Ordered food through zomato from da pizza palace, a-1/11, isc market, jahangirpuri, shalimar bagh, new delhi.. Charging amount 471. Order number-[protected]. Made payment using upi on april 17, 2019 at 7.24 pm.
Didnot receive my order and neither got refunded.. Till 11.41 pm april 17 the order status was showing food prepared and on 18th april 7.30 am the status showed order delivered. When called the delivery boy named parteek i didnot recieved any proper response of the order

    On 17th april 2019 i had placed an order for cake to be delivered by theos noida sector 104. My money 365 was deducted from my card. But after sometime i got message that order had been cancelled. My order was not fulfilled but my amount was not credited to my account. I tried to make calls on the given no of theos as well as zomato but all the numbers were invalid. I have been deceived by zomato.

      When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. Actually i raise a complaint on one food order and zomato people assisted with me and resolved my concern and this incident happened long ago. On monday i opened the account for ordering them it shows like disabled. Iam a gold member user and iam not able to use it now and wrote multiple emails to zomato and received irrelevant answers.         I have ordered for Indian sweets of 100rs. But they gave me only 3 gulab jamun and for that also i didn't bothered but the gulab jamun is stinky and its spoiled. Its smelling worse, my 10 year sister got vomitings after eating that. So i complained them in their app but they are saying its not in our policy. We cant do anything, blaa, blaa, blaa. They are saying that's my mistake to order. Isn't it looking wrong from zomato which is trusting a lot of people

          Yesterday i. E on 17th april, 2019 i've ordered from kfc but somehow during the payment the transaction failed but the amount got deducted from my bank account.
          I've been trying to reach the support via chat (Option available on mobile app) and call but no one is responding.

          The refund is not initiated yet and getting no response from support.
          Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I had placed order for rs 165 but my has been deducted and my order was not placed. It is the big mistake of zomato. Understand you guys have not a good customer support and you are not reply my queries. It is not a good app. Plzzz contact me soon otherwise i have to go for other ways. And just tell me you have a big app like zomato then do work on it. Farzi app.

              Today i ordered from zomato and restaurant snack adda noida at 9:50 pm. My order number is: [protected].
              Order is never delivered and at 12:30 it showed order delivered.
              When i called restaurant they gave me rider number. Rider said that when he came he called a number given by zomato many times and then a lady said it is already delivered. Meanwhile between all this i tried contacting zomato so many times but there is no response from them.
              Is thus the service they give. They have the worst customer support i can say now. I want my money back asap possible. And will never order from zomato now onwards.

                I had ordered from mcdonald's yesterday, as it was listed under express delivery still it took more than 1.5 hrs to reach at my place,
                And finally when it reached, it was soiled and wet,
                The fries and burgers everything was wet/soggy you cant just eat something in that condition, and when i tried to contact support there was no response at all,
                I even tried contacting them the next day it was still the same, the guy from the other end from zomato was just copy pasting replies.
                Its not about the money here, its about the service, and this has happened with me more than twice now and this is not acceptable,
                I am even a zomato gold member but looking at their service, i want to cancel my membership.
                Kindly respond to this complaint or else i will escalate this somewhere else.

                  Dear concern,

                  I have made an order on 17th april at 8:28 pm via zomato app towards nafees restaurant indore.

                  The amount 587.81 got deducted from my paytm account, but the order status showed cancel due to payment failure.

                  I repeated the order and made the payment again and the status was successful and food got delivered.

                  But i have not got the payment refunded yet for the previous order which got cancelled.
                  I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
                  I have raised the similar concern on chat option too, but still no revert has been received.

                  Request you to please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                    I have placed order on 17th april'19 for around 260 rs on zomato app. My order id is [protected]. I payed using my card & money is also debited. When i'm seeing my zomato order list, i found that order shows that "your payment could not be processed". I verified my message box about the debit. It is 100% sure that my money got deducted from my bank. I need my money immediately without any delay by today 18th april 19. It is hard earned money. Kindly take necessary action. Please.!!!

                      Why would reject the order i already paid for it
                      They say i was unresponsive i answered the call told delivery guy the address again and he called me back saying it was cancelled he was already at my appartment when this happened if i wanted the reject the order i wouldn't have paid for it first more over why would i order something i dont want
                      And my address was very clear
                      And this is not first time how i'm stuck up on explaining support how it is not my fault when they mess up the orders bringing a different item that i didn't order and many times not even deliver the whole order.
                      When i contacted the support they try to explain me how it my fault again that they couldnt deliver

                          I ordered a meal from hindustan dhaba (Kolkata)
                          Yesterday 17th april evening around7.45 pm. And after filling card details (Card no, cvv etc) they showed the online delivery for this resturant was closed during the time of ordering. They refused the order but my money 234 inr debited and was not refunded till now 18 th april 9 am. And no email or notification has not been sent from zomato regarding such inconvenience.

                            The food i received today was obviously not meant to consume
                            Chapatis were burnt, i called the restaurant they dint pick up, i tried to talk to the chat supoort and no response from them. So this has happened like n no of times, zomato now doesnt care for the feedback
                            Customer support is damn poor not at all interested in solving queries.
                            I dont think the food i received was any way good, it seemed like the restaurant re-heat the food and delivered it so dint bother to pick up the calls too

                              I have order biryani at 9 pm from behrouz using zomato application. The order has been accepted and expected to deliver at 9.50 pm. I am waiting still now (11.30) and it has not been delivered yet. But 15 mins before i got one message like food has been delivered and please give the rate on this. But facr is no one has called me or reached to my place to deliver yet. I already paid via online transaction. Please take this concern and try to resolve this asap. Its really bad my dinner has skipped because of zomato. Really not acceptable this from zomato..

                                The food was ordered from amaravathi biryani zone, aecs layout.
                                The delivery guy refused to deliver saying that my area (Hsr layout) was not safe enough whereas a politician stays here. How much safer can it get?
                                The restaurant made us wait for more than 45 minutes and then declined the offer.
                                The delivery guy did not speak to me directly but i was contacted twice by some other guy speaking on his behalf.
                                They should not have accepted the offer if they wanted to refuse it in the end.
                                This was extremely careless on their part. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant or zomato.

                                  Money is deducted but still payment is incomplete. But my money getted deducted from account I have got message of money deductions but in the app it show payment incomplete. I have done payment through zomato web and my payment mode is sbi credit card using otp. Kindly do it needful. Refund my money.

                                    We ordered an paneer biryani from aroma's hyderabad house, hinjewadi phase 3, pune branch. We got an chicken piece in it. We are pure vegetarian people, eating meat is against our religion. We are deeply saddened by such horrible experience from zomato and on top of that, when we contacted the branch owner his was asking apology but at the same time his approach wasn't that much serious, we even heard from him stating such incident has happened in the past too and i feel zomato is also responsible for this, its your duty to check the restaurant kitchen, its hygiene before starting business with him. Zomato has broken the trust of its customer.

                                    I want strick action to be taken against the restaurant to avoid such incidents in future! You should blacklist such hotels from your app and you need to check every restaurant which has tie-up with your company.

                                    I at-least except above things will be action-ed on priority!!!

                                      I ordered a eatable from a restaurant nearly 7 days ago and for that i did online payment, my order was accepted by restaurant but after sometime they called me up that sorry we can't deliver your order as no person is available so we are cancelling your order, they cancelled that order and said that ur payment will be refunded within 3_4days but i haven't received my payment yet... So i need that amount of money which i paid

                                        I had ordered the food through zomato app on dated 17.04.2019 merchant name chaman ji sweets and restaurant sector 7 panchkula but it is very sad to say that first delivery given by zomato was not properly delievered ordered for 3 plates of shahi paneer, 3 plates of rajmah masala, two missi rotis and 12 chapatis, the whole thing was delivered except the shahi panner and rajmah plates was delivered only 2 plates.in second round the balance things need to be delivered but again a mistake was committed by zomato they had delivered the dal makhni and rajmah which again was not corrrectly provided by the merchant or zomato. This type of pathetic delivery by zomato is not tolearable as first of all they had made wait the customer for approx one hour and after that they had not delivered the food correctly.
