      I had placed an order on 24th august.. It came back as payment cancelled.. But money was deducted from my account.. It was said within 7 days i get the refund... Today is 8th september.. Money hasn't returned.. I have sent several emails.. Not even received back an acknowledgement.. Pathetic is not the word... I have tried reaching the chat option.. The agents are just very very very unhelpful.. They just throw me back to the automated.. Noone wants to help...

          I ordered food on friday and the bill was ₹ 479 and so it was deducted. But i got a message about 10 minutes ago that the same amount has been deducted again whereas i haven't ordered anything at all.

            Using Zomato gold, I paid in the restaurant, amount got debited from my account but the amount was not reflecting in the dashboard of the restaurant. I paid the amount twice but the amount did not reflect in restaurant dashboard.

            Hi Zomato team,

            Yesterday I had visited levels restaurant in Jp nagar and later I paid using zomato pro but for the first time my money got debited and I received a notification in your app stating access denied. After arguments with restaurant people they asked me to make the payment again and I did the same. For the second time also same happened and my money got debited and the restaurant people claimed I didn't receive your Amount. Now I have lost total of Rs 4000 because of this.

            I want my money back please find the attachment of the money debited for your reference

              I ordered food on zomato on september 4th 2020 for rs.556.84 (Order id: [protected]) using google pay. The money got deducted immediately from my account but zomato says payment was incomplete and the order was not processed further. I have attached the screenshot of the order and transaction details.

                Hello team,

                I have ordered a Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza - Veg, Crust: Regular Cheese Burst & Chicken Parcel from Dominos which is through Zomato and guess what!!! The package is showing delivered but still it is not delivered to me.

                And when i chat with the customer care then you can check it does not look like helping the buyers. So why do you cheat the buyer by not delivering the package. I was very hungry so I ordered the product and received the false statement from the Zomato app.

                You can not imagine the anger in me. They do not have proper customer care to help the buyers. Because as per my experience they are there to make fools of the buyers. First they asked me to wait for 10-15 mins and the package will deliver and after 20 mis when I asked again then they replied that they are unable to do anything and was giving the suggestion to make the direct call to Dominos!! WOW!! What a help.. Whatever, when I called Dominos then no one received the call. This is the plan they both make the money.

                  I have ordered food from kfc suchitra circle.but the restaurant cancelled the order and my money got deducted and i got a message stating ill receive the refund in 2-7days but its been more than 25days i still didnt receive my refund.I even mailed them at [protected]@zomato.com but still didnt receive any response from them..I need my refund asap

                      I ordered a non veg combo from Shama Dhaba, it had roti, biryani, chicken korma, cold drink.
                      First thing was the late delivered food to me. When I opened it, the gravy came out from the packing. When the roti was opened, it was burnt.When I opened Chicken Korma, it also had chicken bone, When the chicken biryani was opened, it smelled and it was completely burnt.300ml pepsi written in combo but I got 250ml coke

                        Dear respected sir/madam,
                        I bring to your attention an urgent matter relating to order # [protected].

                        The zomato valet was standing still at a certain location a few hundred meters away from my residence for apprx 10 minutes on the tracking app. Then it started moving and reached my residence for delivery. He was also unreachable during the time standing still on the tracking app. I also complained via zomato chat in which you are able to check.

                        The delivery was also unusually packed (Very distinct than how i usually receive my food from the same restaurant). Last but not least, the order received had 1 portion of fried rice less (Not delivered).

                        This particular zomato valet is a thief and a crook.

                        I shall not hesitate to proceed with a legal action due to suspicion of opening my food and/or a mishap with my food on the way and not informing accordingly, in times of an ongoing pandemic crises, with a possibility that the food was exposed elsewhere before being delivered to me.

                        I require a detailed explanation with a formal apology to avoid any legal actions toward your valet and company.

                            I order through paytm on zomato with the promo code ptmwelcome which says 50% of[censored]pto rs100 and flat rs40 cashback but i didn't received any cashback or a scratch card on my paytm account. I hope you will reply soon

                                My complaint not resolved yet.[ Unique Ticket ID=5937363].

                                I ordered 12 pcs gulab jamun from Balram Mullick and Radharam Mullick Sweets on 21st of august with Order ID = [protected]. The food quality was not good as the gulab jamun was not fresh and it WAS tasting very bad and it had a very bad SMELL. SO i complaint about it on 22nd of august but my problem is still not resolved. I Didn't Ordered for such a bad experience and money & coupon got wasted. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

                                  I placed a order on 22 august and havent recieved my order but it is showing delivered. As the order is prepaid i want my refund. I cant even get customer care support. All they ask is you to drop a email and then wait revert. I want my money back or else i will more than happy to extend this matter.

                                    So i placed a order from amul in the market option here is my order number [protected] i would like you to read the chat thats been going on with the support system built in app, i had ordered 750 grams of cheese slices but got only 600g and you were okay to refund the amount of 80 for the missing 150grams but the 2 nd product i ordered was amul cookies and cream 1lt "gold" i am putting emphasis on gold as it is a premium line and not the regular one, and what i got was a totally different product with only 750 ml of content all images are attached in your support system and for the same your correspondent is not agreeing to it plus it even has a buy 1 get 1 free marketing on it where is it if its a right product?

                                      I ordered for a bottle of liquor from zomato. Now when the delivery person team to deliver he asked for my id i couldn't remember the id serial and there was an issue of id mismatch. I showed him the original id but he said that he can't do anything since there is an issue of id mismatch in the serial number is not matching. I tried to contact zomato support to probably use or update my id or get it approved and checked but it was of no avail as they ask me to write to them. Now i received a call from the rider support team and said that since there was an issue of id mismatch they would be cancelling my order. Now when the order is cancelled i found there my entitr 100% amount of rs 700 was charged as a cancellation fee. The rider said that he is going to deliver the bottle back to the store. Now my question arises if the bottle was going to deliver back to the store and he is going to resell it why i was charged 100% cancellation fee. When i raise the issue with zomato they said that the amount goes into compensating the store but the store is going to resale the why would i be charge hundred percent of the amount. Yes i acknowledge that the driver took a lot of pain to get the bottle deliver to me so you can definitely charge double of my delivery fees but i will not accept hundred percent cancellation charge for the entire bottle.in case of food there was a chance of wastage and not able to receive that but that cannot be the case in case of wine so why was not the cancellation fees.
