I am writing to file a complaint against Zomato, a reputed online food delivery platform, for their unfair and unethical practices. On 8th March 2023 I placed an order with order number - [protected] on Zomato for 3items. However, to my surprise, the order was cancelled by Zomato without providing any explanation or information.
Moreover, despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support team, I have not received any response or resolution to this issue. Additionally, Zomato is also refusing to refund the amount paid for the cancelled order, which is unacceptable.
As a consumer, I trust Zomato to provide me with reliable and efficient services, and their actions have left me disappointed and inconvenienced. I have attempted to resolve this issue with their customer support team, but to no avail.
Therefore, I request the Consumer Forum to take actions against them and help me in getting my refund along with inconvenience money as soon as possible.
