On 30th September, 2020 at 8:35 pm I ordered from dominos, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The restaurant accepted my order. I had one zomato coupon so I applied that and rest I paid through UPI. I tried to call the restaurant but the number was switched-off. After 10-15 minutes I was going to track the order but it says, " This order with dominos pizza was declined".

Then I went to coupon section, the coupon was back but my upi money of Rs161 is still not refunded. It's been more then 3 days and still there is no sign of refund. I want you to help me with the inside information when will I get the remaining amount Rs161 back. Please i am looking for a positive response.

    Less food quantity

    [protected] order id.
    Ordered for half tandoori chicken but received only one piece. Contacted zomato support and they have refunded 92 Rs(paid 174 rs).
    My question is even if parcel was exchanged, how come one piece of chicken comes under quarter chicken category? Every hotel / restaurant provides minimum 2 pieces for quarter chicken and 4pieces for half.
    So i[censored] have refunded 92rs that is a worst calculation u people do....

    Cake was not good and the delivery boy fraud me. I have already paid a payment online. But the delivery boy name of the person avdesh and mob no [protected] in kharar.       I ordered from zomato for rs 362.99 and i made payment through net banking... I immediately recieved msg that my accout has been debited bt order status was showing that payment is not succesfull... I called all the subways present in my city to confirm order bt the order wasnt placed so i reordered with fresh amount debited from my account... So kindly resolve my first payment issue which has been deducted from my account

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

        The issue that i have experienced was: i had placed an order with zomato for dominos pizza and they had accepted my order placed for 362 (Attached payment details below).

        The hotel never sent the food nor did they cancel my order full night. I kept requesting zomato to either get my food delivered or cancel my order and refund the money and spike to totally 5 people, including an escalation person named shalini, who said that she will resolve the concern. I informed her that ive received an email to rate my order for food never delivered to me and she said that she will get the same resolved and ill have my money back in 24 hours to the source. She also asked me to rate her high for service delivered and said that it helps other people understand that customer's issue was resolved by escalation people, where the other specialists, just kept ending from the chat, without my consent.

        This is the 4th order accepted and then declined by dominos in a row for me and i asked dominos to help me as everytime the money gets debited, they accept the order and then cancel it, which inturn results in me waiting for my own money to be refunded in 24 to 48 hours.

        Dominos and zomato are scamming customers together and trying to make money in wrong ways. This has been a nightmare dealing with their customer service from 3 to 6 am ist, requesting to cancel my order and give me my money paid.

        Im going to write this on twittter and consumer forum so, the rest are aware of this unprofessional practice that zomato is putting their customer's through.

            Yesterday i ordered pizza via zomato from dominons and the the amout of rs. 190.06 was deducted from my account but the transaction shows its incomplete, the pizza for that transaction was not delivered and again i had to make new transaction. I kindly request zomato / dominons to revert my money back which was debited and the transaction was left incomplete.

              Date of 8th September 2020. I got order of yasin food inn Andheri. I picked that ordered id no 3433 and 8065 multiorder. After that 20 to 25 Zomato boys comes to me and snatch my order. And they said Zomato strike is going on u can't delivered this food. And they forcefully snatch my mobile and cancelled that multiorder. Then in that situation I didn't understand what to do.they gave back my mobile but they thrown all the food. I was very upset . After that I raised the ticket put offline and go home still I am putting tickets but reply is not good. My id is still disabled last three weeks, I said them if you want give me the penalty's go ahead but after deduction I really need my payment and nowdays team leader also not responding
              So please help me and do the needful.

                This is with regards to the order number [protected] which was placed on may 28th 2019 at 10:44PM. Unfortunately the order was not delivered and i was told by the zomato customer care people that i would be refunded to the original payment method lazy pay at the next billing cycle. However it has been more than a year and half and refunded has not been initiated.I have contacted the customer support team multiple times on the app and have sent 20 mails where i get the same reply that it will be initiated in the next billing cycle

                    spilled food delivered - could not eat-no refund from zomato

                    I ordered a cake and this was the condition when i got it.
                    The delivery boy didn't handled it properly and all decoration and all vanished infact he made if fall due to which shape of the cake also damaged
                    And when i asked him about it he said not my mistake ask the restaurant.
                    And when i asked them they send me the pic of the cake the given to zomato boy and it was all charming.
                    I wasted my money and also got embarrassed with this i sent to someone else home.
                    Now help me to get my refund and complaint against delivery boy.

                      Extremely rude behaviour by zomato valet. I had ordered food on 25th september 2019. The order was running late. The valet was assigned at 12:10pm. I checked the app and the valet was still at the same place at 12:29pm. And the location was far away from the restaurant. I called the valet and asked him what is the issue. From the very beginning he started saying things like "what is the problem if he is stuck at the same place from the time he is assigned? Then he said that the order was assigned to him just 5 minutes ago and he is on the way to the restaurant. Then he said that he is stuck in traffic but there was absolutely 0 background noise." then i initiated a chat with zomato customer care and they changed the valet and assigned a different valet. The new valet delivered the food within 10 minutes of getting assigned. After 5 minutes, the previous zomato valet called me and asked if i cancelled the order or not. I told him i did not cancel the order and also told that because of his behaviour, zomato assigned a new valet. Then he started saying "we are the ones who work and you are just sitting at home". So i told him not to disturb me by calling him as he is not supposed to call me like that. And i also complained to zomato customer care about the valet calling me and speaking all this. They said that they will take strict action against the valet. After that the valet called me from a different number because i had blocked his first number and he kept using abusive words which includes parents and family members. I cut the call and blocked the 2nd number. I initiated another chat with zomato customer care and while i was speaking to them the same valet called me from a 3rd phone number and i did not pick the phone and just blocked it. Zomato assured me that they will take strict action and also told me i can take legal action if i want. I never expected this kind of behaviour from the valet. I want strict action against the valet because this is not how one should behave with customers. Also when he was using those abusive words, he was sounding extremely aggressive which shocked and scared me.

                      I am not sure if i am supposed to share the order number but it is 1830553xxx

                        Recently i ordered an food online on 22nd sept 2020 and the guy from zomato for deliver the food named akash kawale his phone number:[protected] he saidi had reached takling your order please collect it, so i was busy then i told him to keep at security cabin but he didnt kept there i asked for the delivery to my security gard he told nothing has arrived here so i called him and he told i had given the delivery but nothing was arrived so i wrote an complaint on zomato app then i got refund and i think this guy thought he ll take the food for himself and fool me but unfortnatally he got caught.

                            I order a rabri which came in a container without tape and seal. I was shocked how can zomato deliver this kind of packing in this covid era. Expect a basic tape on container. When contacted cs team of zomato shared the photo of packing. Executive called restaurants and confirm the same and said it came in carry bag so it was properly packed and without asking said that no refund nor any replacement.

                            I didn't feel safe to consume it hence i thru it just because there was no tape i was doubt full about the quantity

                                I ordered a vanila shake with ice cream today but what was provided to me filled me with anger i wasted my money only for milk mixed with water it was not cold no ice cream was put in it as well as the so called milk was sour in taste.
