I am a citizen of kolkata stayed behind south city mall, i have complaint about the restaurant which is registered to your platform, i. E, wow bengali they have rented a 2 bhk flat and implemented the exhausted fan in the kitchen which is exactly towards my house. All time the smell and all the garbage from the kitchen are inserted into my home i talked their owner toh implement the chimney but they are not listening to it and also i have given rent to some girls they are commenting them in between this way of attitude couldn't be control by anyone. My only source of income is the rent which i get and because of them no one wanted to live here. Always they torcher us with the garbage of the kitchen. I am requesting you to please ban wow bengali from your site or warn then to leave the place in a room it is not possible to cook this much food from 8:00am to 11:00 pm continuously they are engaged in cooking and all the garbage are inserted into are room.

      I am a regular zomato customer from bangalore.

      I have a gold membership i had ordered food and the restaurant delivered me a different food and informed this to customer service

      They refunded back my money back two times.

      When placing the order my account has been blocked by zomato.

      I want pay you back refunded money for past order. I send so many mails but no response, i didn’t have done any suspicious things. Once check my past orders.

        Zomato delivery become very bad. After completing food order, delivery man can not deliver the food, because location is 5.7 km, although location is less than 5 km. Zomato told to self pickup. This synario I have faced 2 time. Zomato delivery man behaviour also not good.

        If delivery man has problem to deliver food, then why Zomato accept the order or assign such type of delivery man, who can not deliver food.

        And if Zomato takes delivery charges, than why customer care told to pick up food

          We have ordered our food from zomato and it was a thali and we found that there are living worms present inside the box. Before ordering we saw that the restaurant maintenance it’s packaging so what should we do now to ensure this doesn’t happen with any other customer and i want to file a complaint against zomato and the concern person.

            I am a new zomato customer. I have ordered food 2 Non Veg Ghar ki Thali and 3 Non Veg Dhaba Thali from Indian Bites Restaurant. This is my first ever order on zomato. I have received completely tasteless food and missing salad and raita and some of them were uncooked and were having a really bad food. My bill is Rs-1415. It is small quantity This not Zomato label which it is FOOD Panda label. The quality and quantity is poor. I am speak in Indian Bites Restaurant but he is not response. i am already speak half and hours.. Zomato isn't giving me the food for free, i pay for it and i deserve a proper food with good customer service. I wanted to return the order as soon as it got delivers but i the support team was pathetic. This my pathetic experience.

            I tried contacting the zomato but there was no response from them.

            Is this the kind of service we would expect?

              It's been some time since my zomato account with zomato gold has been blocked.
              I tried to contact zomato for my last order which had wrong items in it and had also shared a photo. Also, there was an order with spillage issue which i had complained against. I was refunded zomato credits but then my account was blocked without any notification, and my zomato gold usage was also terminated with that. I tried contacting zomato over mail but they were totally unresponsive and unwilling to listen.
              Kindly help me in this.

                Hello sir
                I am ankita here to complaint for zomato and delivery valley of zomato
                They dont follow trafic rules. They always go rong side and with speed & i faced accident 2 time due to them. 1 delivery valley parked rongly in our society & we are telling nicely but instead of talking nicely they become viloent every time in every case. And there is no complain number of zomato company.
                There is no place to complain about food, service or this type of incidents.

                I dont know the name of zomato vallet but i have its vehicle no.

                On 11 september 9:39 pm I place order from salt lake dhaba my order no is[protected] i waited all the night after many queries but have not received my order.today morning when i open zomato its showing delivered.. please refund my money. please refund my money
                Just took my money and not delivered my food in full and my chat is telling to contact [protected]@zomato.com and no customer service response and I don't know what zomato is doing with my money

                  Poor food quantity and not well cooked. They don't even put any sauces and not even checked while delivering.
                  I have ordered from RFC restrurant in zoomato but the money id deducted and order is not placed . I think i should try from another account same thing happened.. one account is pytm payment bank and other is state bank of india. The miney is refunded in sbi but it was not refunded in paytm payment bank .

                    I wanted to file a complaint against Zomato.com. I am a pure Jain vegetarian and ordered a "Special Veg Platter Tossed In Chef Special Secret Sauce" from Schezwan Chef
                    Building **, Aditya Mall, Near SRS Ticket Counter, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Guess what my worst nightmare came true and instead of vegetarian, I end up receiving a non-vegetarian dish. This sounds unbelievable. I could have ended up this and regret my entire life. This is insensitive, inhuman, playing with someone's emotions, religious beliefs. I spoke to customer care as well they said we can't help you and his response was "Right now, I am unable to give you any promise and I can't stop you take your step."

                      I ordered the food paid by Paytm but food was never delivered to me because Zomato says they tried to contact me on the phone I did not respond so they cancelled the order and they did not refund my money. I requested them on chat and via email but Zomato did not agree to pay me back my money.i told them that i may be in the bathroom or any other important call that time., May be the reason to not to pick up the call but Zomato has my address so they should deliver the food on my doorstep but nobody helped me to refund my amount which Zomato illegally has taken.

                        I did not place any order, but Rs.348 were deducted from my paytm wallet. I contacted zomato but they say no such order was placed.
                        I don't even see any details of the order on paytm. I also contacted paytm for the same, but they couldn't be of any help as they say it has been done by zomato.

                        Kindly help and return my money.

                            I ordered a shawarma in an hotel and in the payment option i selected google pay. The amount showed 90 and selected option pay in gpay..it showed transaction failed and i clicked upon retry option in gpay.again it resulted as transaction failed . so after 5 mins i ordered it with cash on delivery. Then after few mins the amount rs 90 was debited from my account twice and it placed as two orders. they refused to cancel the order.if so they cancel they refused to refund it.now i am getting three orders and the customer care says it was my mistake.!

                              I had ordered food last tuesday around 3:30 at utsav hotel nagarbhavi from my account and it got cancelled saying that the food is over n dey said dey will refund my money 960 within 7days. But still i have not received my money and there is no proper response from zomato.. Highly disappointed n worst app

                                I have been a very frequent user of zomato past 2 years and have never such issues before. Since i have moved to ranchi i am facing peculiar issues from zomato.

                                My orders are being rejected continuously from a long time. During the initial days it was not even made clear to me that the address i have pinned is a little far from the address i have actually mentioned and hence the riders who apparently claim to be on bicycle are not able to reach my location. And top of that they don’t refuse they start negotiating with us to come half way and also if offered a good tip they agree to deliver on the exact location.

                                And today after my order was rejected, i reordered and the same delivery boy came with the cold food, which i assume was my previously cancelled order. If such is the case what are you charging me for in cancellation policy.

                                Moreover, why do they even ask us to write the address if it is of no use. Just keep the pinned location feature or please do clearly mention in app that the riders don’t care of the address that you have given and they just see the pinned location. And for the current order i do agree i should have been more careful seeing the pathetic and rude behaviour of zomato customer service and delivery people.

                                I have the below orders for which the amount is not being refunded to me and i am not clear of why the money is only being refunded partially and what amount has been deducted for which order. I had clearly mentioned my address and wasn’t even made aware previously that i had pinned location wrong and there are essentially more things than just the correct address that the customer needs to take care of

                                Cake-a-lishious: 275

                                Moreover last time i was assured that the order will get delivered however nobody turned up. I mean what is up with these fake promises.

                                The above mentioned money is a lot and i want the refund as soon as possible

                                  I have ordered paneer pizza from delhi 6 pizza corner bhiwadi rajsthan, i made complain to customer care for supply of smelling, burned, unbacked without paneer pizza, and customer care agreed that delivered pizza is not good & promised me for refund of rs110, rs 27 refunded immediately but rest refund is not made till date,

                                  I have wrote email on the [protected]@zomato.com but no response from them regarding rest rs83.

                                    I have three queries with Zomato.

                                    I placwd an order for pizza and some pizza having additional features like burst and add one so I olacwd mitiole type total were 4 pizza.
                                    🔘pizza were not fresh as I had already sent the snapshot on Twitter or zomato website but now I forgot so I couldn't mentio here.
                                    I asked for refund so they added only 173.
                                    I dropped email on [protected]@zomato.com worst support services by zomato

                                    Order placed for biryaani payment done by wallet 177 paytm

                                    Placed an order for biryani at Shama Restaurant and I have purchased many times so I'm totally awared for taste, packaging, spoons and the proper way of packing by shama restaurant.

                                    But today I got food I attached the snapshot below.
                                    Food biryani was different as shama restaurant and restaurant had deliver without spoon, tishhus even without red chutney or onion.

                                    It is totally showing that your one of deliver partner changed my order or did done wrong with my orser.

                                    I had to thrown the food to Dog because I was not able to eat bad food.

                                    Asked fir refund or replacement so they denied...

                                      This evening i ordered food from Bawarchi fast food, Cuttack on 9/9/2019
                                      My order history shows rejected, because my number was not reachable, which is maybe due to some network error i am not aware of.
                                      It was a paid order and i received no messages about further steps. The customer care is of no help. And my money is stuck.
                                      It would be excellent if i got a refund as it was not my fault.
