I have order 7 samosa and 1/2 kg white rasperry but I have received only rasperry not 7 samosa..I want my refund back or deliver me my complete order to me...

I ordered butter chicken and 2 roti from zomato rest chawla express mukherjee nagar delhi today, in this coronavirus scenario there is no packing tapes on the box. Box is already open and zomato is not refunding my payement. Restaurant owner is saying that you can file compain we cann't do anything in this because of zomato. Its very undafe that they are delivering food without packing. Strict action should be taken regarding this....

I have order food from zomato app and i paid ₹226.55 from my phonepe account. Due to my personal work i have cancelled the order less than 10 minutes. I asked the refund the amount but they are not ready to refund the money. They are cheating the customer. Due to this issue i am totally mentally disappointed. I request you to kindly take legal action against zomato and ask them to refund my money

Zomato valets behaviour was rude and using vulgar language after delivery on call when I asked him about packing. He also threatened me on Call. I am doing police complaint on the Zomato valets behaviour.

I placed an order last evening which showed delivered but the valet showed nowhere near the restaurant or my home on the map. I contacted chat support and mridu said the valet wont pik up his call and i also called the valet atleast 100 times but he wont pik up. I kept waiting at the main gate for more than 30 mins. I asked mridu for refund and he wont refund the money and asked me to wait for another 20 mins inspite of me already waiting...

Had ordered dinner on at zomata 24.09.2020for rs.355.66/- and done upi payment.
As no cod available.

The amount was deducted from google pay but on zomato it showed transaction incomplete.

I saty in military area in patiala. I ordered some biscuits, curd and paneer from zomato on night of 31 mar 2020. The cantonment gate told me that they don't allow outside orders because of corona lockdown. I cancelled the order within 5 mins. There was no option to cancel other than to click on ₹75 cancellation fees.

This is in regards to tax.
The tax that zomato is charging is too high. I tried purchasing a burger from mcd from zomato of 160 in that 73 rs is added as a tax that means that single burger was costing me around 233 rs. Is this the way of charging tax. What the hell. This would be taken seriously and action should be taken against zomato....

Hello i ordered paneer biryani (Order no. [protected]) from zomato (Restaurant name - mynt 15) on 30th march around 8:20pm and it got delivered to me on 8:50pm and as soon as i received the order i opened it to have it and to my surprise it was smelling like the food has been made from drain water it was very bad, it was the paneer which was stale and rotten.

So i complained regarding this to zomato and i asked them to refund...

Food provided was not edible it had a funny smell and when i tasted it, the food was very bad in taste and when i told the customer service and asked for a refund i was said that can't happen i asked them the reason they said we just cannot. It is zomato responsibility if they are partnering up with restaurants to see if the quality of food is atleast edible enough....

Sir, i m a medical student from latur, maharashtra. During this lockdown we are stucked here at latur with no ways to go home. Our mess are also getting closed one by one. We are facing very much problems regarding food. Like me, there are many other students stuck here. There are many colleges here and 11th 12th std students who have come here for preparation. I paid 102 for order number [protected] to zomato via googlepay and money was deducted from my account, but zomato didn't place my orders neither have they refunded my money. I have contacted them several times but they told me they didn't receive money due to gateway failure and that i should contact my bank. On contacting bank i got to know that money was sent to zomato's account....

I have ordered chicken biryani from jashn biryani bawarchi in bengaluru and also i have specified the instructions which they did not follow also i have tried many times to call the restaurant but they didnot respond. My husband working in zomato delivery boy job. But he is not eating and not coming after 12 hours. This is serious issue. Don't give order 11. Still he is not coming to home. His working time 11am to11pm. Now time is 2 am alone with my baby. What to do? Pleasecheck this issue and resolve soon. It will helpful for me and other delivery boy. He can't manage life and job.
