Ordered haleem on the above date, and the order is not delivered to us. I have raised a complaint and what they said is they contacted the delivery person and he said delivered itseems. But as I checked the CCTV footage of the building as well the delivery is not happened. So, requesting you to give my refund back....

This is the second time thus happens.
First time i placed an order on zomato from Eatfit which i almost order daily from them.

Spoiled mixed rice (3 packet) delivered to me ref. Order_ID_[protected]. There was bad smell coming out from the food. I contacted your customer care but they refunded me only rs.52.90 but the cost of 3 packet of mixed rice is rs. 477. This is a complete harassment, my guests could not eat the food and it's a total insult to me and when I contacted your customer care, they refunded me only rs. 52.90 instead of rs. 477....

My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE2600003 I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call.
