I ordered the food paid by Paytm but food was never delivered to me because Zomato says they tried to contact me on the phone I did not respond so they cancelled the order and they did not refund my money. I requested them on chat and via email but Zomato did not agree to pay me back my money.i told them that i may be in the bathroom or any other important call that time., May be the reason to not to pick up the call but Zomato has my address so they should deliver the food on my doorstep but nobody helped me to refund my amount which Zomato illegally has taken.

    I did not place any order, but Rs.348 were deducted from my paytm wallet. I contacted zomato but they say no such order was placed.
    I don't even see any details of the order on paytm. I also contacted paytm for the same, but they couldn't be of any help as they say it has been done by zomato.

    Kindly help and return my money.

      On 10 sept. 2019 there was a transaction from my paytm wallet which was unknowingly got deducted of amount ₹285. I don't know what was the order but it was not done by me. Also i didn't got any message or any order from regarding payment. I am attaching below the order no. For reference. Please convey this request as early as possible & resolve the issue. Thank you.

        I ordered a shawarma in an hotel and in the payment option i selected google pay. The amount showed 90 and selected option pay in gpay..it showed transaction failed and i clicked upon retry option in gpay.again it resulted as transaction failed . so after 5 mins i ordered it with cash on delivery. Then after few mins the amount rs 90 was debited from my account twice and it placed as two orders. they refused to cancel the order.if so they cancel they refused to refund it.now i am getting three orders and the customer care says it was my mistake.!

          I had ordered food last tuesday around 3:30 at utsav hotel nagarbhavi from my account and it got cancelled saying that the food is over n dey said dey will refund my money 960 within 7days. But still i have not received my money and there is no proper response from zomato.. Highly disappointed n worst app

            I have been a very frequent user of zomato past 2 years and have never such issues before. Since i have moved to ranchi i am facing peculiar issues from zomato.

            My orders are being rejected continuously from a long time. During the initial days it was not even made clear to me that the address i have pinned is a little far from the address i have actually mentioned and hence the riders who apparently claim to be on bicycle are not able to reach my location. And top of that they don’t refuse they start negotiating with us to come half way and also if offered a good tip they agree to deliver on the exact location.

            And today after my order was rejected, i reordered and the same delivery boy came with the cold food, which i assume was my previously cancelled order. If such is the case what are you charging me for in cancellation policy.

            Moreover, why do they even ask us to write the address if it is of no use. Just keep the pinned location feature or please do clearly mention in app that the riders don’t care of the address that you have given and they just see the pinned location. And for the current order i do agree i should have been more careful seeing the pathetic and rude behaviour of zomato customer service and delivery people.

            I have the below orders for which the amount is not being refunded to me and i am not clear of why the money is only being refunded partially and what amount has been deducted for which order. I had clearly mentioned my address and wasn’t even made aware previously that i had pinned location wrong and there are essentially more things than just the correct address that the customer needs to take care of

            Pizza hut: 993
            Pizza hut: 583
            Cake-a-lishious: 275

            Moreover last time i was assured that the order will get delivered however nobody turned up. I mean what is up with these fake promises.

            The above mentioned money is a lot and i want the refund as soon as possible

              I have ordered paneer pizza from delhi 6 pizza corner bhiwadi rajsthan, i made complain to customer care for supply of smelling, burned, unbacked without paneer pizza, and customer care agreed that delivered pizza is not good & promised me for refund of rs110, rs 27 refunded immediately but rest refund is not made till date,

              I have wrote email on the [protected]@zomato.com but no response from them regarding rest rs83.

                I have three queries with Zomato.

                I placwd an order for pizza and some pizza having additional features like burst and add one so I olacwd mitiole type total were 4 pizza.
                🔘pizza were not fresh as I had already sent the snapshot on Twitter or zomato website but now I forgot so I couldn't mentio here.
                I asked for refund so they added only 173.

                Order placed for biryaani payment done by wallet 177 paytm

                Placed an order for biryani at Shama Restaurant and I have purchased many times so I'm totally awared for taste, packaging, spoons and the proper way of packing by shama restaurant.

                But today I got food I attached the snapshot below.
                Food biryani was different as shama restaurant and restaurant had deliver without spoon, tishhus even without red chutney or onion.

                It is totally showing that your one of deliver partner changed my order or did done wrong with my orser.

                I had to thrown the food to Dog because I was not able to eat bad food.

                  This evening i ordered food from Bawarchi fast food, Cuttack on 9/9/2019
                  My order history shows rejected, because my number was not reachable, which is maybe due to some network error i am not aware of.
                  It was a paid order and i received no messages about further steps. The customer care is of no help. And my money is stuck.
                  It would be excellent if i got a refund as it was not my fault.

                      I ordered a cake from lama bakery Gwalior today. Money has been deducted but order is not placed. I even called bakery but they are not ready to listen and they didn't even provide me the helpline number. The number which is present on internet is not working.
                      I can't find zomato helpline number who can hear my complain. Please return my amount as soon as possible otherwise I have to take action and you will loose your customer.

                        In first place while placing the order you haven't kept option of confirming the same. When i placed the order i got to know that the final order has been already placed. Then i called up immediately subway & zomato delivery person both said for order cancellation only way is to talk to zomato & then i chatted with zimato & while selecting option i have selected cancel the order. No where their it mentioned that refund will not be processed if you cancel the order. If i would have got that option i wouldn't have cancelled the order.

                        I don't expect such thing from your side, i request you to either refund my money back or deliver my order.

                        I had placed an order with zomato but by mistake I entered the same order twice which was a genuine mistake since I thought that the first order didnt go through. But when I realized that the same order had been entered twice, I immidiately cancelled one of them.

                        However they are refusing to refund the money for this cancelled order

                          I had ordered chicken teriyaki salad and i had clearly mentioned olives yet there was no olives in my salad. The whole point of ordering a salad is for the ingredients its made with.
                          The quality nd quantity is poor.
                          This had been my second complain to the company but they just take it as a feedback which is irritating.
                          Zomato isn't giving me the food for free, i pay for it and i deserve a proper food with good customer service.
                          I need a refund.

                              Today, few hours ago, i placed an order from pizza hut on zomato and after 30 min i got a call from zomato rider that i have entered a incorrect address and i have explained him about the exact location. He refused to deliver the order as i have requested him 100 times and i was ready to pay him rs 100 extra for delivering food. I do not why i was offering him delivery charges as it was not my fault.

                              Note, that it was a prepaid order, delivery boy collected it from the restaurant however didn't delivered to me.

                              When i have contacted the zomato chat support i have been told that your order has been cancelled due to wrong address.

                              I am still wondering that how my address could be incorrect, when i have got many successful deliveries in past from zomato itself.

                              My delivery address was friends colony jalandhar but rider was saying that it was 8km distance and he has no time as he has many other personal work to do. I request him like anything and i was ready to pay him the delivery charges. He wasted my time and he was not at all ready to cooperate with me. He made me so frustrated. Now, the customer care of zomato is also saying that amount is non - refundable. Is this your way of doing a busuness? Also, tell me one thing, why would i provide a wrong address for an prepaid order?.

                              So i am not accepting this and would need the amount to be refunded with compensation. This is my hard earned money and i would not let anyone steal it from me either its a small amount or big. I am highly disappointed with your services and i am definitely will take a legal actions if my amount of rs 455 will not be refunded by zomato. By doing this, you are just harassing your customers, nothing else.

                              I have orderd my food through app by mistaken but after few seconds i have cancelled my order [protected] no .ur chat support confirm that but i after few mins i recevied msg that ur order is on the way and for that order i have to pay 286 . What kind of service ur providing.
                              I ordered today from a restaurant in pune. The order was worth 80/-. Money was deducted immediately but the order wasn't placed. And I couldn't even contact customer care. Neither did I receive any confirmation saying when would the return my money

                                My friend have ordered a biryani for me.. Adress from it ordered us swadista aahar, 947, 16th main road, 2nd stage btm, bangalore.. I am vegetarian so it supposed to be a veg biryani.. After receiving and eat more than half i got a piece of non veg in that... Now what u are providing us. Is this right? I want to file a complaint against it. It is totally against our dharma.

                                  They don't want to give me refund bcz i haven't write address properly but already i write my address properly and the main problem is they don't want to see address properly. They took 115 rs and now they don't want to refund bcz they saying that is not zomatos issue but already i wrote my address properly nd they saying no we can't do anything and we can't give refund.

                                    Zomato’s customer service. No reply or contact from them after their acknowledgement mail. Complaint registered after several mails and reviews everywhere to them.

                                    Plus, the issue was how their executive literally rebuked the customer for asking to check about an unavailability of their regular dish as it wasn’t showing up on the app that particular hour. The customer service surprisingly asked the customer to go check with the restaurant directly as they have no device to check all these things for us. And if i can’t understand what she is saying she will close the complaint without a solution from them. (She closed the complaint at her will in the middle of the conversation at least 5 times every second. Within 2-5 mins she mindlessly closed the conversation, misbehaved, provided no solution, and what not). While asking to escalate the issue and let me know who was i talking to she replied she wouldn’t).
                                    All of this actually happened on the app. Unbelievable.
                                    Tried several times to contact zomato, on mails, reviews, messenger, no escalation, no revert. Just going on stretching the issue.

And butter naan was very hard (isn't good to consume) Atleast to show my concern about the food I received, tried contacting the Zomato support (which doesn't exist) for an hour

Is [protected] and this payment was paid by paytm but when i eat this, it was tasteless and it's prices are hard and this item can't eat. When i trying to complaint on zomato helpline there's no response from his side. So i'm requesting you to please refund my amount because i can't eat it and this make my mind too worst.
