I have ordered food thru zomato app for dindigul thalpakati biryani hsr layout outlet immediately after payment debited to my paytm wallet account the restaurant & the app is not showing any confirmation my money is debited to my wallet account. & no customer service number available for zomato media for raising complaint or any order details displaying in the app...

I had received a wrong order so i had raised an issue to zomato. They told me that they will refund my full amount which was 297.93. On further enquiry they told me that they have refunded my full amount.
They gave me rrn no.[protected] to track my amount.
I had ordered on 2nd january 2020 and it's been 15 days but i have not received my refund. This is really worst experience with zomato and i really want to take necessary action...

I was did order my food from chaska restaurant and delivery boy was not moving from last 15 min from restaurant when my order was ready. When my order was ready so why he was not moving from restaurant. I want my full refund. When i check on map ur reply was we delivered food on 2.05pm surely then after 5 min we reply me same we delivered food on 2.20pm why u taking so much time to delivered food. When food was ready....

Hello i have a restaurant registered on zomato..

Whenever zomato does not have riders available in any area they close the restaurant for ordering but on the their app they show that restaurant is closed for ordering or not accepting orders instead of showing that riders are currently not available... They dont want to bring a bad name to themselves but simultaneously are brining a bad name to the restaurants

I ordered today food and opt option ontime or free. But after reaching set time received call from zomato that address mentioned is not true. although Zomato already delivered earlier on this address( u can check from history) Now they are saying that money will not be refunded as food was prepared by restaurant. Then what is my Mistake as i am neither getting food nor refund money. Zomato is only expoiting its customer. totally useless...

Due to system error. There were two order booked in zomato and payment deducted twice from my account. I cancelled one of the order and received the other one. But i didn't have any refund status yet. The zamato pepole are not responding properly and dening for refund. Please i need my money back. I have ordered a malai kofta, 2stuffed naan and a gajar halwa and paid total amount of rs. 338.0 via online transaction. But the delivery boy didn't come to the mentioned address and the restaurant then cancelled my order mentioning that the provided address was wrong.

I ordered paratha meal from eat. Fit with zomato and it was cash on delivery and paid 10 rupees extra for opt on option!! It was clearly showing in app if i won't get the food within 33 minutes the meal is free..

Have ordered chole bhature and the delivery boy. He had to wait at the door for 5-6 mins as i was slewping i took time to come to door ge was annoyed which was understood but right after delivering me the order he is sending me inappropriate texts which no one wants to see. This is no conduct of professionalism. Take strict actions against such people....

I ordered a pizza from zomato at first accepted the order later they call me and said sorry we don't deliver to taht location after they already deducted the money from my paytm. Till now zomato didn't refund my money its going to be around 15days. They keep on saying that they have refunded but i already sended them the bank statement also. Very poor experience they first accepted the order. Then after sometime a message sent to me is that your order is delivered without delivering my order and when i try to contact zomato they responded like they are doing charity to me by refunding my amount after 4-5 days.
