Hi. As a concerned user i want to notify you that today at 3:51am an incident took where where i was returning home from work. A zombie executive wearing a red zomato jacket on a grey n black slender bike verbally and almost physically abused my cab mate who was a female. After an hour new zam zam call me and tell that we are not deliver your food due to some reseon and then they decline my order. And after camplaining many time to zomato support and at till they not refund my money.

delivery rejected by the delivery boy

On 25 niv i have placed the order of cake from fat guy patisserie, jaipur. Delivery guy picked up and left for wrong address. When i called him he didn’t lift me call. incorrect delivery from zomato, crispy hub store

I had ordered for my dinner but by mistake did order at a far off location for which I drove around 4 km as Zomato did not help me
When I reached there I called zomato delivery boy so as to inquire where he was he told me to come at other place and as I refused he marked my order as delivered...

non delivery of food items

I booked a pizza from oyalo karur but after one hrs i received a message my order has been cancelled if they don't have that much facility why are doing this. You see this at 8.21 pm they don't have delivery boy than when they will. no refund received for cancelled items on oct 28

On Oct 28, I placed a prepaid order (order id: [protected]) with Silver Coin Restaurant. The restaurant cancelled one item from the order and despite my insistence of having the money credited back into my bank account, the Zomato executive on chat chose to offer me a promo code. Two days later, on Oct 30, my OnePlus phone was stolen (I have an FIR, which I can share) and I don't know if the person who stole my phone deleted my Zomato account....

money refund for wrong debit of account
