Dear team,

Yesterday at around 10 pm i had placed an order from zomato for muradabadi biryani and coke [500 ml].

However, the order was not complete i haven't received the coke and i am also not sure inside the box it will be muradabadi biryani and before checking the order, the delivery guy had updated the delivery status as delivered. Also, the order which i had received it seems like it came from roadside install shops (Raidy). Food condition was really bad and the tissues which i have received it seems these issues were already used we have better tissues inside of our office toilet. Attached are the pictures of the food which i had received from your service provider.

This was my first order from zomatto, and i feel i did a mistake yesterday i didn't take my dinner because the food i got was not worth eating. I didn't know why i ordered from zomatto instead of swiggy. I tried to connect with zomato customer care number‎, unfortunately, the call was getting dropped automatically. You can imagine how frustrated customer i am, who is writing an email to zomato about their service at 1.30 am.

And it will be a pleasure for me to share my zomato service experience with my colleagues through social media or other channels so that at least they will be safe before placing an order from the wrong place.

    Highly disappointed about order vs delivery

    I had ordered family pack egg biryani and one pannee biryani single

    But both received single biryani

    Bill amount also lot of difference.

    My order bill is 656/-
    Received bill along with parcel 367/-

    Both zomota delivery boy and restaurant guy not giving proper response 😡

    Hope we will get resolution soon

    Am enclosing both resarent bill and zomota bill

    Please check and resolve asap

      I booked a table yesterday on 2nd of march of a restaurant 4th march dinner and my table got confirmed also. But the next day that is today on 3rd of march when i opened my zomato account my account got disabled. I have neither complained of an order and not placed an order since 2 months then also my account got disabled without any information. My email id is satishyadav. [protected]@gmail.com.

        I had recently ordered 3 dark forest pastries, the order i had received had packaging related issues, one of two boxes were squashed and the two pastries in them were completely crushed so i demanded a refund but the customer associate is giving me lame excuses about how he is not able to proceed with a refund or any compensation.

          I have order a food on zomato with order no:[protected] and delivery came after 45 minutes and said he is waiting outside i went out and no where found him and j called he said he us waiting in different location and when i said to come my location which is setup in zomato app then he refused to come to my place. Immediately i contacted the chat support of zomato then said sorry and said they will cancel my order and asked to me place another...

          I ordered pizza on march 1, 2020 (Order id - [protected] from pizza hut) and within 5 minutes i intended to cancel it. My problem started with the chat bot zomato uses. Even the first time i used it selected incorrect option.in 5-10 minutes you think the order is prepared by pizza hut? And in my order was a chocolava (Which i am sure, they must have prapred in bulk and if i cancel the order, goes to the next one and a soft drink, which again i am sure will go to the next person). For packaged food also you are looting us? And top it, zomato doesn't have a "human" behind it's chat bot and allows us to select only their options given which might not be enough.

          This whole process is a mess for any customer, trying to place an order for the food they are going to consume. This chat bot and zomato together are looting customers. Take a cancellation fee, if someone travelled to pick up the food, take the cancellation fee (I am absoultely fine for taking a fee for wasting someone's time and effort). But this order was cancelled erronelously in the first place and within 5 minutes. A pick up was also not arranged. Just because pizza hut accepted the order, does zomato have the right to take away my complete money? Hell no! And there is no human to talk and explain the problem to.

          First do not use chat bot -
          Second, increase the automatic responses you have and the space between options available? While, using a touch-phone when we select one option the other gets selected.
          Have a confirmation in place and reiterate that this is what a customer wants and in case of no refund - put it in some block letters that we are looting your money and you will not get it back!,
          This way, we do not assume that it's a usual message. Pathetic zomato., absoultely pathetic.

          I have ordered food on 22/02/20. And cancelled the order with in few mins.
          But zomato neither refund the money nor delivered the food.
          There is no customer care number and on emails they said will not refund the money.

          i am rider and join 1month before and yesterday my id show suspended due to bgv failed reason..

          What is the meaning for bgv..

          Please cancel my suspension and activate my account please help me..

            This order was never delivered. Who delivered it? When was it delivered? And to whom was it delivered?
            Ovenstory dwarka sector 8 from where we ordered, we are trying to call them but they are not answering the call.
            We have a screenshot which shows that at 22:19 pm it shows that the order will be delivered shortly. We have all the screenshots and call recording in which the ovenstory employee clearly states the the delivery boy did not deliver the order, it proofs that our order is not delivered. You are lying that the order is delivered.
            You are neglecting the customer rights, which is not allowed. We can easily file a case against you. And also we will share our this incident on all social media platforms including facebook, whatsapp etc. Please contact us asap.

            Seriously i was not not expecting such a pathetic service i ordered on zomato amounting Rs 258 the delivery executive call me 2 times and he haven't delivered my orders. And he blocked my number. I am definitely going to file a case against zomato so rubbish service.

              I have ordered noodles from fork with stick restaurant from zomato . I was waiting for my order. But delivered boy didn't came which time was given on zomato and i have received one message trying to reach u .. u ordered has been cancelled.. we have bell outside the house.. did he bell ..he didn't. I called to delivery boy. He said he reached in dlf phase. Waoo what a speed with in 2 min he reached in delf phase .They waste my money and time both. Then i messed up with chat service. What a policy person will get nothing. I want my whole money back

              And zomato is giving me mo refund for this.

                I have placed one order and cancelled it in 2 minutes.
                And i have also called to the respected restaurant and they have not begun to prepare my order yet they said is just came and after he knew that order is cancelled he just left.
                Still they didn't gave me my money back. Because i have no money left today... I am not able to order something else to eat and i live in hostel. And i have nothing to eat.
                This is wrong. What one can do in such situations.
                I am waiting for my refund. Want it back.

                I have ordered some food in Zomato on 22/20/2020. However i have received different food. I have called delivery person as well as restaurant. They both are agreed that it was an incorrect food. However i am following up with Zomato help team last three days and i am not getting proper response from them.

                  I am extremelyâ frustrated and disappointedâ with the service provided by zomato. I ordered my sandwich with subway dip 1 at 1:18p. M. And it is now 2:50p. M. Dubai time and i have not received my food. I have listed my number and the driver did not bother to call me. Delivery location is 5 mins walk from the subway branch. I chose to order online and paid aed 5 for delivery because i was busy in meetings!! This was a big mistake.

                  In addition, i received a call from zomato india (Tel:â [protected])â from someone named vishal or lakshit who was very rude and did nothing to help the situation. He instead did not care that i have run late for my meeting and insistedâ that there is a chat option on the page for which i could raise a complaint there. After informing the agent that i am unable to view the chat option, he indicated that i was possibly not literate enough to read options on the page. I am in a leadership role with an international organisationa and i will not tolerate any member of zomato talking down to me like i am an #.â i have taken a screenshot for this employee of zomato (Attached). He refused to give me his full name and was obnoxious over the call. I have emailed on [protected]@zomato.com

                  I m from Rohtak and I ordered 4 masala dosa and 3 plate cholai bhaturai and total amount is 790 rs, I m waiting for my order and after some time your delivery boy receive my order from restaurant and gone in opposite direction and my order running late I chat with your agent he said me sir I will check and he passes time and after that I received delivery boy on my gate he kept my my food on bike handle and sai me sir rating kar daina I sai ok then I open my food and what I see my food is cold I complaint on chat but he say sir sorry for that time I sai it's not first time it's 3rd time I spent 790 rs for cold food then my family put that food on gas, I want my refund .

                    Zomato has disabled my account from online ordering, all because i complained abut the wrong order last year. They added zomato credits to my account and then conveniently disabled my account. Now those credits are useless for me. My gold membership got wasted.

                    Mr. Deepinder goyal can confirm if they decide to not activate delivery again once disabled?

                      I have an issue here
                      My order has been placed from hyderabad eatz restaurants and also i amount of 188.60 rupees has been debited from my account.
                      We have reached the zomato chat service but there is no result. There are mentioning that they cannot refund or else replace my order.

                      We are expecting the positive replay
                      Because this may effect your brand and also the service.

                      Try to credit my account as early as possible.

                      If the amount has been not credited then by here now i will stop using your services

                        problem with zomato refund status

                        I've ordered food from coffee and tiffin restaurant (Order i'd -[protected]) this was on november 2019, and yet i haven't received the refund and i've ordered again from bakerstreet pizza ([protected] - order i'd) and i haven't received refund and they're give rrn number through which we can track the refund but i dont think that is useful. I paid using gpay, so kindly refund the amount to zomato wallet so that atleast i can use it again :)...

                        My order was cancelled by your executive because my live location was different from the location i wrote. It is not my problem if my live location wasn't detected correctly by your stupid app, i did pit the whole address so i dont know what's the fuss about.
                        I requested your delivery guy to come to the location which was literally 9minutes away and even told him that i will give him extra money for this but his stubborn behaviour helped none. Also, the help executive told me that i wont be getting my refund back. Fraud zomato.

                          I made an order today and the order got cancelled.

                          Even after the cancellation i connected within seconds with the support team to undo the order. They said me that i wouldn’t get a single rupee nor the food.

                          I lost all my rs270/- for nothing.

                          This is so bad and fraud. Partial refund atleast must be provided or a coupon atleast.
                          Total order amt has been taken for cancellation and i received nothing. Pls help.

                            A product was not delivered to me worth rs 570. Then i asked for a refund but instead a promo code was added to my account and i wasn’t informed of the validity of this code and now the code has got expired and zomato is not updating it. This is not fair since the order was not delivered and i asked for refund to account but zomato advisor sent it as a promo code. They have charged me incorrectly when i have not even have used the services.

                              Hellow sir, i ordered food in zomoto (Order number: [protected]) we ordered food at 4.46, still food is not delivered. Zomoto agent said to complaint it in zomoto customer care. I complained but they are not giving perfect reason. I have been wiating for more than 1 hr, but they insulting me by sending " for compansation we send you rs. 100. Then they cancelled the order and initiated refund. I need the refund today. Please help me out

                                Ordered food from zomato. Zomato claims on the delivery page (See attached file) they were at my address but i didn't receive the order which is a lie. I tried calling them back almost immediately, first i was put on hold as the valet was on call with someone else. Then my calls were ignored. There has been news before of zomato valets eating food ordered by customers, i believe the same has happened here under the guise of me not being there at the address.

                                  Hi zomato team,
                                  I have placed an order on 27/02/2020 against order#[protected] using your app. The order details was 2-mutton biriyani from arsalan and total charges was 447/-.
                                  After few minutes later i received a call from your rider that he not able to find my delivery location, when i placed the order via my mobile using number [protected] the delivery location was mentioned below.
                                  49, purna mitra place kolkata 700033, aminia golpark, ballygunge gardens, kolkata, west bengal, india.
                                  I used this address from your app and the address is the correct one, but the location of the address is not typed by me, it was accepted by your app.
                                  I requested the rider to deliver the parcel to my home as i already paid the amount via paytm. The rider denied to deliver and transfer the call to rider helpline, the helpline contact person said i have selected wrong address due to that neither i will net get the parcel nor even the refund. I have initiate a chat session with your helpdesk and explained the situation, but helpdesk person constantly stating that i have selected wrong address due to that no refund possible.

                                  I like to inform you that 49, purna mitra place is my home address and that address was mentioned in the delivery location, then why the parcel was not delivered. I have paid the amount, i have selected my correct home address still i it was not acceptable at all about your service and customer relation, i have paid something for nothing.
                                  I was in a marriage ceremony which is 55km away from my home and that requested food was for my wife and mother, they not able to have their dinner yesterday due to your outstanding support and process.

                                    And i called hotel owner he said the mistake is by zomato delivery boy

                                    And the zomato app does not consist any customer support only a automated chat system where it is time wasting...
