When i checkout the order for chapathi at shri balaji bhavan it showed 97 rs after discount and when i change the payment option to cash on delivery (Cod), the amount got increased to 131 rs, which is really ridiculous and it didn't even show the order summary before the order got placed at restaurant.. I humbly request you to provide the refund of the additional money asap.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Delivery boy went to a different place and came very late after 1 hour. when i questioned he tried to manhandled me and shouted at me. Delivery boy was Ubayy NP ([protected])

    I had placed the order from haristo cafe at zomato app & payment has been hold from my account (Paytm) at same time. But order was rejected by the restaurant so i canceled the order then amount was reversed in my account but after some time it got deduct again from my paytm account. Zomato chat support are not helping me to resolve my issue. I mailed to [protected]@zomato.com come but they are also not providing any justified reason.

      Have placed an order with subjected order number with zomato and i have received one item (Out of two) which was very salty and not even available in any state to eat. The same was intimated to their customer service and even after passing 48 hours they are not responding and not taken any action on the concern and wasted my money for the item and wasted the time as well and mainly the service towards the customer is very low and they always smily reply us from the documents which they might have (Every time same messages gets repeated and static, no words will be changed)

      Not received any update from Zomato even after passing 7 days
      Improper food delivered by zomato and it has missing item and the item.contains too much oil in it.

      Zomato forgot to take other items giving within the item in the order #[protected]
      I put an order in zomato for 251 rupees. But the delivery person took 20 rupees extra by demanding but the app showing only 251 rupees .It is illegal and should not be repeated again

        I paid the amount of 99 ₹ from my account but the curry up noww restaurant from zomato didn't delivered the food package. My phone was on silent but the address was already mentioned over the food package. The order got cancelled by their own mistake. Because was the rider was uneducated and unable to reach on my address. I need a proper explanation for this disaster. And need my money back. Kindly refund my amount.

          I ordered a boneless chicken biryani from biryani miya bangalore. My order number is [protected] and i paid using paytm. I received my order very late and the quantity was very less, i mean very less. The biryani was cold and every thing about it is very bad. I told this to customer care and they are not replying me back even after multiple messages. They have completely ignored my messages. I am so pissed with the customer care, the delivery of food, and the food itself.

          Kindly look into my issue. I hope any one who's reading this can contact me ([protected]) and help in doing your best. I do value zomato and it's service. But the customer care was bad and not at all replying me back. I urge whoever is reading this to look into my issue.

            I ordered food on zomato around 9:20 pm. Realizing immediately that i have not put promo code to avail 50 % discount, i cancelled the order within a minute. The support team reached me out in 5 minutes max and told for no refund over chat. Knowing the same, i requested the person to deliver my food so that my money does not go to waste. Still he / she communicated that neither you ll deliver nor refund. Another classic example of cheating the customer

            The order I placed was misplaced on the other address of my own home address I raised a complaint and after 1 hour of talking on chat and calls they cancelled it from end saying I wasn't able to get connected on phone. They cancel without my approval and without letting me know. The refund is also not applicable as they said it is my fault.

            Zomato live location option took wrong location and Zomato could not deliver. What is person suppose to do if that person is new to location they cancelled the order and still havnt provided the refundto my order id - [protected]

              I have made an order on subway (which was done by mistake ), I have called at subway to cancel because Zomato customer care was not responding and then the delivery boy reached at the subway. So they have canceled the order, showing that they have delived. They dint even refunded the amount saying the amount was deducted as penalty. Can you say what is the policy to get the penalty as 100% amount.

                मेने आज 18 फरवरी को 7 से 8 के बीच आर्डर किया था 999 रेस्टोरेंट टोंक रोड से जिसमे मुझे जो प्रोडक्ट बताये गये वी नहीं दिए गए ऐसा फ्रॉड मेरे पहले आर्डर पर किया गया तो पता नहीं रोज कितने लोगो से करते होंगे मेरा अमाउंट मेरे को वापिस चाहिए आप जोमाटो से लोगो को बेवकूफ बनाते हो मेने एक थाली आर्डर की थी जिसमे parate आने थे वो तो आये ही नहीं

                  I have recently placed an order with zomato ([protected]). It was a cake to be delivered at my place.
                  I got it confirmed and after some time checked its status and it got rejected because the delivery boy couldn't able to call me. I called the restaurant and they said they didn't got it returned. I asked the delivery boy to return it to restaurant i will pick it up from there however he didn't do it and zomato has kept all the amount as a penalty and didnt refund me a single penny.
                  The guy was so rude and he said that he cannot return it to restaurant coz the cake is of no use now. Can some imagine within 20 min a cake can stale.
                  I am not at all happy with the service and the behavior of the delivery guy.
                  Disappointed.

                    I was late from office this night Reached my hotel at 11:30 and was hungry so i ordered late paid the money online. Was waiting for my order and The Vender refused to come to my place and he admitted that i(customer) was not reachable.Since I paid the order online .So there were no payment required. The rider was not familiar with the route of the area, he doesn't had idea of my oyyo HOTEL 24051, When i contacted the customer service chat it shows up that the rider informed that the customer was not able to contact..The order was not able to deliver since i talked to the rider for approx 12 minutes and told him the way to come but still he was not able to come to my place and lied to the customer service that i was not reachable. I asked for refund for the order then Customer service representative messaged that you were not reachable there no Refunds will done. The customer service representative without any queries finally admitted that the customer is telling lie and Rider is right . This is fooling

                    Zomato doesn't have a Calling customer care support .It has only a message or a chat support in which the customer are told what the rider admits regardless of what the matter was with the customer or in Real scenerio and it desn't have a feature that The restaurant should know who is the vender or who is picking up the order with the hotel/restaurant .If the rider who is delivering the food disconnects or put his phone on flight mode then Noone can contact and ask for Refund.

                    Zomato should remove its Online payment options or it should take a well info profile of that rider who ever is delivering the food.

                      An order was placed from my account, by someone else, based out of a totally different city. My account details were compromised and the user was able to log in on a new device and make payment from my paytm wallet, without any otp or any other verification from zomato. When i brought this to their notice, they blocked my account instead id taking any other action.

                        I had placed an order with zomato. After an hour i got a message saying order has been cancelled as the delivery boy was unable to contact me. I did not receive any call. The order should have been delivered as the address mentioned by me was correct. Still i had to pay the price and did not receive any refund. Zomato did not help resolve the complaint despite multiple attempts made.

                              I ordered a food worth 300 rs which after receiving i found it's not worth of 300 so i uploaded the photo to zomato and they assured me of 60 rs credit on my zomato account. Which i didn't received, so i contacted them back and this time there is literally no reply for 30 mins from their customer service. This is pathetic i want the company to apologise to me

                                I have placed the order for pizza at zomato app (Domino's)
                                & payment has been deducted from my account (Paytm). But order was cancel by the restaurant but it show oder was delivered on the app. Zomato chat support and domino's both are not helping me to resolve my issue.                                   I placed a prepaid order but order not reach to me because of zomato valet mistake he rejected my order without information
                                  He called to me only once and say he come within short time but after few time my order was rejected and cancelled by him due to not any appropriate reason or information chat support also not support me properly i also do many mails on [protected]@zomato.com but no response. So please release refund of same or give me. My same order on my address. And take action against that zomato valet.

                                      I ordered chicken tandoori with order id [protected]. I didn't got any mint chutney with it. The delivery boy forced me to give a good rating in front of him while taking delivery so i gave it. After taking the package to home i found this. When asked to chat support they said we won't compensate for it. And also they said that they won't even give efforts to check with the restaurant
