Ordered food from zomato with orderid [protected] of rs 105.25 on jan 26, 2020. They did not delivered the food and when i talked to their customer support for the refund, their initiated the refund of rs 30.25 and the message i received is below
"we have initiated a refund against your order (Id: [protected]) on zomato order. Refund of rs 30.25 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days."
When i pointed out that i need the full refund of rs 105.25, they said they have escalated the issue and i will receive full refund in 2-7 days.
After 2 days, i got refund of rs 30.25. Again i asked their customer support that i haven't received my full amount, they again said we have escalated the issue and you will remaining amount in 2-7 days.
After 7 days i again contacted them that i haven't received my money, now they are saying they have refunded my entire money for this order id. This is how zomato is cheating their customers
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
For msg or email also they were not replying.
