My zomato account has been block for like 1 month now. I cannot place order. I have already notified zomato for like 7 to 8 times. I have emailed them about the situation that they haved blocked my account for no reason. But every time they reply the same that"this automatically blocked and we cant manually unblock"
Its really frustrating. I have attched some screen shots how they ignored everytime by replying same. I have also tried to reach through helpline number but all the numbers are either invalid or not reachable. I have waited like a month but cant handle this now. I also have gold to my account. Cant use that either because application is not opening. I dont want any refund, all i am saying is to unblock or undo the suspension from my account. Please sir, kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

    zomato- refund my money, no food received

    I placed an order on 22/09/2019 at 07:00pm at gole ka mandir, gwalior. Order no generated - [protected], payment of rs 463 deducted from the account, but getting the error - "your order has been declined."
    I called to the shop, they told no such order, till now i have not received.
    After that for a week i am calling to zomato agent but he is ignoring all of my calls. And not refunding my money.
    Please take some action...

    I placed an order on 24/09/2019 at 07:46 pm at the pizza square, sector-83 sapphire mall, gurgaon. Order no generated - [protected], payment of rs 671 deducted from the account, but getting the error - "your payment could not be processed."
    I called to the shop, they told no such order, till now i have not received my money back.
    Please take some action and refund the amount.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I was promised for credits in 48 hours and it has been a week already and the still ask me to wait 48 hours and they don't respect customers when you ask for update... I want to legally start a case against zomato and checking for process.

      Money deducted but can't receive the order. Please respond to this and refund the amount. Order id: [protected] and my phone number: [protected]. Zomato customer care number was not connected. I already contacted customer support through messages but they said amount not refunded. These are very cheap tactics done by zomato. If you do like these cheap tactics then i refer my friends, family and community people to not install the app. If my friends, family and community people who already using the app then i would refer to delete the app.

        My order number is [protected]. My order amount was debited from my bank account, but still payment was not shown complete in the app and the food was not delivered. I want refund of my money which was debited against my order. This kind of errors are not acceptable and should be resolved at the earliest and customers money debitted should be refunded back to them as soon as possible

          I had ordered a meal from paratha king restaurant.. After placing the order and payment done automatically my payment got canceled but at the same time amount got deducted. Then i tried to contact support team through chat but there was no option related to payment and refund queries.. So till now i have not received any refund from zomato. I mailed them but zomato team is not responding at all..

            Today 25/09/2019 we have placed one order resturant name is zauk and dish is deluxe veg thali in placed order after 5 minutes zomato boy collect by rest. And next 1 hour has not placed order his phn no. Is switched off delivered boy name is (Virender) and he is very theift and irresponsible guy, my order id is ([protected]) this i have chatting to zomato providor he is saying ur refund is back in 2-3 working days but mssg shown is only-135-/ rs is refund and ihve spend to zomato rs-186-/ why r u refund only 139-/ rs. This is very shamefull to zomato, i'm regular customer to zomato, but this is not fair. My phn no is -[protected], sanjay kumar

              I ordered from dominoes using zomato. As i ordered using promo codezomato50. When i payed the money (109 rs) but the order on the app says payment incomplete but the money got deducted from phone pay. I will attach both phonepay receipt and order summery below. I tried contacting them on app chat but they are not responding. Furthermore there's no customer care number to call. I never had such issues using swiggy as any problem i have gets quickly resolved but on zomato there is not option to address such problem and contact the company. I hope this issue get resolved quickly.

                I placed order on 25 sep 2019 and payment got deducted from my account but on zomato it is showing incomplete.
                How does this happen. I called the restaurant and they said that they have no order with my order number (Refer screenshot attached)
                By when will my money be refunded back to me?

                No clear indication on how to use zomato chat option..
                Please resolve the issue immediately.

                  I have ordered meal from a restaurant. After payment it shows payment failed but the amount is deducted from my account. Zomato support is not responding. There is no option to contact customer support. I had an issue before where restaurant denied to serve and want me cancel. But when i cancelled order, zomato charged full amount i paid for that order.
                  What is going on? Zomato is looting us

                    I have made payment to zomato for the food and my money got deducted. Due to some issue from zomato order got cancelled and when i asked zomato for refund they said i will receive it in next 5 working days. It has been more than a month, i have not received a y refund.
                    Again today on 25 sep 2019, they did the same.
                    They are running fraud over here.

                      I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 burgers from Zomato and when delivery boy came to deliver the order just gave me 2 pizza with 2 coca cola and I denied to accept order and said this is not my order and Delivery boy said, Actually Restraunt hadn't burgers so they gave coldrink and suggested me to talk with Zomato chat care. when I contact with Zomato care they just denied to help me and said to contact us on email and still after 4 I'm waiting for their reply. this is not about money, but yes totally poor service atleast Restraunt had to confirm from me na about replacing items as my guests were there and what they think about me.

                        Payment was deducted from card but the order page said that the payment was incomplete and hence cancelled the order. Since i had tried to use zomato gold on the order, i am unable to use zomato gold again while re-ordering, even though the earlier order was cancelled. My gold usage has not been restored.

                        I am trying to chat with customer support on the zomato chat, but there is no response. Almost one hour since i am trying to connect with them, but no response at all.

                          I ordered food today, the amount for payment was deducted, but it was said that the payment was not processed. This is truly unacceptable, i need the money back, this has happened to me once before as well and to add to that disappointment, the money hasn't been refunded, when i called up the restaurant, they said that no order had been placed. I usually order from zomato but after what happened, i probably may not anymore

                            I ordered food from zomato but the order was incorrect so they told me they would refund the amount to my bank account but they still haventd done it and they do not reply to the messages in customer regarding this matter.
                            It has happened to me before but i didnt take strict actions against it.
                            This is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

                              Today i ordered food from food.com
                              And the delivery boy name was nazrul.
                              I paid him 500 he said he don't have a changed to return me. He told me that he will bring changed from the near by shop so i was waiting for him since 40 mins but he was not receiving my call, neither he came to return my money back.
                              Kindly please take any action against nazrul.
                              I am just a student and how can someone behave like this with the customer.
                              We ordered food and we payed money and in return i got this kind of behaviour which is such a crime..
                              I called him more then 40 times but he didn't received my call. I kindly request please take any action against him.. This kind of person should not be a part of zomato.
                              And please kindly try to return my money back rs.300 i know the amount is less but money should returned back to the customer.

                                I had placed a order from seasons 9, Ahmedabad on 8:16 pm on 24th September having order number [protected] the app showed payment is canceled but money was deducted from the account. I had complained three times till yesterday but no one responded back so please be helpful as soon as possible and i want my money back reverted in my account as soon as possible.

                                  It’s more than one month I ordered the food from zomato and firstly they updated the wrong delivery on app.It was not delivered and they updated as delivered when we contacted them they said rider met with an accident and your food got damaged and we are refunding the amount and they have not refunded it yet just saying same thing that check with your bank we have already refunded and bank has no idea about any refund from zomato also they give some fake refund id every time. I don’t know what to do now.they are big fake and liars.

                                    I have ordered in Zomaato on 24/9/2019 continuously two times 116x2=236 my money got debited while paying for order of Zomato but in Zomato app it's showing Payment failed and even I didn't got my order also. There is no proper communication between customer and customer care where we need to ask for that I think this is the worsest app which ever I used till now. Pls guys no 1 use this and get trapped out of it. there is no response for till now.

                                      I ordered from box8 restaurant through Zomato app. i made a payment of 191rs. The amount got deducted using google pay. But it shows that the payment is incomplete and the order wasn't placed. Tried chatting on the app but the person stopped responding after some time and there was no way i could contact him. I want the deducted amount back. There is no customer care number officially available to contact Zomato. How do i expect my money to be refunded? What they are doing is complete fraud
