I have ordered 2 food items in an order on May 21st, 2019. But I received a wrong food item and when I contacted customer support, they were very late in responding and also said that they will be adding credits. And the next day, I saw that my account got blocked due to suspicious behavior as it mentioned in app. What's wrong with Zomato? Is this the way they treat customers when we raise complaints regarding them? Pathetic services.

    I am frustrated with multiple follow ups with no use.

    I have never received an order which I placed even though the app shows it was delivered. Worst, I was charged full amount for the order which hasn’t been refunded yet.

    Just now talked to a customer chat agent named Himanshu Tyagi of zomato and he was of least help to me.

    Make sure the refund is done within a week, else I will see zomato in Indian Court of Law for all the frustrations, mental torture and loss of time that zomato has caused.

      This is with reference to our order number 54, which was booked through zomato (Order no.[protected]) i ordered for african peri peri veg and jamaican # veg worth rs 431/- the time of order was around 2pm, and till now that is at 3:45 my order is not delivery. I fried calling dominos several times and was kept on hold for long duration. Spoke to the delivery boy at 3:10 and he had not left the place to delivery the pizzas. It is with great regret i have to mention the irresponsibility of dominos. Finally when i got to speak dominos at 3:30 sone ms kajal told that there is no guarantee of time in our area. That is again not called for. This means u have to order for lunch i will have to wait till dinner? Then i managed to speak to mr ashish manager of dominos daryaganj and he promised us to deliver the pizza as soon as possible. But to our surprise the delivery boy had cancelled the order on his own. Now we just placed another order and will have to wait don't know till how long. Mr ashish committee to give an extra pizza with our order but this will not solve the issue. I was at one point of time was even told that since there was too much rush our order is delayed, which is not our problem. O[censored] cant cater u should stop taking the order. I would request you to kindly look into this matter with concern and refund me the amount in addition to the pizzas. Looking forward for a favourable response and early delivery of the pizzas. Its almost 2 hours since in waiting for my order and still haven't received it. "hungry kya? " yes i am terribly but cant reply on dominos service anymore.

      I have placed an orderd from zomatto today at 9.01 Pm however money got debited from the account.. i tried to call customer services number and even sent multiples bt noone is picking call n replying to msgs.         I order food on zomato today.
        Order number - [protected].
        Delivery boy denied his duty and said address is wrong. I have ordered more than 50 times from zomato from same address. This is really a big issue because already i waited for 40 minutes for food and stand in sun for delivery which doesn't happened. I am really unhappy with this and hungry as well. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. I need you guys to take strick action asap.
        Or else you will definitely loose many customers.

        To I ordered for food. Amount Rs 1110 is deducted but food is not delivered. So please send my money to my bank account immediately.
        On 14th May'19, I had ordered food from zomato. The restaurant was Rajdhani.The payment of RS/- 151.20 was successful but I did not get any order update whether it was successful or not.

        I had order my food using Zomato app, the delivery time was 14:11 and it got delayed to 15:15 without any prior notice, moreover the delivery agent has refuced to deliver at the requested location instead he is asking me to reach to his location. I need immediate cancellation and refund of my order.

          My zomato account is automatically deactivated wdout any prior notice, i have approx. 400 rs in my wallet,,,,,, still they deactivated my account...… they can block my customer service but they drctly deactivatd my account... I just want my account back...… worst service by zomato…. …… they didn't delvrd m order and my order was prepaid so i submit a complaint and then they drctly deactivatd my account.

          I have ordered some foods online from zomato and I did not get food from zomato and service is not provided by zomato and my amount is also deduct from my valet and after complaining the zomato told me that they don't have any refund policy plz take strict and legal action against them as soon as possibel.
          I ordered food from zomato on 10/05/2019 .Money debited from my account but order was not placed. I talked with zomato chat support. They told me it will refund in 24 hrs but I don't get it till today (after 5 days) very bad experience with zomato. And not even have customer care number.
          Kindly refund my money because i dont need this order roght now it it confirmed and deliverd after two hours its too late i dont need it...sp pls cancel my order now and refund my money as early as possible

          Ordered three regular biriyani with egg from Bawarchi Biriyani of Serampre Highly for my children on 15/5/2019.But eggs were having bad smell and stale and also Unconsumable. Very much disappointed.

            Day before my order got cancelled after waiting for more than half an hour which was also accepted by the restaurant. However when i filed a complaint, zomato blocked my account without any prior notice.
            You could have blocked the customer support service instead of deleting my account for that matter.
            I can order food from somewhere else but i use zomato for purposes other than just ordering food.
            Please unblock my account.

            They did not deliver my order nor called me at the time of delivery. They are lying saying that my number was not reachable. I have emailed their customer care and also there CEO and CTO. I have attached the screenshot of my complaint

              I have not received the order no [protected] which was placed on 20 may 12.00 am. The amount was prepaid thrrough paytm. The restaurant manager told the order was cancelled from their end as the product is out of stock. The amount is not yet returned. The order status shows the product has been delivered which is not correct
              Please refund the money

              I have paid for an order.. and it showed that it was delivered on 19th night. Till now no agent has helped me and solved this or refunded my money. They coudnt find the rider or did the restaurant even deliver. The images regarding this are attached. I want my money refunded or i would like to take this on an official thing.
              I ordered from hyderbadi Dum biryani today and cancelled the same within 50 secs after the order was placed. There is no way the hotel prepared my order in 50sec and the penalty was the whole billed amount which is insane.

                I had ordered food from belgian waffle junction vide order number - [protected], i had to cancel the order for some reason and i did cancelled the order within 5 minute, i am sure the restaurant must not have began preparation for the order. But zomato has deducted a penalty of 98 against cancellation of my order which is what i had paid for order. They have deducted the entire order amount as penalty which is not acceptable to me.

                I had requested several time to zomato over mail and support service but no respond i am getting, request your kind attention in the matter, if zomato cant refund the money at least give me zomato credit worth rs 98/-.

                Next time i will never do a mistake of cancelling the order once i make the order.

                I had an issue of spilled food for order id : [protected]. I had told my concern to the costumer care regarding the same but, they are doing nothing more than asking to wait for 24 hours.. It has been 10 days now. Worst costumer care service.

                  Zomato rejected the order placed after online payment by me. Later when enquired, they are giving invalid reason that i was unavailable to receive the order inspite of my availability. They are refusing to refund my order amount of rs. 120.

                  On repeated complaining emails raised on their complaint portal, i did not receive any response from past 36hrs.

                  I have ordered a cake from cake zone . delivered cake was in very bad condition although cake zone have packed it very properly .
                  Hii This is informed you that today i ordered one order from zomato and your delivery boy didn't visit to my home and then he said me that come here and take your order why we ordered food online bcus of some resons then why your delivery boy didn't visit to my home i still tracking my order i didn't received that yet
                  My account blocked because I scolded Zomato for not delivered food properly and they blocked my account, , the problem is of both sides for my turn I apologise them already and for them unblock my account iam requesting you guyyz
                  I ordered chicken tikka and it was sent half cooked.i complaint asked for my money back or proper food sent . Zomato just saying sorry nothing more.

                    This has happened third time in a month that I ordered something else and received something else. Their staff is completely useless. Kept asking irrelevant questions instead of resolving the issue. Will make you wait for at least an hour. No apologies, no refund, nothing. At the end I'm left with the wrong product, for which I have paid thrice the amount of the actual price for it. They are just making a fool out of their customers. Happened with many of my friends as well and many times they go unnoticed.

                        Had ordered from zomato today and was being delivered with a nonveg dish instead i ordered for a veg dish. When i complained then the representative is asking me questions about my religion and tracking past order and list instead i asked them to just take back the non veg dish and give me back my money.
                        What sort of treatment is this to the customers that being a brahmin on monday when i say politely that non veg dish was delivered instead representitives ask question about my religion.

                            This incident happened on 18/05/019. We have order food from zomato app on 18th evening. The delivery boy called after some time and told as he is unable to find the place. The Map is showing wrong. Then my wife tried to navigate the address but the delivery boy told he will not deliver at my home and called us to a place 1km from my home. He talked very rudely with my wife. But my order should deliver at my home. The delivery boy told whatever the map will show he will go upto there and now it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the delivery. This is not my first order from zomato. Then the customer care called and told that order is cancelled at 9:30pm and ask us to call other number for refund. The story is not yet end. After that the delivery called us and argued with us. So sharing our details like phone no with Zomato is not safe. When we told this to customer care they told you can do what ever you want.

                              Hi, my name is Niharika and I am from Dehradun. I ordered food from Gurukripa Chat Bhandar Dehradun on 20th May. I paid total 130 rs through online payment 110 for food and 20 rs for rider tip. The delivery man who named shobhit didn’t even call me for once to track my address. And after 40 minutes they updated on zomato, that they canceled my order because “I” rejected the order. This was my first order from zomato and surely for last. I am having a worst experience with zomato. I want my money back.

                                . Between april 22nd - 28th you have delivered more than usual orders to the same customer. We have identified this as suspicious activity. Therefore, access to your account is blocked. I ordered food from zomato and as i am capsicum allergic i instructed not to add capsicum but they did not notice my instruction whatsoever and delivered food with lots of capsicum for yhr last 2 or 3 times... I requested them to deliver my correct food or refund for the same.. They send zomato credits in my account and next morning when i tried to order food my account was blocked due to suspecious activity.. I also mail zomato regarding this but they are not replying anything just saying wr can not unblock it from our side and due to suspecious activity it has been blocked... I have ₹300 worth of zomaro credits in my account... Help me on this...

                                  In last 2-3 weeks i have been receiving incomplete orders, where customer care executive clearly said they cannot do anything and they requested me to consider this as an exception. However they denied to give oartial refund.
                                  I denied to end up the chat as i wanted proper solution on this. What zomato did is they blocked my account. Now i am even not able to open my account. I drafted a mail to zomato however still haven't got any answer from them.
                                  I need a source wherein i can take this further against zomato.

                                    I was at my office and placed a order near my home's address which was done by mistake. The next second i had cancelled the order. Does anyone charge for this?? I have placed an order from zomato on 19/5/19 and cancelled the order at the same time and my payment was done by the lazypay wallet. I have contacted the zomato support to initiate my refund but they are not initiating any refund amount instead of refunding my amount they deducted the full amount in the form of penalty. I need my refund back

                                      I have checking out a restaurant in zomato..
                                      I have added gobi 65 into the checkout box and when i gone to zomato payment box...
                                      I wanted to give promo code and use zomato credits...
                                      But it was not showing anything...
                                      So i exited from the payment portal but it was shown that order was placed..
                                      So i immediately contacted customer support and they cancelled the order but put cancellation charge as 140...
                                      Why should i pay for an order that actually i haven't ordered...
                                      They are not responding properly

                                        Very disappointed with today's order from zomato. I order one special thali of rs. 160/- from "delhi belly dhaba" in mahipalpur, delhi.
                                        At the time of delivery, i'm very shocked to see the quantity of meal. It is just a 30% quantity of the complete meal by comparison with any other restaurants.
                                        When i had decline to accept the order, zomato executive call me and told me to accept the order in very bad talking behavior and he also give me a warning that if i'll not accepting this order, he'll debit this order amount from my account bucket.

                                        When zomato don't want to solve the issue they just told to their customers that your number is not reachable...😀😀
                                        Zomato sucks

                                        Zomato always keep his voice on height and never believe in customer complaints b'coz zomato earn from restaurants and if zomato start listening customer complaints then how zomato earn 23% of margin. Very impressive service by zomato. Keep it guys. Zomato rocks in providing poor service.
