My order number is:[protected] adithi restaurant on 31 aug 2019. I have already mailed my problem i can't be patience anymore. After i have ordered food. Restaurant person called me and said paneer manchuria item i ordered is not there which is 90 rupees and he offered me veg manchurian which is of 60 rupees i said no because i don't want eat it and don't want loose my rupees of 20 too. So, i cancelled my order for that it charged all the money and you people are saying as they got started preparing food which is got wasted, which not happen yet. So i want my money back. I'm fed up with this.

    I order a food from the zomato, the order id was [protected], where my contact no. Was [protected], it's being more than 90 minutes there is no zomato wallet assigned for the delivery, even i called the restaurant they have prepared the food but they are denying to call the zomato customer service, where is my order and if i want to cancle my order they are not refunding my money.

      I tried to order food 4 days back. Payment was completed but it shows as transaction failed. So i tried making the payment again same thing happened. Now twice my money has been deducted. When i contact zomato they are not giving me a clear details about the money being refunded. Also its already 4 days and no money has been refunded.
      This is not the first time i'm facing this issue

        I haven’t received the refund for three orders which got cancelled from zomato’s end as the delivery person wasn’t available at that time. I was told that the refund has been initiated for the three orders and i was even given a rrn number, but my bank has clearly told me that the rrn number has no refunds against it and they haven’t got any money from zomato yet. I got back to zomato through mail about this twice, their response is irresponsible, vague and the same every time. They always tell me that i have sent the rrn, which actually doesn’t mean anything if the bank tells me that they haven’t got the money.

          Hi this is swaroop and we ordered food today thru zomato for 696rs that is 3half chicken biriyani and 1kurma and 15 rumali roti where as we received only 2biriyani and just kurma hence we tried to chat with cc it was not at all helpful and asking us to send us email for the missing issue and not trying to resolve the issue on immediate action, where they seems to behave careless on the issue

            I have ordered a cake with order number [protected] on 26.08.2019. The cake was damaged by your zomato wallet because of which he asked me to cancel the order and order again. I did the same.
            I reached for support to get my refund. The support assistance told me that he has refunded me the amount and the same will be get credited in my account but i have not got any refund till now.
            This is a serious concern for me and i want you guys to refund it as soon as possible. If not to the original payment method then will share my paytm wallet details with you.

              I had order but till few second restaurant showing not accepted order i just cancel order and order again from other restaurant zomato chat support didn't inform about any cancellations charges after that they are not refunding money and saying same word food waste badly behaviour no any customer support helpline no one can get in touch them with call if you order then your money gone cancel or not it not means for zomato.

                I have ordered chicken momo 2plates, price 171/- including discount on 8th august 2019. But the order boy cancelled the order when he looks 100% payment received. After that the customer support promise me to refund whole amount. But it's till 30th august, they not refund the whole money. When asked to the support team they told me to contact bank, when contact bank they suggest me to contact support team.

                In this situation the refund status is not paid

                  Today i have tried to place an order using zomato app at kfc restaurant using code zomatonew. Money have got deducted from my account but no order got placed. I have tried calling zomato customer care but no one is responding. I have also confirmed with my bank's customer care, they have said that money have got transferred to zomato account successfully and there is no fault at their end. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction as proof. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i will never order from zomato everrrrr again! It is totally unfair on zomato's part, and is cheating customers by unsafe banking through their app. Atleast they should try to answer customer calls.

                    I have placed an order on 25th aug 2019 at 9:30pm ist to norfest-the dhaba as amristsar kulcha with chole for rs. 137.76. I have made the payment from google pay - but order was not accepted due to payment failure. But google pay made the payment to merchant (Zomato) on aug 25th 2019 at 9:54 pm. Below is the upi transaction id and google transaction id - as i have the details - but i cant attach any doc - so just sharing it.
                    Upi transaction id :[protected] and google transaction id: cicgkd6morucq. I have contacted google pay - but they can't reverse the payment since merchant has accepted the payment - they told to reach merchant (Zomato) to refund the amount.
                    I request zomato to refund the amount of rs. 137.76 asap since it's been 4 days since the transaction happened.
                    I have tried even update support team by chat - but there is no option to type my grievance or any other way to connect with them.

                    Please try to resolve this issue asap - as neither i received the food because zomato app status shows payment failure and i have paid the amount as well and more over i have paid the full amount.
                    Since i have made payment by google pay - and if zomato received the fund - at least they would have contacted me in 3 days and try to get the info to resolve the issue - but nor i received any update nor i can chat and share an update. I dint even found any customer care number to raise the complain.
                    This is the only link i found as trusted factor to raise my issue.
                    Please don't make your customer to dislike the application or online payment mode - and do have an customer care or follow up team in these cases which will raise your company good will in market.

                      I ordered scwzchwen fried rice in lucky restaurant i got poor quality of food worst in taste literally horrible i asked zomato to compensate with other food but denied.. At last even i found some hair in that food and got irritated threw it in dustbin and complained eegarding this but there was no response till now and 116 is not a big amount but i want it anyhow because zomato was very irresponsible and tested my patience

                        I have ordered prepaid a cake, but i didn't got delievery and delivery boy switched off his phone, neither zomatao customer care responding, they are cheating badly, please do something, they are really theif.

                        We are not millaniore so that we r throwing money on road.
                        This zomato a big brand, i am quite shock how they can stole money like that.
                        I mean thhey did not delivered order and mentioned it delivered, ridiculous it is.

                          I have ordered on Zomato. (Using current location) . The restaurent have accepted my order. The delivery boy picked up my order and called us and told that the delivery address is long and he would conform after seeing the location again. The order has been cancelled by him. He didn't reach me . I was waiting for refund. And I contacted the chat support they said that my money was charged penalty for wrong address.

                          They were not ready to refund our money.

                          So at last for their mistake I had to pay penality.

                          I don't understand without reaching my address how come he can say mine is wrong adres6s. Many of my friends order to the same address and the Zomato delivered for them.

                          I need my money back. I am not ready to pay money for your mistake.

                            I ordered a takeout from a restaurant called the night factory on the 15th of august, 2019. My order number is [protected]. The order was never delivered as the restaurant refused to deliver. But is showing as delivered. I spoke with a zomato executive and was assured that the refund will be executed by the end of this current billing cycle. However, neither the refund came nor is zomato providing any help on this matter. I just spoke to another executive and was told that nothing can be done about this now.

                            I want a refund by tomorrow or else i will be forced to escalate this further to consumer court.

                              On 28th august i ordered 1 black forest cake (Total amount - 751.00) from zomato (Mr jain bakery & more), i had cancelled my order quickly before packing of product due to some mistake in address location and send them mail on [protected]@zomato.com. Then they give me reply on mail and saying there is no such policy for refund. What is the joke, if i not taken that order how i can liable for pay the amount of 751.
                              Please have a look into issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                We made payment for the order via google pay in zomato app on 28th august 6.33 pm ist, but the order is not confirmed.

                                Payment was successful and amount got debited from my account.
                                But zomato still shows payment as incomplete. Can you please check asap?

                                  I placed an order through zomato in sri sankara vilas, brdipet, guntur for an order of rs. 117.00 on 29th aug 2019 at 1.51 p. M. Money was deducted from my account through debit card, but order was not showing in zomato, instead came as transaction denied and was redirected to the confirm order page.. Please look into this and try to revert back money to my account

I've raised this issue with zomato, but they refund only 90rs and convey their apologies and customer care executive, the person was so rude while converse with me.                                       I made an order on zomato and after a while i checked with zomato that i haven't received my order. Zomato representative tried to contact restaurant but restaurant was not responsive and zomato asked me wait. I then called restaurant and they said they have rejected the order. They never called me and zomato representative also was not able to reach the restaurant. The order amount is around 2700 and i want my money back which is with zomato.
                                      I have attached one screenshot where zomato asked me to wait and now after this mistake of zomato, they are not returning money.

                                        I have mentioned the jain food but i got non-jain food on 11th august 2019.

                                        Thereafter i contacted to zomato support and they said they'll refund cash in my bank account in 5-7 working days but they didn't refund my cash
                                        And then i have sent a mail to @[protected]@zomatocd. Zendesk.com
                                        And they are saying we'll not refund you cash

                                        When you'll resolved the problem...
                                        I booked food order but some technical issue book late so I did booked again so after. Two orders. Booked that's why two Oders cancel but refund not return until pls kindly see this issues. My orders cancel nos [protected]...[protected]
