I had mistakenly ordered the item to a wrong address and made payment for the same. The order was a cake and so i decided to cancel it and re order onto the correct address but to my surprise the agent started misbehaving and spoke very ill manneredly and did not provide me with their name either. Upon asking for escaltion number or mail they said its clearly written on the app can't you read. On asking for cancellation they said that the food is now being prepared so cant give me refund but cakes are pre prepared at shops and do not require any preperation but they still behaved inhumanly and like a robot providing me with their policy details. I cancelled the order and went to the same shop to find out that the same cake is being charged at an extra ₹200 on the app whereas on purchasing directly it was of a lower price.

    On wednesday (31.10.19) at 8:26 pm we placed an order worth rupees 191. The delivery guy didn't deliver my order so i called the restaurant asked about it and they said the order was picked up. I waited all night and i didn't receive my order. I slept without eating that day. And the very next day at 3:54 am i receive a notification saying that my order got delivered. Seriously after 7 hrs they are sending a mail for the order i didn't receive. This zomato doesn't even have call support and the only have chat support which is a rebot and i couldn't explain my issue. I sent a mail regarding this but they replied it has been delivered. I literally want to what really happened and to who did my got delivered to or did the delivery guy ate my order. I also need my refund as i don't want to pay for the food that i didn't eat. I want my money back.

      I order a pizza from zomato order no - [protected] accepted on date 01 nov 2019 time 6.2 pm and online payment of rs. 313/- is also deducted after that delivery boy confirm the order and after some time a call received from customer care the he is unable to deliver the food and will not refund the amount. I attached the screen shot of payment and audio clip of customer care talk said refuse to deliver the food and refuse to refund the amount. I really shocked

        Hello sir
        My self harsha varma. Today i have ordered food from zomato { box 8}. Which was not delivered but on website the status of that ordered food is showing 'delivered', so for that i called on restaurant number and talked to them about the food delivery status, he said that he cancelled my order and will convey this message to zomato for refund because he cannot deliver that food at my location, and about this cancelation he told me after one hour when i called him to asked the status. And even my chat support on zomato is also not working.
        I want my money back and for that i want you to solve this problem asap.

          Zomato has auto deducted 97 rs from my paytm wallet without giving any notice, with out an order placed. I would like to know from zomato that why have they done this without any prior information, when i speak with the chat agent which is a bot, i do not get any satisfactory ans, i want zomato to keep human support agents also, so that they can understand customer's issues correctly, i want serious actions to be taken against zomato and also want a refund of my payment and make sure that in future these kind of activities doens't happens without customer information.

            Due to some reason, zomato delivery boy didn't pick the order and order got cancelled at 10.30pm, almost after 2 hours zomato cancelled my order.
            I have checked with the restaurant they confirmed no one was there to pick up the order, moreover they are trying to reach zomato but no one responded. This is torture or rather very annoying... The kind of service they are providing its better they should stop the delivery service...

              Hey, this is to bring to your notice that i am a genuine zomato user and have been using zomato since quite a long time.

              I am not able to get into my account and while logging in, it says *you are blocked from logging in.*
              I have never ever used my account for any spam review or for any fake reviews or sponsored ads. I have always tried my best to be honest and give genuine reviews only whenever i have posted a review. I have done it always after trying and tasting the food my self.
              I request you to please look into this matter and help me in anyway possible.
              I was at level 12 connoiseur and have always worked hard to get and achieve this for the passion and love for the food i always eat and try.
              Please look into this matter and help me get this back.

                Yesterday night we have ordered chicken wings, order id - [protected] of rs.111. As we received a burnt food so we complained by chatting with the zomato agent and sharing the photo of the food. After that they refunded only rs.84. We then though to give a call to zomato. We called on [protected] mentioned in the website, the line was busy. Then we got a call back from +91-[protected], saying that he is a zomato agent and he is here for refund. We have been fraud of rs.6200 after that call. Right now i want to know that is zomato leaking the customer data base to other agents?? Orelse how can i get a call back from another no. As i have called the official no. Mentioned in the website. I am surely going to rise this issue incase its not solved.

                  Hello all,
                  This is to inform you about incident that happened with me day before yesterday that is 29th of october 2019.
                  I ordered 2 veg pulao from radhe dhokla vesu branch through zomato india they delivered stale item that was stinking like anything we had guest at home so we called radhe dhokla first they told they cant deliver food and me myslf have to come and receive food from there outlet
                  Now more surprising was response i got from @zomato india they told to inspect and within few seconds they replied me with a promocode of 234/- (Chrgs of 2 pulaos) and there terms where i have to order for whole 234/- or more to use full amount otherwise it will be dedcuted in 30 days. So according to them we consumer are fool to order from there app. To pay them delivery charge+surcharge too. Have to eat stale food delivered by them. Have to send our guests without eating for whom we ordered. And then also we have to use our own money in way they want. Is this a big brand like zomato india works. Hats off to there policy..
                  Please share with everyone so that they can be spared by food delivered by this fake companies like zomato.

                    I mistakenly ordered an item in zomato from the app and not able to cancel it. The cancellation option is not working. Not able to connect with them for cancellation.                       Please take a note and beware with zomato as it is delivering low quantity of food and that too bad quality at hefty prices.
                      I ordered food through zomato app: order id: [protected] (24th oct. 2019, rs. 300, moon light punjabi restra.) but to my utmost surprise, the food was only few pieces of the ordered product as if the shameless zomato and the said restra. Were selling gold. To them, only customers money matters but they are not having any business ethics, integrity, shame or code and they don't honor contract of online business too. They can take the customers money but wont honor their own commitment. Totally shameless people in zomato.
                      I raised a complain : 1835894 and as expected, the shameless, greedy zomato customer care conveyed that they cant do anything and they have no say in the matter, even their website promises of changing the way we eat and put important on quality and quantity.
                      So it is my humble request to everybody to be ware while ordering food from these guys as the recent incidents and what happened with me points to the fact these are crooked shameless guys, vent on robbing and cheating customers and their delivery guys even sueing customers on the basis of religion and thus acting like an autocratic greedy company.

                      ZOMATO ke besharam log ab chip gaye honge kahi? pahle in kameno ka delivery boy logo ka khana kha jata hai, logo ko jhootha khana supply karte hai fir Indians ke uppar dharm ke naam pe cases dalwaate hai, bade hee besaram hai ye Zomato waale. Government ko chahiye ke inka license cancel karde kyunke ye kamene log adulterated food bechte hai aur fraud cheating karte hai...lanat hai in gatiya Zomato waalo pe. kuch tou sharm karo Zomato waalo kab tak laalapanti dikhaoge besharmo?

                        I experience very bad behavior from zomato customer service person and the food delivery person today.
                        I ordered from 2 restaurants today in pune from zomato.
                        1 from cake n ballon and 2nd one from taareef restaurant. The delivery from cake n ballon was delivered on time at my doorstep but the delivery from taareef restaurant was done 1 km away
                        The delivery guy called me to collect the food 1 km away from my house or he said that he will cancel the order. I sent my brother to collect the food fearing that the order will be canceled and i will lose my money.
                        When i compliant this to your customer service he said that it was my fault to give the wrong pin location. If the pin was wrong how come the 1st guy delivered the food to my doorstep without even calling to get the correct location.
                        After taking the delivery from the delivery person when we opened the bag the food was spilled all over the places in the bag. It seems that the food was opened or eaten by someone.

                        Attached is the photo of the food that was delivered.

                        Apart from such a horrible experience, i was also shocked by the way zomato customer service person spoke to me on chat making fun of me. I am really disappointed with the way i got the response from the zomato customer service guy. The guy was trying to bully me on chat.

                        I had written my review on this behavior on zomato review but they have deleted this review. Which means you can only write good review of zomato.

                          I've placed the order on 21 october. I made online payment for that order. The money was debited successfully but i didn't receive my order. I've consulted the zomato customer service and they've told me that my money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. But i didn't receive my money. I've consulted the zomato customer service again and they told me the money was refunded... This is atrocious!!

                            I have ordered food from zomato today in the evening.zomato accepted and then rejected.Also refusing to refund my amount.
                            I came out from yashoda hospital sat in my car and ordered food mentioning my delivery address.zomato accepted and after some time I got call of delivery boy that pin is showing different location .app shows the location from where the food is ordered and delivers only at pin location .my question is what is the significance of delivery address.
                            Zomato has no where mentioned this.
                            And if pin location and delivery address to be matched then why zomato has accepted?
                            Request you to arrange my refund with penalty on zomato.

                              I have ordered sweets through zomato and it was a very pathetic experience for me as my ordered cancelled and they have not delivered the order. Whereas i have given the right address and correct details to deliver.

                              As being a regular customer i want my refund back as soon as possible. It was very important for me to deliver item but got disappointment through your services.

                              Customer chat support team has totally denied to refund my hard earned money.

                              I am also working in a reputed organization and serving higher position but never ever disappointed my customers like this. It was faith on service what we have opted while using zomato as a customer but behavior and the way you declined to refund or redeliver was pathetic. I have all the chat details and call recording while communicating with service and deliver team and hopefully when it will be uploaded people will get to know what went wrong from your end. It was a matter of quick and reliable service which any customer can expect from you guys.

                              Kindly suggest the way refund as my half day has wasted for this small issues and very unfortunate to present sweets to important people in diwali and i can't forget this forever.

                              Even in my office people suggested to use swiggy but i was sure to take a reliable source like zomato. Awaiting your positive response before publishing these to social or professional sites.

                              I need refund as it was not my fault..shared right address and finally I will have to move to consumer court if you guys will not refund back. Don't ruin your market as you guys are doing well and just one incident makes negative impression and I will flash this racket if my money will not be refunded.

                                I had ordered two items worth rupees 343 through zomato yesterday. The address was IIT Guwahati, Siang boy's hostel. The order never reached my address and the delivery executive cancelled my order as he had reached some other. He was not ready to go to my address as his GPS pointed him to go somewhere. The address in which the order was to be delivered was clearly mentioned by me and was previously served by zomato too. It was a saved address. Inspite of that fact, the man blatantly lied my address was not serviceable. Neither did I get my get my food, nor any refund. As a customer, is this how I am supposed to be treated? Even the customer care executive could not convince the delivery executive to deliver at the concerned address. The experience was really bitter. If I don't receive my refund, not only will I have to stop using zomato, but I will make none of my family, friends or social connections continue with zomato. As they might face the same fraud. I will attack all my proves below, the address I had mentioned and the order that was rejected. After all the problems, and my order getting rejected zomato started showing my area is not serviceable.

                                  I had ordered 3 rotis, 1 mushroom bhaji, 1 biryani, but 3 rotis were missing when order was delivered, when i called shiv sagar restaurant they told delivery guy look at the order and bill, approves and only then he leaves for delivery whereas delivery guy says whatever is packed he just delivers without looking at it.                                   I placed a order to Zomato on 25th Oct 2019, after order 10 min delivery boy called me and said he is not supposed to deliver my order due to his bike is not in running condition and he can't cancel his ride. His (Arjun Singh Gola) behaviour was very rude and arguing very badly and said mera Tum kuch nhi kr sakte ho.

                                      The order which i received was of very cheap quality. It was black and looked like it was burnt. It was costing around 160.
                                      This is order id [protected] of my zomato order. The name of restaurant was harsha's foodex.
                                      The order which i got was so bad in taste and half the quantity. It was a worst experience for me. This type of bad service is so disappointing.

                                      I had ordered pizza from cheeziano dhanori and the food was delivered in a very bad condition. This is so not expected from Cheesiano as well as Zomato.                                         Hi, this is an important and urgent request. I am staying in dubai. I have been ordering food from zomato. I prefer cash payments always. Today, i have accidentally forgotten to untick the save my card option while trying to place an order. I am now unable to remove the card number and the details saved.

                                        Please remove my card details from your site on top priority. Kindly confirm once done.
                                        Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have not received any response from Zomato till now. I tried to reach the Dubai Customer Care number but no one is answering the phone. I have uninstalled the app from my phone. I would appreciate a quick confirmation that my account details have been removed from your system and will not be accessible to anyone.
