I have order biryani at 9 pm from behrouz using zomato application. The order has been accepted and expected to deliver at 9.50 pm. I am waiting still now (11.30) and it has not been delivered yet. deliver guy refusing to deliver

The food was ordered from amaravathi biryani zone, aecs layout.
The delivery guy refused to deliver saying that my area (Hsr layout) was not safe enough whereas a politician stays here. How much safer can it get?
The restaurant made us wait for more than 45 minutes and then declined the offer.
The delivery guy did not speak to me directly but i was contacted twice by some other guy speaking on his behalf.

zomato incomplete payment

Money is deducted but still payment is incomplete. But my money getted deducted from account I have got message of money deductions but in the app it show payment incomplete. I have done payment through zomato web and my payment mode is sbi credit card using otp. Kindly do it needful. Refund my money.

got chicken piece in paneer biryani

We ordered an paneer biryani from aroma's hyderabad house, hinjewadi phase 3, pune branch. We got an chicken piece in it. We are pure vegetarian people, eating meat is against our religion. We are deeply saddened by such horrible experience from zomato and on top of that, when we contacted the branch owner his was asking apology but at the same time his approach wasn't that much serious, we even heard from him stating such incident has happened...

I ordered a eatable from a restaurant nearly 7 days ago and for that i did online payment, my order was accepted by restaurant but after sometime they called me up that sorry we can't deliver your order as no person is available so we are cancelling your order, they cancelled that order and said that ur payment will be refunded within 3_4days but i haven't received my payment yet... I'm complaining about the delivery made by zomato is worst

I had ordered the food through zomato app on dated 17.04.2019 merchant name chaman ji sweets and restaurant sector 7 panchkula but it is very sad to say that first delivery given by zomato was not properly delievered ordered for 3 plates of shahi paneer, 3 plates of rajmah masala, two missi rotis and 12 chapatis, the whole thing was delivered except the shahi panner and rajmah plates was delivered only 2 plates.in second round the balance...

refund not received and no answers received

I placed an order on 5th april, 2019 from mumbai to dubai, uae from mc donald's twice. R the order was declined but the amount got debited twice.
I didn't receive my refund inspite of constantly contacting their support team.
There is no response which has been given to my query and also i didnt receive my deducted amount which was expected. Also the order got cancelled without prior information....

zomato canceled my 50% off on first five orders

I had registered on zomato.. Nd apply promo code of 50% off on first 5 orders... I had just ordered once.. Nd just bcoz of my phone issue i have to delete my account.. Now again i registered my account again over same no.. But zomato cancelled my 50% of over rest offers.. Its against ur policy.. I registered same no nd orderd food just once. So why m not still given the 50% off on my rest 4 orders...

complaint regarding a wrong order received and no one there available to support

cheating a customer

I starved. I waited till 3.30 for my food.
It was not delivered until 3.30.
