So I pretty much ordered a Pita Bread sticks and Lemon Iced tea from What's In A Pita through Zomato. The Zomato Valet dropped the Lemon Iced tea, and asked me to pay for only the bread sticks, which was fine. I raised the matter with Zomato support who said they would redeliver the item to me and sent the order. I later learned not only did they cancel the redeliver order, the Zomato Chat service deleted all previous messages to make sure...

I placed an order on 5th april, 2019 from mumbai to dubai, uae from mc donald's twice. R the order was declined but the amount got debited twice.
I didn't receive my refund inspite of constantly contacting their support team.
There is no response which has been given to my query and also i didnt receive my deducted amount which was expected. Also the order got cancelled without prior information.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am specified 2 paper plates mandatory in the order, the restaurant accepts the order but not given. I am at office how can i eat that food without plates, and my office also some long at nearby shops.
    I am asking to customer care to serve the 2 paper plates otherwise refund the money and take your food, i will order another. But he was not given any refund and he was saying we will improve future.

    While my online food order in Zomato... ...actually i order food by night ...i paid through net banking around 7.34 my amount was 136 ...there was a net problemm

    ...i paid the amount but trascation was done twice...my amount was withdrawn twice ...how my money will be refund...
    Yesterday I ordered through Zomato for food and the amount of ₹155 was deducted from my account after it order is not confirmed nor delivered to me.
    Kindly refund my money.
    I have deposited money from my hdfc bank debit card to zomato for delivering me some food studd two times, my money has been deducted but zomato didnt gave me any confirmation because it showed bad gateway.. what i could do now?

      I had registered on zomato.. Nd apply promo code of 50% off on first 5 orders... I had just ordered once.. Nd just bcoz of my phone issue i have to delete my account.. Now again i registered my account again over same no.. But zomato cancelled my 50% of over rest offers.. Its against ur policy.. I registered same no nd orderd food just once. So why m not still given the 50% off on my rest 4 orders

      I was order on 09/04/2019 and 10/04/2019 both the day and i predict in match as your offer and win also both the days but me still did not get cash that is really bad service .me really feeling very demotivate.

        I have ordered chill chicken, and i have received veg tarka. When i try to contact with zomato team but there is no one available to assist. I have try to contact with the restaurant named "roti centre". They are not ready to listen the problem. My problem still not resolved by restaurant or zomato. Looking for possitive response. After contacting with the delivery boy he is telling it's not his fault go to zomato support for the same.

        I ordered some food at 4.30 and zomato people are delivering it at 6 @zomato if you guys can't take care of your customers then stop fooling people by saying sorry, stop this worst service.
        I did nt cancell but the serving boy since my mobile was not reachable he cancelled the order but i need the order and cant pay money for the cancelled order what is this i have been ordering in zomato often this is first time happening like this

          Order no [protected] from fresh menu.

          I order the food from my office at sarjapur at 1.. Pm afternoon.
          I starved. I waited till 3.30 for my food.
          It was not delivered until 3.30.

          I left office, reached home and opened zomato to complain about this, which is not possible in app and i see that food is delivered.

          I don't know whom and when and where it was delivered.

          I left office at 3.30 and until then the food was not delivered.
          A person who is starving cant wait until he/she dies with hunger.
          I had to step out to eat.

          I need my full refund.

          I ordered in Zomato due to some reasons I cancelled it... But they didn't refund any amount. I want my money back
          I have ordered food from zomato...I have given right address i.e my home address...but the delivery boy called and told that I have given wrong address so he will not come and cancelled the order...Imy money deducted and I was cheated...I also called customer care of zomato...but that guy also did not help..& misbehaved

            Hi my name is shravan deshmukh no.[protected]. I placed order from zomato order no [protected] 14th april at 11. 23pm not received order due which me and my friends are going to sleep without havin anythin. When trien calling delivery guy, no was switched off. When called zomato customer care no one answered my call tried calling customer care from different no no response. When we contacted customer care on chat, he asked me to wait for some time, i have got everything in chat, and want to escalate issue with zomato.

            I odered two time but not deliver to me driver not deliver the order.and i also talk on chat but they give time something about 23-28 mins but after 45 mins the order will automatically rejected. i need compensation against it otherwise i complain to consumers court for this harassment and miss communication and fraud promise to the customer.

              Yesterday i ordered my food on which i claimed 30% cashback and they given me in zomato wallet but after some time my account was suspended or blocked by zomato. And i cannt even open zomato app my id is [protected]@zdfpost.net and contact no. [protected] please resolve my issue and i also having 170rs in zomato wallet and also help to get them. I cannt even think why did they did this please help i will be thankful for your help.

                This Zomato take my order at 10:40 p.m.
                the Zomato app is showing your food is ready . After 10 min it's showing the delivery boy Abhishek Poddar is on the way after 45 min it cancel my order at 11:20 p.m. I call the delivery boy many times but didn't pick my call. I tried to contact Zomato support for food from other restaurants but it's not response me .now no restaurant is open and I have to sleep without dinner I need compensation

                Still not getting respond from zomato after complaining in consumer complaint forum...
                Now I have to take further action
                Zomato blocked my acount without sending any kind of information.i have 1000 rs in my zomato wallet, now i am unable use my acount now. When i tried to call them no pone is responding on my issue. Acount details are : [protected]@gmail.com
                Rs.154 deducted from paytm while placing an order for Amul Coffee shake. But order is not placed, please refund the amount ASAP.

                  I ordered abt 2 n half hours ago... N now my order stand cancelled due to temporary glitch at zomato end... Aap kept on showing dat order has been picked up... Which never reached me... My guest had arrived... N u had caused such a embarrassment to me... Who will pay for my reputation... M u take money at dat instance... Y refund take such along time... Order was an ice cream... My son had to cry alot bcs i cant deliver him same... Ho will pay for dat emotions... I supposed time to del d aap... If order was cancelled y aap kept on showing same will bedelivered soon

                    Placed an order yesterday from down town kitchen (Order i'd : [protected]) as i had guest over so it was a bulk order, the zomato app showed the "food was on its way" message for almost 1.5 hours, i tried calling the restaurant but both numbers were not reachable and apparently they're still not so i went to chat support, even they couldn't reach the restaurant or the delivery person and were continuously asking me to wait. Ultimately i had to get the food from somewhere else in the mean while and had to face such embarrassing situation. Also, when i asked for the refund, your agent told me that he can't do anything to help me get the refund and told me that the order can't get cancelled and requested me to take the order after the delivery guy called me after 1.5 hours with cold food. So i took the order and the guy told me he would take action against the case but no notification of any work being done. I request you to please reimburse the amount of 472.75 as soon as possible. I am not at all pleased with yesterday's service.

                    If the order cannot be cancelled that doesn't mean that you or the restaurant can deliver the order at any time of the day sir, in this case it was 1.5 hours late, I don't know if your time is valuable or not but mine certainly is. I had guest over, I had to face embarrassing situation because of you and then your arrive with food 1.5 hour late that too cold food that is not even worth spending money for . Above all you can't even refund the money to the customer and force them to take the order no matter if it's 5 hours late ??? Wow!

                      I have order food through zomato. I got the rotten/spoiled food from pritam dhaba amritsar. My 3 year old daugther, me and wife also had it. We all fell ill and now dont know who among is responsible for this big blunder with customer. I also did not find any link on zomato app to register a complaint. We ordered trusting zomato so i believe they should compensate me.

                              I wanted to modify the order and hence cancelled the order.And i ordered right away.They are charging me for that.And this policy is not mentioned any where atleat before cancellation they should have told me.                                 I ordered biryani from Behrouz Biryani through Zomato. This was around 21st march. Since then I've contacted your chat service several times and they keep saying that my money will be refunded.
                                But I never got it. Such a waste of time.
                                850 RS gone.
                                Order id is attached in image. I'm filing complaint in consumer court on Monday and putting the same on social media.
                                Unless I receive my refund immediately. Unprofessional company.

                                    I have placed an order with zomato of id [protected]. Restaurant has accepted the order and again rejected it without any call or intimation and updated the status as my number not reachable... My number is in reachable location and if suppose my number is not in reachable area i will get the missed call alerts... That was not done.. Means it is in reachable area...

                                    I dropped mail to [protected]@zomato.com and the customer care people replied me back that they are not responsible. My order not delivered and simply deducted amount. Deducting amount and saying sorry means what should the customer can take it. Either money or food are not delivered. Will sorry equalize to the value of money..

                                    One way ur promoting business by giving people n no of offers and the other way ur cheating people like this.

                                      I ordered chicken strips and chicken pizza (Rs 158.80) with coupon. I placed the order at 18:29 and was checking the live map and the delivery guy was driving to somewhere else and it kept showing "14 minutes more". I had to cancel the order because it's too much wait time and when i cancelled the order i didn't even get a refund. When i check with zomato (Zomato support chat) it said "order was cancelled with a penality of 158.80 rupees. The remaining amount was refunded" that makes no sense
