zomato has completed the refund process to my mobikwik zip pay account on 05jun23 monday. now i am not sure if it was consumercomplaints.in or my complaining on twitter worked out but thankyou consumercomplaints.in for pushing my case for refund clearance at the earliest possible.
yes i did receive email regarding the refund process but i checked the email it is
[email protected] (its of no use only they can use this email to send mails to customer but still can try for own sake) i think complaining on twitter is real time and everyone can see your post so inorder to save the image it is obvious they will have to resolve the issue
