We are a restaurant "chefs night out" in visakhapatnam enlisted on zomato from years. They suddenly started displaying my restaurant as "permanently closed" on zomato website from past 3 months. As we are very much open, this is misleading many people and they started thinking we are closed. I called the customer service countless times and also mailed them about problem many times from sept 24th, 2018 till today. There was no response even once till date. This is worst customer service from zomato, it is sabotaging our business and misleading everyone with wrong information. All the mails and zomato page screenshot are attached.

    I hv ordered food frm two restrauants from bhopal khan chacha and zamzam. I placed order. Paid the entire amount online in advance. I evn attended their call. Cnfrmed my order and cnfirmed my adress. Both my orders were rejectd. They are not refunding my amount of nearly 650/rs. Whn i m a registered member and my address and loactn is clear in the app. Moreovr i hv paid in full. Stll they did nt delivr me food and deductd cmplete amnt. Ths is injustice. May b my phn was unreachable bt the same restraunt hv delivered me three days back and thr ws no issue of money. It was alredy paid. Kindly c to m mattr. I have their call details. I responded to their call.

      Before sometime i ordered veg chowmein from zomato. Zomato deliver my food 15 min late and the quality of food was also very worst so i was complaint in zomato so which zomato has blocked my account.
      Plz do something. My money is in the zomato account. Plz open my account because my money is in that account and i am not able to order food now from zomato.

        Hi i have placed an order for mutton biryani and recieved chicken biriyani also along with the food have order for lime juice and the item was missing how ever it was billed. When the order can't be taken care why do u charge extra for delivery and ur services. Chated with your customer care they are unable to resolve and saying ur team will get back and no body cares to take care of the issue or resolve it.

            I made an food order through zomato on 16 nov 2018 with order no [protected],
            Against which i faced fraud and pathetic customer service from zomato.

            Firstly i need to cancel the order as it is placed by zomato without any final confirmation and deduct the amount through paytm. But when requested for cancellation within a minute or so they denied by saying that the has been confirmed they don't have any policy to cancel it. Don't why is that so.

            Than i supposed to have my order to my address but after half an hour when i checked the order status it shown canceled due to i am not reachable over phone although phone is on and no one call me. Than if my order is canceled i supposed to have a refund but again i saw this reason as per which i will not get my refund... "please be informed that zomato doesn't support cancellation of the orders post confirmation by the restaurant. It is so because once the order is confirmed, restaurant starts preparing the order.
            And if in any case the order is cancelled, then you would be charged for the cancellation of the order which would be of equal amount to the order value."

            If i am not reachable for 20 min or so than the order cancelled by zomato without any further information and refund. Is this the policy of zomata is correct?
            They may follow other options like it has to delivered to my address or it may get delayed by sometime but the cancellation of whole order is just fraud they are doing with the customers.

            Moreover i did chat, mail to them regarding my concern (They don't have any customer care no.). But no one responded positively only i get the robotic reply like above.

            I know i will not get my refund but this fraud has to take up as they may doing this with other customers.

              I had placed an order with zomato and the food delivered to me is rotten. When i complaint to their customer service chat they refused to provide a resolution. This is highly unprofessional as we don’t place orders to receive rotten food. One can get sick or typhoid. Kindly replace it with the fresh and edible food or refund my money paid.

                I m jaspreet singh from ludhiana my mobile no is [protected] i order 2 times a day from zomato but today i m totally frustrated from zomato i order my order was confirmed [protected] and after 20 minutes your rider said that you have to come half a distance to collect your order i[censored] dont come the order was canceled then he canceled my order than withen 5 minutes i place a new order near my house my paymnt also deducted order confirm but after 10 minutes when i call the rider he said the shop was closed i hv doubt becouse everyday i go to that shop me immediatly go to that shop and call the rider where are u he said outside the shop but sheter down the shop was open my order was readdy owner of the shop said no one from zomato come to collect the order is this the way to give service with lie i checked the cctv pf shop no zomato rider there go to collect the order no [protected] and i complaint to zomato chat even they said that shop was closed when i m standing in the shop now u tell me what to do againt you zomatoo... There is many law for customer

                  The kind of pizza delivered by zomato was worst .It made me irritating. I have worst experience with zomato and I will surely never use the app in the near future also I will also demotivate my relatives not to use this fake food company for ordering something as they don't have value for money and they disregard their customers. One must file complaint to the food related department for the inconvenience caused to the customers as they will handle u cheap people seriously.

                    I have ordered food from pizza hut through zomato, but without prior notice, they rejected my order and deduced money, so i need a refund of my money immediately, as i need that money for some other urgent purpose, zomato is not responding, i have also sent mail regarding this but their response is not at all satisfying, as i am a college student, i don't have that much money in hand to compensate for more than a day, also here my place is heavily affected by cyclone, i don't have any other money. Kindly take my case a special one and try to refund me immediately

                    Last night 4 December 2018 at 9:34pm I ordered paneer biryani from Balaji Santhosh dhaba.The food was no taste and less quality and quantity. I complaint on zamoto chat.
                    Today 5 December 2018 I ordered chicken Biryani from grand Paris restuarant. The chicken Biryani was totally smelling and next called to grand Paris restuarant but no lifting phone nd no response and also delivery boy number [protected] was not connected. And also again complaint on zamoto chat.. so replace my money otherwise I will do further action like case on food service
                    i just want to ask that the money has been refunded to my paytm account or not for the order id [protected]

                      Restaurant cancelled on me after an hour without contacting me at all and a week later zomato decide to charge me 600 for the cancellation.

                      Asked for reason and they said i was uncontactable. Asked for evidence to show i was uncontactable/any signs of effort of calling me and zomato couldn't give any, but instead kept telling me that i was uncontactable.

                      Definitely a scam, would never have expected a company this big to be such a scam and make money out of me this way.

                        Today on 15.11.2018 i ordered food in zomato. The restaurant is located in somajiguda, hyderabad and my address is in income tax quarters road no 12 hyderabad. That person says i am in somajiguda how could i delivery you? Clearly i located my address i. E. Road no 12, banjara hills. But he confused and ultimately my order got cancelled and my amount was forfeited. I received the msg "sorry the order was declined due to an issue with your address. Since the food was already dispatched, cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied." redress the grievance

                          I ordered stale food from Being Punjabi restaurant in Chennai, I told customer care and kept the food as the proof if they want. But zomato did do anything not even contacted the restaurant, they keep saying we will get back to you as soon as possible but is more than 10 days now, no action against the restaurant yet. They still asking me to wait.

                            zomato blocked my account on complaining

                            food not delivered and amount has not been yet refund

                            I ordered from tomato on 12th november at 8:36 pm and order number was [protected]. I was waiting for the food but due to some technical glitch my number was unreachable for few minutes after 9:10 pm. I was waiting for zomato delivery boy at the address where the order was supposed to be delivered. But no one came to deliver the order. When i enquired with zomato about the order they said as my number was unreachable, therefore, they cancelled...

                            Yesterday i order the food on zomato. They donot yesdelievered the food and not refunded my money... I also mail them but they didn't reply anything...                               My question is that zomato collect our documents, bank details.menu aND all for there new delivery services.
                              But it's happened in August 2018 and they commit to us they start there service after one month. And now November going on. We received a massage from zomato also they infrom us they will contact us very soon, but no one contact with us...it's really very bad activities for zomato...

                                I would like to make a formal complaint against against deliver failure and order cancellation.

                                I had ordered from rahat darbar and confirmed with rahat darbar on the phone .even after 40 min I contacted them again and in the zomato app it was mentioned that the order was declined as I didnt receive the order and the rider was unable to contact me as my phone was not reachable as informed... I would like to inform that I m currently at Keys hotel marol which has a 24/7 proper reception desk and the rider never came to the reception and my phone was always available. .

                                My order has been declined even though nobody came to the reception desk and did not bother calling, the order was just cancelled..I got a call from rahat darbar and the owner made me speak to the rider who said he came namely (mohammed ) .when I questioned him about the delivery place he did not even know where he had gone to deliver and was clearly lying that he came here to deliver here .he said he would come to deliver the the food again now.but even 40 min later no one has turned up.The saved phone conversation may be made available as and when required.

                                I would request you to kindly look into this matter and refund my amount and also punish such erring riders failing which I shall make this whole summary on social media just to inform people about the malicious ways in which fraudulant business like this is being conducted

                                  My order Id with Zomato : [protected], I have made the payment using my Paytm soon after that I got the response that your order declined by restaurant, I intiated the chat with zomato help they said that amount will be refund is autointiated and it will reflect in your account in 24 to 48 hrs.

                                  Now when i ask about the refund they are saying the team tried to approach me but i was not reachable. I never got any call.

                                  It seems very unethical on Team Zomato part. I am attaching the chat for your kind reference. and order in which it can clearly seen the time i made the order is 1.06 and with in 10 - 15 mins omato is claiming that there person was there to deliver I was not reachable as at 1.21 pm I have chatted with their support.
