I did not receive my order (Order no [protected]). I have tried to contact hotel, executive, zomato support but I didn't received any help. The delivery person mentioned he has delivered it but I didn't received anything. Even zomato customer care tried to contact but no response. It happens 4 hrs continously. Very rude, impolite and a liar. Worst part is that there is delivery person contact number, no cust care num to contact the support too. Plz process full refund. Take an proper action against this issue.

      On 22nd July 2020 we ordered food from Taco Bell via ZOMATO, the bill was rupees 1011, after payment was made, we got a message from the bank saying that the money had been deducted but at the same time we got a message from ZOMATO saying that the transaction had failed. After somehow getting into contact with someone on the zomato chat help, they assured us that the money would be returned to my account within 5-7 days. However it has been 10 days and there is no sign of the money, moreover the people in the Zomato chat Support initially start talking to me but when they realise the issue is about the money not being refunded, they conveniently respond with ‘ please wait while we transfer you to an agent who specialises in these cases ‘ after this point NO ONE comes to help me with my problem and I am automatically redirected to the automated chat!! It’s very disgusting that they do not even have the decency to tell me where my money is or at least give some genuine support on the chat !!

        Regarding order number [protected],
        I have ordered half kg 2 packs of kaju katli from new delhi sweets raipur cg. They have manipulated the order and send 1kg 1pack which was not as per my instructions i have personally returned their product and waiting for refund which is not yet initiated.
        Kindly refund the money.

          I ordered from offline cafe 2.0 on 31 july of rs 860 and it is showing payment incomplete but the amount of rs 860 is deducted from my bank account. How will i get my refund.

              I have left my order ID and chat that I had with customer service agent.
              I do not have any query against support agent.

              One of the bad experience I have ever had. Ordered and waiting for food. I have seen advertisements saying super fast delivery and stuff but in reality??

              Poor customer support interface
              Reply in chat support took nearly 20mins

              Coming to Zomato valet, I have called him the moment I ordered food . To give an instruction and ask him to change Katti roll to wheat Katti roll. He never picked my call. Waited for 45mins approx. Called restaurant, they said he left restaurant and another customer also calling us with the same complaint. Nobody was able to help me until I took effort and my patience with chat agent worked.

              If I would order through COD, maybe everybody would have responded I guess.

              Here is the conclusion, I'm bit curious to know why valet went to shollinganallur while he is suppose to deliver the food in Madipakkam. It's still a ?
              Conclusion, very bad experience. Posting the same in social media to create awareness.

                  Hi there,
                  I recently made a zomato order few hrs back with zomato order id [protected]. After 15mins of order i got call from valvet and he asked us we would need to either cancel the order or pay him extra as the distance is longer than the range. I didn't make any change in my locatiom before/ after order. He told if i cancel order, i won't be refunded. So had no other option other than paying him extra amount for distance. Nothing such is mentioned in app, the support is trash. They don't have any chat/call.

                    Dear sir/madam would like to put a complain against zomato, we had food at a restaurant on 17th july 2020 and the bill was aed 48.37 but accidentally due to smart phone aed 448.37 was paid, we informed zomato help line and they suggested to pay again correct amount so the original would be refunded so we again paid aed 48.37 and waiting for our refund from past 9 days and zomato says it has refunded but bank says they have not done so, we are asking for proof from zomato but in vain.

                    We need our money back from zomato, and we are zomato gold members.

                    I can provide any supportings required for the same which is already submitted to zomato. Kindly help

                        Sir, i am rider and join 2 days before and today my id show suspended due to bgv failed. The verification person does not come my location for verify i inquired everyperson in my street and every person told me not any zomato person don't come for verification

                              With regards to unhealthy food delivered to us dated 20. June 2020. While reporting the same to zomato customer care executive they had allotted me same amount of promo code that particular day. Since i'm chasing zomato sharing them that allotted promo code is not working kindly activate it. Awful no revert from team zomato.

                                I have order chicken mandi yesterday at 8pm and my order number is [protected] with out coming at location my order was marked as delivered and my amount was deducted the delivery guy name mohammed salman he is a big laier from 2 hrs he played with me without reaching my location his number is [protected]... Why you people keep this frauder on jobs... I want my refund of 306 as early as possible this is not correct zomato team

                                  We ordered ghevar from btw restaurant through zomato and as we opened the seal there was an alive insect inside it.
                                  We made a video and clicked pictures too and we send those photos to zomoato customer executive they just refunded the amount what we can now do with the food we ordered.

                                  Not expected from such a reputed company.

                                    I placed the order and completed the payment in the app it displayed session timeout.
                                    Again i placed the order it happend the same after payment completeion. Like this order got placed thrice i contacted the restaurant and asked them to cancel the extra orders can you please provide refund for the cancelled orders.

                                      This is with the continuation of third grievance logged against zomato on same platform with their unsupportive behaviour previous the following are the grievance number:"2108124", "1933329", the company is resolving comments that they have dropped me the resolution email but the thing is that they are not sending any single resolution email and still not unlocking my account, again repeating the details are as follows i have ordered from zomato on january 28/01/2019 and complaint on 29/01/2020, order id #[protected], i compalint about the bad quality food after which zomato refunded me the amount of 235 and after 24 hours they disabled my account, i already mailed to "[protected]@zomato.com", but didn't get any response and solution from them, they told suspicious activity, to report for a bad quality food is a suspecious activity??, request you to please help over here and give solution, so kindly unlock my account on urgent basis.                                         Hello.. Actually I order some stuffs in KFC as I was starving a lot and first thing comes into my mind is Zomato. My mobile was about to switch off so I asked my husband to book and I plugged in to charge.. After few minutes I received a call from the delivery boy asking for the address.. As always we do is I'll ask the person to come to the exact map or address where I am eagerly waiting for them. though I said him the same he was only repeating for the address how to come.. I am very new to the city so I asked to contact my husband. I very pleasantly asked him that can you please call to the registered please.. even asked him not to get angry to make him call or else if not possible I can even ask and explain him.. but he angrily said that "what you are asking to call another number" he said in a very unpleasant way that made me very upset.. and then I called my husband to ask if he has provided the address because I was waiting. he said me that he didn't even asked the full address while he was explaining he disconnected without saying anything. that made me even more angry because I actually pleased him but his attitude was like something which I have never experienced before in such reputed organisations/companies. He again called me to say that he reached somewhere in the middle where do I come now.. and this is what my husband was trying to explain him. I just said him the you are saying mam but why aren't you giving respect.. I pleased you my dignity and you are behaving in this way.. yeah I was in angry though but I said him that I completely understand your situation and we respect your work but even please understand ours.. he rudely said me that "that isn't a matter I somewhere closely reached to your place so tell me where should I come only tell me that and even he used very manner less attitude and words while he said that" I said what??? and disconnected.. he again called me and asked where do I come.. Do I deliver or not.. I said I don't know I'll ask my husband to call.. because that is what I am saying I don't know the address from the starting.. I am actually so sorry guys I asked my husband to give the number in the instruction because I am the one who is going to collect if he reaches to the address and calls me and that is what happening everytime.. then I again stepped down to collect food he was there shouting to my husband in the phone call and hanged up stating that " sir disconnect (rudely)" and he disconnect that made me even more upset and I was very much fed up and I don't want to eat anything given by him. but though I understood the situation and I don't want to create a scene in my locality because that was an evening time and everyone was relaxing outside their house.. I went close to him and without saying anything asked for the food kindly but on the sudden he shouted on me like the hell in front of everyone there. I was very much embarrassed and I told him that you are shouting like something.. he told me while shouting that "my phone isn't working okay??" so I told him that then that wasn't our mistake, that's your mistake and you should have asked sorry to me but instead I was pleasing. Though after following all the instructions pretty well I don't know why was I treated in such a way?? I wanted to throw the food right away in front of him but giving his service a respect I brought the food and without even having anything threw the same in dustbin. very important thing that made me even more upset is I was asking for food and raising my hands but he was just shouting and was looking at his phone doing something.. for so long he made me to stand at the same place and then after asking him for 4-5 times he gave me the order. This was like a disaster to me even because of this I couldn't even concentrate on my job properly.. Feeling very bad when my neighbors asked me what's wrong. I wanted to complain only because while leaving he told me " Go Go and complain" that made me to complain or else I always respect humanity and the service. I kindly request you to please warn these kind of behavior so that no one should become upset when they are starving for food like me.. That's very bad thing according to me.. Thank you..
