I had placed a prepaid order with Zomato (Order id - [protected]) on 1st April 2023. Which the delivery person (Sidhant Sharma, [protected], having a vehicle numbered - PB35V2007) marked as delivered, without actually delivering it, i tried contacting him with the number Zomato provides but someone else was picking the number up.
Now for help, i tries contacting the Zomato chat, Nishant got connected from the team and he provided no resolution on my issue and told me to mail on [protected]@zomato.com and wait for 24-72 hours. I then told him to check with his superior who provided the same resolution.
Then i sent a mail to which i received a reply saying that the order was delivered and i was making false claims saying the order was not delivered.
Then i replied on 2nd April 2023 to the mail again saying i have CCTV proof as well as the MyGate App proof that your delivery person did not deliver the order and i need some kind of resolution or i might take the complaint to higher level.
Zomato completely ignored my mail and its been more 72 hours since and i haven't received a revert back.
i would like a full refund and an apology for their customer support to not provide any help to the customer and accusing me of fraud without even checking with the delivery person.

    I ordered from zomato on 2nd april 2023 but they cancelled my order and said that refund is completed but i didnot receive my refund money in my gpay account ...my order id is [protected] and my bank reference number is[protected].

        My cash on delivery option has been disabled for the past year all because the delivery guy cannot get on the given address and cancelled the order. please look into this issue or I'll simply stop using the app for good.

              I placed an order on 04.04.23 through Zomato app for ₹195.50 out of which ₹130.00 is the order value, ₹6.50 is charged for Taxes and ₹59.00 for delivery. There is a breakage for delivery charges which is ₹34.00 is the base delivery charges, ₹15.00 is Surge charge and ₹10.00 is charged under delivery since my order value is below ₹130.00.
              I really don't understand why they have to charge surge charge when they charge the delivery fee, also the worst part is they charge rs.10 extra (for nothing) just because the order value is rs.150
              This is cheating and looting the customer, just because they cheat and loot from the customer these charges are not being added in the receipt. Every single penny that you charge the customer must be added on receipt, Zomato is not only cheating the customers but also cheating the Government by not showing the exact amount on the bill which is unethical.
              Unethical, unprofessional and steeling the customer money in the name of the company.
              Give me my money that you have charged unethically, please do not steal from customers.

                    The delivery person was extremely rude and argued with me and stated that home delivery was not written. He asked me to go to the road to receive the food. Also he told me that losing one customer would make no difference Ro him. I have been ordering food from Zomato for long time. This is the first time that any delivery person was so rude.

                            1. I did not accept the order
                            2. I was not informed about the cancellation charges policy
                            3. When i order food, i assume that the quality of the food which i get is not degraded. I received the food which was all cold and soggy. When i pay nearly 1000rs for food, you should consider the order on priority and get it delivered first to me.
                            4. I was not able to contact the delivery partner.
                            5. When I contacted the delivery partner, he told me that he was assigned with other deliveries and that other deliveries were before me. So it took a long time for him to deliver my order. and hence my food quality was compromised.
                            6. You can go through my call recording of the customer care executive, I was not informed about the Cancellation charges.
                            7. I am a regular Zomato User, and such type of practice from zomato are not expected. Wastage of food is not because of me, it's because of your planning of multiple deliveries. I also insisted your customer executive replace my order with good quality, he denied!

                                I had placed an order for food on Zomato and provided the driver with my WhatsApp contact details and an alternative number in case he could not reach me. However, I did not receive any calls from the driver when he arrived, and when I checked the chat feature in the Zomato app, he asked me to contact him on his WhatsApp number. I tried calling him several times, but he did not respond. I used the app's tracking feature to monitor his location and found that he left within minutes of reaching my location, and he cancelled my order.

                                I immediately informed the Zomato support team about the situation and requested their assistance. However, they informed me that they could not deliver the order as it had already been cancelled. Furthermore, they informed me that a refund was not possible because it was our mistake. This was frustrating because I had ordered food for my sick family, and now we were left without food, and I had not received a refund for my order.

                                In summary, I ordered food from Zomato, but the driver did not deliver it and cancelled the order. Despite my attempts to contact the driver and seeking assistance from Zomato's support team, I was unable to receive a refund for my order.

                                  This is to bring to your attention that today I ordered chole kulche with lassi from Lotan chole kulche Palam around 9:30 pm.. first of all time taken for delivery is more then 80 mins.. secondly lassi was missing from the order and instead of kulche they delivered pooris and instead of chole it was something else..

                                  Please let me know what kind of service is this.. this is a totally fraud and on calling the restaurant he started misbehaving.. is this a fraud what zomato is serving.. I want my full refund and you let me k on what action has been taken against that seller.. in chat option I already registered a complaint and shared the screenshots of the orders..

                                  Once again I need full refund with the delivery partners tip.. please take a necessary action or I have to register complaint t in CPGRAMS

                                  Just gone through your mail, giving zomato is giving refund for the item which is missing and which cost exactly INR 90, but what about the items which are wrongly delivered? Instead of kulchas they delivered rotten pooris and sabzi of petha which is entirely thrown into the dustbin.

                                  I already shared screenshots of rotten pooris and sabzi, by looking at the condition of the stuff you can better understand the quality of the product delivered to my doorstep. Moreover you can check the time of delivery which took almost 80 mins.

                                  Please let me know what action you have taken against that fraudulent seller and what about the refund of my items which is directly thrown into the dustbin along with the delivery partner tip? should i also share the screenshot of the dustbin wherein i thrown the quality product of Lotan chole kulche wala, why you guyz register or give licenses to such fraudulent sellers who brings a bad name to your organization by making fool of citizens.
