I am complaining about order #[protected] I ordered full chicken bucket from KFC through zomato by mistake location was wrong delivery boy told me to cancel the order and you will get full refund which i did i trust this guy as i am not living in India I am the US citizen basically from India I contact customer service about refund they refuse to refund as they said order was already out for delivery and rider was already on the way. I contacted again the delivery boy on his Whats App [protected] about the order he blocked me and eat the KFC bucket now I am in his block list i have already twitted about this incident which cased me very much disappointment and pain the delivery boy is Sarwan S i want full explanation from zomato and what action they will take against this guy

I am writing to file a complaint against Zomato, a reputed online food delivery platform, for their unfair and unethical practices. On 8th March 2023 I placed an order with order number - [protected] on Zomato for 3items. However, to my surprise, the order was cancelled by Zomato without providing any explanation or information.

Moreover, despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support team, I have not received any response or resolution to this issue. Additionally, Zomato is also refusing to refund the amount paid for the cancelled order, which is unacceptable.

As a consumer, I trust Zomato to provide me with reliable and efficient services, and their actions have left me disappointed and inconvenienced. I have attempted to resolve this issue with their customer support team, but to no avail.

Therefore, I request the Consumer Forum to take actions against them and help me in getting my refund along with inconvenience money as soon as possible.

The food was totally stinky and smelly.
Coffee ko chor kar pizza momos sandwich ek chiz bhi shi ho to khau taste krke tino ko fekna pda dogs bhi nhi de skta itna khrb tha ki kahi vo bimar na ho jaae. Hate zomato i want my refund zomato fraud hai.

We ordered food from Domino's through Zomato and after waiting for more than 1 hour we never received our order and no information form either the restaurant or Zomato.
We have not received the refund too.
In the status order is showed as delivered.

I've ordereed tandoori chicken from combo curry restaurant listed on zomato...i've received the package in good condition...bt whn i opened it the food was litetrally stinking...and when i tried to contact customer support i cant reach them and they provided a refund option of 62 rs for the order of 252 rs...i wanna a file a complaint abt the bad servie provided by zomato and get paid in compensation

Hi my name is Bellapu Saikumar ID FE554744 Im worked With Zomato From past 3 Years I have started working from nov 2019 but unfortunately my I'd Terminated due to cancellation of order but the reason of the order cancellation is due to rain it's not a normal rain it's with thunders and very heavy rain not even road visible power cut also so I'm not able delivery. I have tried to contact him 5-6 times and even raised my grievance to the chatbox several times but I didnt fet a satisfactory answer from zomato.
They left me helpless in the middle of night .

I also demand full refund from the company and a penalty to zomato and the irresponsive delievery boy.
