Sir batana chahuga ki main 2018 se work kar rha hu Zomato main sir jab mere joining huye thi us time company ne Hume se secorty Lee thi 1500 ko refund thi sir company ajj mukr gye bol rhi hai ki je police change ho gye thi 2020 main bt mere joining ton 2018 se hai na sir woh option he hta di company ke app se secorty wali Jo humara proof tha .sir maine har war company ki support ki hai jab v koi strike hoti thi main ikala tha jo order lgata tha aur sari information company ko deta tha sir aur btana chahta hu ki jetni v strike hoti hai sab team leader karvate hai aur jo company se paise milte hai woh sare tl rider ke sath milkar held karte hai ja Restorent open kar rhe hai ekathe drink karte hai .sir mere kaffi issue thi jo ki tl Resolaved nhi kar rha aur main issue resolve nhi hota tha ton main TL ki Rating down karta tha aur mention karta tha kiyo kar rha hu aur uske baad tl ne mere I'd ko terminate kra dya company se bola last 30 may 2022 se mere koi help nhi kar rha bhut tweet kar diye office ja Aya koi reply nhi na he mere 1500 secorty refund kar rhi aa Zomato company na I'd. Zomato Profile verification pending after taking all the documents and onboarding fees. It's been 2+ days and they haven't verified my account when verification time is 3-6 hours and they won't be refunding the onboarding or onboard me either. This is pure harassment and exploitation of the poor.

I had placed a prepaid order with Zomato (Order id - [protected]) on 1st April 2023. Which the delivery person (Sidhant Sharma, [protected], having a vehicle numbered - PB35V2007) marked as delivered, without actually delivering it, i tried contacting him with the number Zomato provides but someone else was picking the number up.
Now for help, i tries contacting the Zomato chat, Nishant got connected from the team and he provided no resolution on my issue and told me to mail on [protected]@zomato.com and wait for 24-72 hours. I then told him to check with his superior who provided the same resolution.
Then i sent a mail to which i received a reply saying that the order was delivered and i was making false claims saying the order was not delivered.
Then i replied on 2nd April 2023 to the mail again saying i have CCTV proof as well as the MyGate App proof that your delivery person did not deliver the order and i need some kind of resolution or i might take the complaint to higher level.
Zomato completely ignored my mail and its been more 72 hours since and i haven't received a revert back.
i would like a full refund and an apology for their customer support to not provide any help to the customer and accusing me of fraud without even checking with the delivery person.

I placed an order on 04.04.23 through Zomato app for ₹195.50 out of which ₹130.00 is the order value, ₹6.50 is charged for Taxes and ₹59.00 for delivery. There is a breakage for delivery charges which is ₹34.00 is the base delivery charges, ₹15.00 is Surge charge and ₹10.00 is charged under delivery since my order value is below ₹130.00.
I really don't understand why they have to charge surge charge when they charge the delivery fee, also the worst part is they charge rs.10 extra (for nothing) just because the order value is rs.150
This is cheating and looting the customer, just because they cheat and loot from the customer these charges are not being added in the receipt. Every single penny that you charge the customer must be added on receipt, Zomato is not only cheating the customers but also cheating the Government by not showing the exact amount on the bill which is unethical.
Unethical, unprofessional and steeling the customer money in the name of the company.
Give me my money that you have charged unethically, please do not steal from customers.

The delivery person was extremely rude and argued with me and stated that home delivery was not written. He asked me to go to the road to receive the food. Also he told me that losing one customer would make no difference Ro him. I have been ordering food from Zomato for long time. This is the first time that any delivery person was so rude.
