I placed a order in zomato on 16th september 2019 and paid rs.71/- through my debit card also.
But i didn't get my order, and after more than 1hour long discussion they simply cancelled my order..
And they clearly said they will refund 71/- to my bank account and additionally 71 zomato credits to my zomato account..
They added 71 credits in zomato account
& they initiated refund of rs.35.50/- to my bank account.. They are simply telling you this is the only refund you get..
Why should i pay full amount of order and now they are paying half amount only?

    I am unable to order food online. I also have gold services. I dont know the reason for such block. They said that my account is blocked because of suspicious activites.
    There is only 1 food order in total ever made on that account.

    I have already dropped many email and you can contact me there also.
    I am unable to login with my email id and password to any other device other than my currently logged in device. It says me that online food ordering has been disabled from your account due to suspension activity.

      I ordered food from one of the restaurants i ordered for one family pack chicken biryani. But they delivered me 2 mini biryanis. I seeked the support help and they said that they'll provide me credits. I asked them to take back the food. They refused to do so. I got totally different food and of less price. I asked for my extra money back. How do i pay more for an order.

        Hi,
        I placed an order on sunday night (22/9/19) around 9:45pm online to mahfil hotel. Kochi. After applying promo code a total sum of rs. 93 was deducted from my card but i received no conformation about my order. I called mahfil thrice and every time they told me that they didn't receive my order. On zomato portal it was showing that order was not through because of payment problem though the amount was dedudcted. My details are as follow-

          I have order some food items in pulusu restaurant through zomato which worth ₹272. Since, i didn't pick up the call when delivery boy rings they canceled my order. I am sorry a bit of 5mins late as i have engaged with other work. But, they have charged the whole order value as their cancellation charge. This is worst. There must be a maximum ceiling on cancelation charge or it should be equal to the deleivery charges.

            I have ordered mutton briyani worth inr 345 from zomato on 18th september 2019 from shanmukha, hsr bengaluru. The restaurant called me and ask to order chicken briyani worth inr 290. I haven't received the refund yet (Paid by zeta meal card).

            I have ordered pizza on 21st august 2019 at stoner ice-creams - burgers - best pizza in koramangala, bangalore. My order was successfully placed but i didn't get the order. So, zomato is yet to give me a refund of inr 515.60 (Paid by zeta meal card).

              I have ordered nonveg chicken Kolhapuri from Sai Nidhi and I have made payment through my SBI bank account online from net banking and total cost was 212 rupees and when I checked my bank account status twice times my money is deducted from my account. Firstly the payment was unsuccessful so then I had done twice but then too my money is gone twice. So kindly check and refund my money as soon as possible.

                I have ordered food from zomato and paid amount rs. 131 by using google pay but zomato was showing it as a failed transaction. Again i tried the same and it was showing failed and amount debited again. I lost 262 total without any benifit, zomato people have to answer for this. Iam a regular customer of you so please get me solved it as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered blueberry cheesecake from love n cheesecake via zomato and it was delivered on time the food was not a good quality so i asked for refund. I received a email that the refund has been initiated but it's been 10 days the order was placed on 12 september n today is 22 sep. Please help me. Order no is [protected]. It is so difficult to reach zomato via there chat support. J dj t believe that it is so hard for me to pay for something which is not in good quality and then for refund i have to struggle so much.                     Wrong item: plain rice instead of basanti rice

                    Contacted zomato on chat. Asked for either a refund or to get the missing and/or wrong items to be delivered.

                    Zomato refused to help me. They said it is not their problem. They closed the conversation without any resolution. This is simply a frau.

                    I want my money back and zomato should be penalised for fraudulence.

                      I ordered food on 22.09.19 (Rs 717).
                      When payment made in app it showed payment failed try again.
                      Again made payment (Rs 717).
                      Delivery boy called me and said order placed twice, and to my surprise payment also done twice.
                      Customer care guy called me from and said amount can't be refunded. Zomato is not ready to accept that it's their app failure.

                        I ordered food from a restaurant in zomato at around 1:05 pm on 22nd september, 2019. Order no : [protected]. I tried to pay through gpay. The payment was done. The money was debited but there are no signs of message about the process being incomplete and the money being refunded. Same issue happened with swiggy last week but there was an immediate message regarding refund. Kindly look into this issue please.

                          I selected patym upi for payment and money got deducted from bank and credited to zomato but in zomato app it showed payment failed, how i am supposed to get the money bank.
                          I placed an order at 1:21 pm and zomato showed payment failed but money was creditted to zomato from my bank account, no one is picking up at zomato chat and the western region customer care is temperarily out of service.

                            But my money got cut twice for the same order.

                              I have order my food from zomato within 5 min i had to cancel my order because promo code was not applied instead of helping me to apply promocode customer support is saying we will not refund money and will not deliver food as well. Zomato app is not real time tacker as i had talk with restaurant guy he said he wasn't preparing any food so what they are charging for?

                                I tried to place an order for which i made my payment through upi (Google pay) and the money was successfully debited and yet my order wasn't placed.
                                I have been trying to chat to the support but they aren't giving any options now as such so i have to mail them but i have least expectations with them as they are only fooling us nowadays.

                                  Just 1 hr back i ordered icecream from one restaurant and paid via phone.. My order was confirmed and after sometime zomato people sent delivery boy name, and on the way like notifications...1 hr gone.. Collect your food at your door notifications i got.. No one came.. And i didn't get any calls.. And suddenly my order was declined by saying time non responsive i don't know why they sent like that.. Then i spoke to restuarant they told me to chat with zomato... I hv did chat for 3 times and they told we can't do anything, we r sorry.. And closed my conversation with out my permission... Pls look at attached screenshot for order details and get back to me

                                    I ordered pizza from dominos pizza using zomato app. The message i got was, the food will be delivered in 30 minutes. There was no updates for 2 hours while i was waiting for the food. After 2 hours i got a call from dominos pizza that the food can not be delivered to my location as it is out of delivery service area and they cancelled the order. As i paid the amount by zomato mobile app using paytm i did not get any money back. I need support in this issue. There is no way to contact zomato! No one reached out to me from zomato on cancelling my order or refunding my money. Need some assistance in this issue.

                                      I ordered food today from amritsari kulcha king, faridabad. I have paid extra rupees for amul butter (Rs. 15) and asked for crockeries because i was not having crockeries. When i recieved the order there was only kulcha and chole, even salad they usually provide was also not there. When a person is hungry and orders food there are some expectations. When i called restaurant they said the delivery boy left it over there and delivery boy denied. I dont know who is wrong, who is right but when u gave the order. It should be proper.
