On july 28th, placed an order through zomato app. For a few items with cream centre in coimbatore. One of the items was channa bhatura. Cream centre called me up to say that i should place a separate order for bhatura as channa bhatura does not include bhatura!! I felt that this ridiculous and cancelled the order. But before cancelling i asked zomato re. Cancellation charges. Neither call centre nor the chat person could provide any clarity.br...

I ordered on 14th aug... First the deliver guy called me and said restaurant doesn't have my order so to cancel my order... And after one hour a got a message that my food is delivered but i did not recieved... I called the delivery guy n he said he delivered it to someone else n i should talk to tomato.. Zomato cheating customer on undue panality in a forced manner

I made a small order of 116 rd and was charged panality of rs 116 for no fault of mine.

This was when I showed courtesy of informing zomato customer service in advance to ask its valet to carry the change of 2000 rs to avoid any inconvenience to their valet to arrange change at the last minute for my placed order.

I ordered biryani from zomato and cancelled the order in 5 min. When it was saying order is begin to prepare. I complained to them and they said order was prepared. It was not the case. I changed with 540 for 5 min period after ordering.
This is ridiculous.
I am mailing them contentiously and they are not even bothered to respond.

I have ordered a regular chicken biryani from shah ghouse hotel & restaurtant on 17/08/2019. Instead of chicken they sent me eaten bones in biryani. Then i contacted zomato say said there control over the quality of the food delivered by the restaurant is limited. So they cannot do anything. They should atleast take some action so that it won't repeat again....

I have faced this issue so many times with Zomato, not only with the order but also with the customer support.
I keep on explaining my issue to them and they just don't understand and are very unprofessional and lack a sense of their work.
I want to raise a complaint against one of your customer support executive who disconnected my chat 4 times in a row without resolving my issue.

Food was cold when arrived... Shop is actually 5 minutes away from my home... I order on zomato today 18/09/2019 at 03:35 pm.. But rider arrived at 04:15 pm... Food was cold when i open.. Rider takes 40 minutes in 5 minutes way
