I ordered Aloo methi paratha via Zomato. The restaurant sent me butter and curd. The matter was reported to Zomato care via chat and their resolution is they cannot do anything. I need to treat the matter as a one time exception. This is new India.

    I ordered Aloo Methi pararatha from a restaurant in Kochi via Zomato. The order No being [protected]. The restaurant sent me butter and Dahi.
    I contacted Zomato care via chat and guess what was the outcome. The chat representative apologised for the issue obviously because he or she is paid to do so. The resolution provided is I need to forget about the matter and treat it as a one time exception. There is nothing Zomato can do.
    Zomato is indeed a fraud dealing with fraud restaurants.

      Hello sir Maine ek parcel order kiya tha gift mum ke liye mothers day pe but woh parcel deliver nahin hua aur delivery boy never parcel deliver show kar diya.
      Give me action for delivery boy if you cannot action then I complain consumer court.

      Because that is a scam with me.

        My zomato delivery partner id was blocked my id (FE2105874) there is no source of income me and my family totally depends on this i have no financial support my situation is very bad please unblock my id

          I have paid at a restaurent using zomato dinein payment the restaurent sitara grand ameerpet forced me to pay at the outlet saying they do not accept zomato pay . i am requesting for refund from more than a month there is no appropriate response

            I placed order through zomato for food delivery. As per there process I added address and phone number as well. The payment of ₹1760 was made as well.
            However the order was not delivered with reason phone number was not answering and then they charged me entire order bill amount as cancellation charge!
            When communicated with them through there helpdesk chat they said sorry but no solution.

            This is fooling customers. Why do they take address for delivery? There could be 1000 reasons one is not available on phone.

            My humble request to look into this issue.
            This might be small amount but way service is handled is horrible and would impact many.

                          I had ordered food vide order no [protected]. The food was never delivered to me whereas the app shows that the food is delivered by the delivery partner. I tried calling up the delivery partner, but, he is not picking up my calls. Tried several times.

                            I am writing this email to express my extreme disappointment with the poor service provided by your company. I ordered Raj Kachori online from Zomato on May 4, 2023, at 1:57 PM, from a restaurant that promised delivery within 35 to 40 minutes. However, even after waiting for more than 1 hour, the food was not delivered. This incident has left me extremely angry and frustrated, and I feel that I have been treated unfairly by your company.

                            When I checked the status of my order at 2:30 PM, it still showed "Preparing, " and I contacted one of your executives named Uzma. She provided false information, stating that my order had been picked up and would be delivered shortly. However, when I contacted the delivery person, he informed me that the order had not been picked up yet. This made me lose faith in your company and the information provided by your executives.

                            After more than 1 hour of waiting, I contacted Zomato support again, and a new executive gave me an assurance that the food would be delivered soon. However, since I had to leave for work at 3:00 PM, and my hunger was increasing, I requested him to cancel the order. He complied with my request and canceled the order. However, when I asked him about the time and hunger that I wasted waiting for the food, he had no answer and was very rude.

                            Moreover, when I asked for an explanation about the poor service and misleading information provided by Zomato, the executive named Shailendra disconnected the call and ended the chat conversation with me. This behavior is unacceptable and shows how poorly trained your executives are in dealing with customers.

                            I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your company, and I will never order food from Zomato again. I am also considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum about the mental torture that your company has put me through.

                            I hope you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary actions to improve your service quality and the behavior of your support executives.

                              I made payment of Rs. 460.65 on may 1st to zomato after ordered my food from ovenstore and order i received was wrong and then I spoke with the executive team of zomato and they initiated refund of Rs 527.90 on may 1st only. But till today i did not get my refund back and i want to know the status of my refund amount and i made my transaction with phonepe app UPI linked with ICICI bank and the transaction ID is T2305011453493569638178 and after i spoke with executive team today they said they already initiated the refund amount and they gave a reference number[protected] of ICICI bank. my main motive is to know the refund status and how many days will take to credit the amount to my UPI ID.
