Description : - i ordered food worth 383 rupees, first the food was late and when delivery boy called me from zomato registered number, told me he was about to reach my location, after that he called me from near by location landmark gulabi bagh police station, have asked him to came from main gate as my house at inside the colony not in the landmark, there was a heavy rain outside.

When he was just entered into the location, suddenly there was a power outage held and there was no electricity and signal on my phone

Then i was tried to call delivery boy from another number but, not able to make a call as the number he was calling from
Is zomato number instead of his and on app the zomato shared the restaurant owner number.

After 15 minutes the power outage restored then suddenly have got messages that my order has been cancelled because my number was not reachable

Fine i agreed upon this point my number was unreachable

1) need specification! Why zomato person were not able to reach the location?
2) he has my complete house address with navigation equipment

I have sent so many emails to zomato, but their services and customer care is pathetic.. Dont go with zomato not at all.

Resolution : need my money back, i suffered a lot that day

    I have placed an order from the restaurant. The order was accepted at first and then cancelled due some reason by zomato and this process took around half an hour. Then again i have placed order and same way the order was pending... So i tried contacting zomato and restaurant... Neither responded.
    So i have placed an order from another restaurant. This time my order from first restaurant is accepted and i got a notification... I have asked caller to let restaurant know my issue and can cel the order... They denied talking to me...
    Mean while zomato people has shown up as order picked up. They said to take this case as feedback.
    My earnings i. E 200rs is ur feedback... For zomato guys...
    The meal from either restaurants is gud... They are both worst...
    Solve my issue...
    I did mention that i'll go to consumer court but they didn't care and cut my chat.

    I have ordered food from zomato in Dehradun from Angeethi Restaurant and the order got cancelled. I have paid the amount through online payment and I haven't got any refund of that till date . Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
    I ordered a pizza from Domino.And my deliveryEven today I call, dominos so he said that the payment has been made in your account but I have not received any payment. was not on my address, so my order was canceled.my contact number, [protected]
    Ordered the meal. And it was canalized. But still I did not get my balance back to the screen.

      I had ordered food from zomato on 2nd june. The food was delivered but there were items missing. I reported the issue in the zomato support chat and they assured that the amounts will be refunded with in 24 - 48 hours. The customer case support is just awful in zomato. The it executives are not bothered to resolve the issue. There is no call option also, the only support is through chat to which the executives dont reply. It has been more than 60 hours now and the amount is still not credited. My order id was [protected]. Please help me resolve this issue asap.

        Hey deepinder goyal,

        Please shutdown your # business so called zomato. Neither your customer service is good nor your delivery service. There are many customer care numbers available in google but none of them really works. Your chat executive are really have no idea what they are communicating with the customers. My humble request to you please stop cheating customers. We are more wiser than you.

          The other day i ordered food from one of the pizza outlet in rajkot, as i was new to my place, there was a slight difference with the location i added, but at the time of delivering, zomato vellet denied of doing so since the was the difference in location, and dint do it even after requesting alot.

          Zomato vellet mr. Chetan pithawala, then connected me to delhi offc and complained abt cancelling the order since "he was missing out on his targets".

          There was no any help or service provided by zomato, rather it was all being burried on the name of targets, but they could not see that some1 have already paid for the same.

          There was niether any refund promised nor the service given.

            Today I have a placed a order at zomato at the location of sindhu nagar colony but due to some technical issue location shown of other place then a call from ridder support received by my the person name Suraj, his behaviour not good and not talk in a manner, he trying to cancel my order. i dont like this type of nature of why your company heired such type of people please take a serious action against the same.

              Today i have order some sweets on zomato app for the occasion of my sister's birthday. I have entered the right address in the delivery address but the app detected the wrong location and after the delivery boy reaches the address says address is wrong. But him that i have entered the right address after that i told him to talk my sister for the assistance as if i don't know about the whole place. I leave in raipur so they think that i am leaving in raipur and made wrong order for bangalore and they said they are gone cancel the order there will be no refund. Continuous i saying that i have order the food for someone who is living there i am giving no to call for assistance they don't listen to me cancelled my order and i am asking for the refund they are not helping me at all. If this allso happened then all they don't have the right to take all the money that i have paid

                I have ordered a Veg Burger Combo, at SGS Snackers through Zomato for 167 INR ( NO DISCOUNT APPLIED )

                I waited one hour for the order to arrive, thinking the Restaurant must be quite busy during these hours and did not make a fuss ...Later the order arrives and is of the worst quality ...Fries is cold and Burger has a slight odour to it .. Was given Lime Juice instead of something called Monday Blue Crusher..I contacted Zomato Chat Support and they apologized for the hassle ..After which they offer a lousy 40 Zomato Credits for the inconvenience ...

                Wondering how this occured, I looked up the Restaurant and to my shock, it was a Metal Box with Outdoor Seatings ...And the Menu clearly mentioned the Combo was 85 INR ...I feel cheated now and want my money for the pathetic experience you have delivered

                  Inspite of I m a paid member of Zomato gold, they blocked me although my 6 months of membership is remaining. And when contacting them by mail, They said "we cannot revert back decision as it is automatically blocked by system".They didn't even serve me with prior notice. In this case my only mistake was I opened my Zomato Account in multiple devices.

                    after making the payment msg or notification not received from Zomato...

                    after searching in my order status i found that myorder not deliver from Zomato due to payment could not be processed but the bill amount deducted from my account

                    from yesterday i was trying for customer care contact number on google but i found that the given numbers are fake & not in use

                    please help me to get refund my deducted amount which is with Zomato

                      I had ordered online food from zomato on 1st of june. Had ordered veg macaroni and instead non-veg macaroni was delivered. Immediately concern was raised on zomato and email was also sent but no action taken against it and it's more than 72hrs now. How can they do the cardinal sin of delivering non veg food to the one who has ordered veg food. I am deeply pained and disturbed with their pathetic service. It's a sin for someone who is a vegetarian. Kindly take action against it and i demand a compensation against such ridiculous act of theirs.

                      I think they did that with many customers. Ridiculous service and not at all trustworthy.

                        Hi team,

                        Last saturday ie 1st june 2019, I ordered from zomato app and paid the amount through paytm. The rider made me wait for good 1 hour and didn’t call me even once. when i contacted zomato through chat and rider, he said my order was cancelled due to my unavailablilty. But in my defense the rider said he went to c block but i live in J and K pocket and also he didn’t call me even once. I have the recording and screenshots where the rider said he went to C block but order adress says j and k pocket. When i asked rider to stay there i wilL come and pick my order he declined and was super rude and stated that the order is returned to the outlet. When i called the outlet, they said that order never reached back to them and they have also raised this complaint to zomato partner. I did several mails to zomato but they didn’t respond. Their chat support said they cant help because they don’t have any protocol. i wasted my 600 over this site. Please help!!!

                          I ordered food from zomato. It get cancelled and I spent 390 bugs dor my order. Immediate I contact to customer care and they told me to send email on : [protected]@zomato.com.
                          In the mail they replied on 22 may.
                          The payment is reversed through the payment gateway, it might take between 24-48 hours for the amount to reflect in your source wallet/account.
                          I wait for 10 days. Now they are not replying any mail

                            I made the order in zomato, the order was accepted by the restaurant, then after 20mins they call and state the restaurant is closed hence cannot deliver, and will refund in 5 to 7 working days, now I have food and my money is also not given so I can order food, I am hungry. I request to cancel the refund and give me credits for my amount so that I can order food again, which was not done.

                              Sir i have order today evening approx 4 pm. order number [protected]..and i am come delhi to meerut ..in meerut i order on zomato..the delivery boy told me how to come your address .. the delivery person is live in meerut and he asking for me how to come your address.. i am proper mention address on delivery ..i call resturant(sheetal resturant meerut) he told how its possible he did not help me and call delivery boy he told me your order is cancelled your money is not back ...to zomato dont refund my money and delivery boy told me lie.. i have audio but in consumer complaints there is no upload option of audio

                                  I ordered two orders - 1) [protected]
                                  2) [protected]. I got the second order. Both orders have the same location but 1st order is not delivered and the reason they say is that i was not at that address i mentioned. I was at the address i mentioned in both the orders. Now i had not got my 1st order and got the second. How is this possible if i am not at my location. And they say they will not pay the refund. Just cheating the customer. Do not order with this app. Customer support cuts the call midway and talk rudely. I will post a screenshot of the delievery address and they did not come at that address. How can you deliver 2nd order and cancelled the first without paying refund.

                                  One item is missing from the order then they refunded back my money and when I checked the next day my account was blocked and its been a week I’m sending mails every day and they responded that they cannot unblock my account
                                  What is this..???
                                  Am having credits in my account but by mistake I have placed order and the person did not tell me about this cancellation amount..if he would tell I will take the order and give him money now how can I pay you with out taking order ..I request Ur team about this there's no response #[protected]

                                    The company auto renewed my subscription without any prior notification. And now they say it was part of "terms and condition". Now they are saying its not refundable. This is cheating.

                                    None of the "please renew" mails mentioned that i am due for auto renewal. This is unethical. They are tricking customers into membership. Please resolve else i will raise in consumer forum.

                                      Sir why my account is blocked. I have also 90rs in my zomato wallet. I don't know what's my mistake or it's your mistake. I placed food order every 2 or 3 day & regular customer of zomato. As i we also given some really helpful feedback to improving your service. Even some of bad foods delivery acceptable without any complaints. Please do something and trust me sir only complaint for bad quality of food. This not my intention to refunding my food amount. So now please sir unblock me.

                                        And i am taking this conversation and the whole order history to consumer court, for duping and harrassing me for paying me the online full payment in advance, what if it was a cash on delivery order,
                                        You guys are frauds and the matter should be escalated and i demand not only the amount but m escalating it to social media on fb, as well as consumer court, this case will be famous and i make sure and i demand compensation for this disturbance you have caused me, this s pure case of fraud and being your loyal customer i have seen how you treat us.
