I ordered pizza from ovenstory pizza, bangalore on april 18th 2019. However pizza was not delivered for me. But amount was deducted from my account.

I tried calling customer care number for zomato, however i was not successful. So i am registering the complaint against zomato.

    I ordered sweet from btw from zomato and they sent me spoiled sweet with the foul smell. The sweet was not fit for consumption. Anybody would have become sick, if he had eaten it. It tasted sour. I called the restaurant bittu tikki waala and told them about the issue and they did nothing, i complained to zomato and they also did nothing. My money got wasted and actually it’s not about the money, it’s about how much you care about the customers. They just care about their money and nothing else. I m writing this complaint so that they could become aware of it and the public also become aware of it. Please find below the necessary details :-

      I order every day on zomato and give them best ratings and tips. I do have an other option called swiggy. But i am more inclined to your app as you started first in my city. The guy you have sent for delivery today is rude and he wants me to come to the road and pick up my order. Please take a count on how many orders i have placed. If these kind of # are in place that will be a good reason for me to opt for swiggy and leave zomato. I might file a law suit about the guy you have sent for delivery including your company for damaged reputation.
      Your chat is not at all responsive. Let’s see i will submit the evidences of rude behavior on social media. We will troll until zomato shut down in our city. The delivery person name is gottipati babu and he called from his own number instead of zomato no and this is the first time i am seeing this. His no is [protected]. If we have to get the road to pick up an order we need not order from zomato. Please check my previous orders, tips and ratings.

        Today I have order, food for dinner and my order I'd [protected], , zomatao has delivered food from oye Punjabi restra.

        Food is totally spoiled and smelling and same thing I have informed zomato customer care within 15 miof delivery of the food but when they have simply inform that they cannot do any thing and this thing beond their control and alsonot neither refund my amt nor replace the food.

        Pls arrange take necessary hard hard steps against zomato for this type of service and supplying of spoiled food to their customer and arrange my refund.

          Today i ordered four burgers and one mango shake from burger king and received only the burger but not the mango shake. I ordered from burger king esplanade outlet bhubaneshwar and when contacted them they denied any help and asked us to contact the zomato valet and the valet is telling us that burger king didn't not give him that item.             I have ordered a chicken biryani from sagar restaurant at 7:25 and this was delivered by 8:00pm and that biryani was getting a very foul smell so i have contacted the restaurant one but they didn't lift their call even for zomato also they didn't lift the call so i have raised against it in zomato chat they asked me about pics i have sent the pics taking it from dustbin (The complete package) and i have sent them the pics of rice also the rice is not basmati it's like overcooked or like paste. I am linking each and every proof in screenshot of this issue.

              My account has been blocked. I have rs 217 standing to the credit in my wallet and all the complain i raised were genuine with images as proof. Everytime i raised a complain there were concludive evidences attached to it. Then also they bolcked my account. Please look into the issue.

                I was ordering food from zomato on 3rd april and i paid the amount. The money was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed (Order id-[protected]).
                I already wrote 4-5 times on zomato chat support but they told me that i would get the refund back within 24-48 hours for sure but even after 1month i don't receive any refund. Now they have deleted my complain of 25th april from zomato chat support.
                This is very disappointing to see such services from such a highly reputed organization whose motive is to serve customers best. Request you to please look into this issu and refund asap.

                  When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled.I don't know why this happened. I am a regular user of Zomato Food delivery services and had no issue of any kind with the company until now. I raise a complaint but nobody respond my concern.Please re activate my account as soon as possible.Email id:[protected]@gmail.com.

                    I order food on zomato from box8 desi meals with orderid : [protected]. After waiting about 1½hours, i called box8 restaurant and they said it was not possible to deliver to my location and cancelled the order. But in zomato, it's showing that order was delivered. The chat support in the app is the worst. They're not replying to my mails and tweets.

                      I placed an order rs. 171/- on 27 april 2019 on 6:15 pm (ORDER NO .[protected]) with zomato app. Money deducted but didn't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app.

                        I placed an order with Zomato today on April 26, 2019 at 2.15pm. I canceled the ordered immediately after (literally within a minute) and yet my entire amount of ₹1, 874 has been deducted as a cancellation fee. I had to make an online payment since they don’t accept cash delivery for an order of over ₹750.

                        I also asked their representative on support chat that if it can’t be refunded then please go ahead and continue with my order but they refused. I then emailed them about the same and they still refused to do anything about it. They don’t even provide with a customer care number. I don’t know how they’re running such a big company. They’re telling me a restaurant starts preparing a bulk order within a minute? Do they really think their customers are that naive? I would’ve accepted the amount being charged for cancellation fee if I’d have canceled even after 5 minutes but this is just such a rip off.

                        It’s really unfair and although I’ve had a few disappointing experiences with Zomato, this is my first bad experience to this level. I’m a regular customer of Zomato but I don’t think I’d like to be anymore.

                          As per the zomato valet suggestion i canceled the order as he did not want to travel 7 km for delivering order. I also raise a ticket with zomato but they did not reply. I want to complain against the zomato through this portal. Hope, i will get quick result from this. I also have phone recording in which valet suggest me to cancel the order.                             As per the chat executive, the order got cancelled due to unreachable of my number. But i didn't get any missed calls alerts also.

                            But how can you cancel my order at a peak moment where i'm dying with hunger here..?

                            This is not acceptable from a reputed online ordering site like you. Hope the rightful justice will be made for me in this concern. I have lost my money & time & suffered with hunger. I think this kind of service to a loyal customer is not good for you. You can track my orders for accountability.

                              I orderd from slice of italy noida through zomato services on 27th april 2019. I got a medicinal tablet in tha pasta order i order.

                              I went to zomato customer service for helping out as i was terribly afraid since i almost consumed the whole food without knowing the prsence of a medicine in food.

                              The agent said they contacted the restaurent and sending a replacement and they cannot give a refund. I was concerned about my health as i almost ate a food with the prsence of an unknown medicine. I thought zomato would take some actions against this. They merely ignored.

                              I could have died if that medicine gave me any sideeffects. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from an food comapny like zomato. They should atleast be sure about the quality of food they are dealing with rather that dumping any kind of food to their customers.

                                  On 12 april 2019 i had placed an order with zomato for delivery. Later my order was not delivered to me. Amount was deducted from my bank account as i made online payment. Later i received a message from zomato that they will give me refund in 2-7 working days. But its been more then 15 working days my refund is not deposited in my account. My id is [protected]. Refund amount is rs 392/-. My refund is already delayed by many days so take action asap.

                                    As per our last discussion on 6th feb 2019. You guys says my restaurant will be online for zomato delivery. But since today it is not processed i talk to many of your representative i shared all of my restaurant documents twice but till today i did not receive any help from your side its freaking experience you guys do not want to add my restaurant so please say it clearly your sales team gave me one day time from last 2-3 months but it did not working out if you guys want to solve it or not clearly give me reply..

                                      I live in bangalore and i was trying to change my delivery address on zomato and and once i was done, they asked me to verify my number (Which was already logged on) i typed my number and they said "you are not authorized". I thought it might be the connectivity. Sometime later, i tried again but now they displayed "your account has been blocked due to suspicious behavior". Now this is unacceptable. Being an active and almost regular customer, this is highly unacceptable. Please do look into it.

                                        I ordered 2 veg thali and 1 bread stick which was ordered totally of 235 but got only 1 veg thali and 2 bread stick which was ordered totally of 170 which was not equally with 2 veg thali and 1 bread stick in case price and zomato agents are not returning my money back and even they always stuck with one word sorry. Does their sorry will return my money back?
