I happened to place an order from below mentioned restaurant. I had an issue with the packaging of the food i ordered. Wherein, i ordered puri bhaji and was been given in a paper bag, where all the oil got saturated on it and came out of the paper bag. And hence, it becomes hygiene issue while handling it from restaurant to delivery partner and to the ultimate customer.
I did mention this to customer support chat but did not receive any satisfactory reply.
Again, i called up to the zomato customer service mumbai office. There, this guy named shivank tiwari was on call, his behaviour was very much casual, had an over commanding voice. I find him very much sarcastic and not at all bothered about anything. And to the worst he was talking to me while he was chewing something and spitting at the same time while conversing with me. He was sounding very much dared enough and announced himself as the hr of the zomato. again it was so rude, no professional behaviour, didn't follow any business atiquette. What an attitude this guy had. Never seen such a pathetic customer service. I really felt i was talking to some street thug or something. Worst ever customer service experience.
I just disconnected the call and informed him that i'll mail it to the concern department. He he was like huh! Just can't speak cause of having something in his mouth. Wow! Zomato you guys really need to be professional enough.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This was a very bad experience.
