Zomato did it again...
There was a successful transaction from my side to atom technologies ltd., but my order wasn't placed by zomato.
No one is receiving calls from zomato customer care, nor the customer support available in the app is working.
I need refund.

I wanted to know status of my order, but no help is further provided by zomato

Sir, i have ordered food on zomato and when the delivery boy came to address, he is unable to contact us due to network issue or anything i don't know what happened, then i called zomato to review my order and they said that your order is cancelled then i went to restaurant to collect my food as money is already paid to zomato at the time of ordering food but restaurant person denied and ask to pay money again. N when you mail them they'll reply when they feel like improve your customer service.

I wanted the food to be delivered to my officer since i was at office, but the app picked up my home address (Even though i had used the gps to pick current location, and entered my office address).

I ordered food on the 19th of october from subway via my zomato id for which the payment was made through paytm. There is a problem in the zomato app which changes the address i enter (My actual location) after the order is confirmed. I placed an order with zomato android app and the order placement failed but my account was debited for the amount of the order (Rs 342.56) with transaction number[protected]zomatopaytm mumbai.

The app was malfunctioning leading to a failed order placement and unnecessary deduction of funds from my account because it landed on a 502 bad gateway screen.

It's a serious matter and i request a refund immediately....

I am very disappointed with the response from Zomato and here is why.

Concern :
The pizza was shuffled inside the box before it was delivered on 01 Nov at 10.30 PM and I have attached the picture.

Zomato Support is not willing to take any complaint as I am reporting it on 02 November which is late!

Yesterday, i ordered one rajma rice combo @ 109, the quality and quantity (Quarter size) was very low. Such supply tarnished the image of zomato. Order details as under;

They have not delivered the food to the address and instead of given me various reasons in 2 different emails. First they stated that i didn't receive their phone calls but in fact i spoke to both their delivery person and their representative. After which they sent a mail stating incorrect address.

They are just throwing excuses in and around the ceiling. This is a common practice even on their facebook page where others...

They have rejected the order with out any support assistance. Very bad support has responded to us. Time waste to us from one hour. We have placed the correct address but the delivery boy didn't respond correctly. Our first experience is worst with zomato. I want my money refund and my coupon also back.
