so many tickets in zomato apps, but my problem still persist. Please do the needful. Please active my id or please refund my money that i gave.

                                  Placed order from kfc and delivery agent called and informed to collect the package, however he was not near our street, have been ordering from zomato for about a year in the same location and didnt have delivery or location issue, agent didnt want verify the address and said he cannot move from the place even though map was selected automatically in zomato app.

                                  Since he refused we didnt collect the package and he was not confirming where he was to pickup the food. When raised query through support cs said they would refund and refund has been initiated. Refunded has not been credited hence when checked back executive was not willing to listen to the issue and termed it has food waste didnt bother to listen my issue even though its delivery agent mistake, they would have call recording while can they can cross check.

                                  Would request the team to check on this issue and credit my refund.

                                    Actual order was made for 1 kg cake and they delivered only 1 pound and when I asked for refund for the remaining 1 pound which was actual price as ₹250 for one pound.

                                    Customer service refused for the refund of ₹250 and they were offering my only ₹100 which is completely wrong with the customer's.

                                    Firstly they ordered incorrect order and were unable to refund the customer; claiming that it is out of there Limit.

                                    Please take necessary action against such companies.

                                    I have all the necessary proof with me and will take it forward where ever required.

                                      I have ordered food from Green to Chill Restaurant through Zomato app and paid from the card the amount has not refunded order on 10 July and today is 17 August still not received the refund give the refund or give me that amount in the Zomato account so I can order something from that
