On 3rd november at 03:21 pm i have ordered food from melt in and my order
Id: [protected]. Due to bad packaging the food was spilt. I complained zomato and shared the image they told me they initiated a complete refund and 138 zomato credits and my order amount was 554. So after waiting for 24hrs i again start chatting with another executive and that executive told me no refund was initiated from there end so he will initiate the refund right now. Now the still i didn't recieved any refund i again complained zomato another executive told me he will look into the matter and did nothing. Now i again contacted the support the 4th executive now telling me they have no provision for refund. They will refund the amount to zomato wallet after 24hrs. And told them why in zomato wallet i'm supposed to get it in my card. And i have the screen shots where they told me i will get back the amount in my card. On 6th nov they still not initiated the refund. So bad experience from zomato. They don't even respect customers. Kindly solve my problem and i want the refund in my card or in my paytm wallet. And after that i will close my zomato account. Sorry to say but swiggy is much better than zomato.

    I have ordered domino's pizza paying from my paytm account on 5th november 2018, restaurant said they don't deliver the food in my area and they will cancel the order, but i didn't received any type of intimation regarding the cancellation and the amount has not refunded. After several chat with zomato persons they told it will process and you will get the refund, please give the refund as early as possible.

      4th november i have ordered food from your app two times and zomato cancel both time.!!! And now they also refused to refund the money.

      First time i ordered at 9.07 pm and after waiting a long one and half hour zomato cancel the order and refund the money. After that zomato support guys told me to order again and at that time there will be no issue. So i ordered again at 10.40 pm. At around 11.30 pm i got one call but it got disconnected. So i call back, at the time the delivery boy told me that my order has been cancelled because we are unable to reach your phone several time. But i got call from the delivery boy just one time. And now its show me that my money can't be refunded. I mailed them with my all concern but they told me money is not refundable. I send several mail after that but didn't get any response.

      One of my last two order is not placed and when i complain against it they don't give proper Justification and told me to refund after 2-7 business days. Worst service provider and also don't give proper Justification to customer.

        On 28 oct i ordered with order id [protected] and made payment thru net banking and my money was deducted from my bank a/c but order not placed. I chat with customer support of zomato and they told me to wait 7working day but after 7working day they are telling that they didn't receive money and contact to bank. I also mailed but they also rply same

          580/- is deducted from my account.
          Not placed any ordered for that.
          On 4th nov 18.
          In my bank statement it shows ecom zomato media private l gurgaon in.

          Before that same day i have order some food which is of 185/- that amount is deducted no problem. This amount i had paid through my debit card. I have saved my debit card details on zomato app. This 185 is deducted from ecom http www zomato p l new delhi.

            I hav been mailing u that my account has benn blocked as one resturent didnt deliver me its there problem not minee. So please reactivate my account . I love zomato .. im using it every day in my life .it is the best app for food ordering . I think u will reslove my problem soon . Now i cant order food . Becz i dont know how to cook. Please slove my problem soon

              My order was not delivered but the amount was fully deducted on the basis of cancellation fee whereas I never cancelled my order. They gave the reason that my contact was unreachable whereas I never got a damn call. And then they shamelessly asked me to reorder and pay again. Am I a fool to waste my money twice?
              Their delivery system is ### and so is their CUSTOMER CARE. And all this because I paid beforehand. If I were to pay through COD then I wouldn't have had this problem.

              They basically stole my money.

                I placed an order on zomato from chayos on 02 nov which wasn't delivered but i was charged for the order.

                I request a refund of the amount i paid as early as possible.

                    I have ordered with order#[protected] on friday nov 2nd 2018 in zomato.

                    I have mentioned my address clearly in the order. When the executive called me for delivery, i didn't lift the call and i have called him within 5minutes.
                    We use to order regularly and every delivery person will drop the parcel at reception and leave. But, this guy didn't drop anything.

                    When i called him after 5minutes, i asked him about his location to pickup my parcel. He mentioned that he gave the order back to kfc. So, i travelled to kfc and requested for the same. They mentioned that no one returned the parcel.

                    When i called the delivery executive again, he is telling that parcel is not returned and packet is with him. So, i asked him the location to pickup.

                    He told that he cannot share the location and order is cancelled. Amount will be transferred back.

                    When i informed same in the chat support and email, executive is telling that amount will not be refunded.

                    So, whom should i reach now for the refund of amount.

                    I have all phone recordings and chat history as well for the verification of your perusal.

                    There is no where mentioned that phone should be lifted in 5minutes to deliver, else order will be cancelled and money will not be refunded. I have given proper address, landmark which is very famous in begumpet.

                    I would like to seek your help for the refund of amount.

                      I have placed the order cash on delivery so he don't get discount on cod so i was canceled the order there was no one confirm that i was canceled so same amount was deduct how disgusting without information how was my amount deduct i want refund my amount any how my order was 138 rupees deduct without any information it was wrong way i really hurted it

                      I had ordered for veg hakkah noodles but got chicken noodles.This is highly unacceptable we belong to a pure vegetarian restaurant.we have been a regular customer of zomato but this incident has broken all trusts.this is very wrong on their part, highly disappointing.

                      My order in zomato is rejected . The paid amount is initiated to refund in my bank account . Still i didn't receive the payment. ₹113.95 . Refund reference number: 300010830483031623424 . But the Zomato informed me that the amount is refunded . I attached the image of the proof . I request you to take my complaint and resolve it .

                        This order was rejected by Nandhini. I didnt receive the refund or the order cancellation email or the refund reference number.

                        I have tried contacting chat they asked me to email [protected]@zomato.com and its been 4 days and no response.

                        Also there is no proper customer care. My money is stuck and refund email for which chat associates have no answer and are rude and there is no response from email team.

                        Worst experience. Playing a huge fraud game by luring customers with their offer and then not refunding the amount when restaurant rejects order!!

                          I have ordered food on zomato by mistake and i pinged to zomato to cancel with in a minute. But they replied order cannot cancelled. Then on my request order is cancelled and after cancelling when i pinged for refund, zomato replied that it will not refund. Then i said if you are not able to refund then do zomato credit but they are not even do credit the money. This is a type of cheating. So neither food delivered nor money refunded. This is a type of fraudand cheating with prepaid customer. I am very disappointed with the service. Kindly..

                            Zomato did it again...
                            There was a successful transaction from my side to atom technologies ltd., but my order wasn't placed by zomato.
                            No one is receiving calls from zomato customer care, nor the customer support available in the app is working.
                            I need refund.

                            I wanted to know status of my order, but no help is further provided by zomato

                            Zomato launched itself with huge offers but failed to satisfy its customers. With this poor service i don't think so it's going to work.

                              Sir, i have ordered food on zomato and when the delivery boy came to address, he is unable to contact us due to network issue or anything i don't know what happened, then i called zomato to review my order and they said that your order is cancelled then i went to restaurant to collect my food as money is already paid to zomato at the time of ordering food but restaurant person denied and ask to pay money again. At the end i ddnt received neither my food nor money return. This is big fault of zomato as they cheat people by taking their money surreptitiously, i am very disappointed with the service. Kindly take a strict action against zomato and help me to get my money value back.

                                You guys have blocked my ac again saying suspicions.. Fod knows what suspicious things i did... More over they said it was due to multiple sign but i have not even ordered or done any sign up
                                N when you mail them they'll reply when they feel like improve your customer service.
                                And yes am a gold member if you can unblock it then give my money back...

                                  I had ordered food form zomato on 2 nov 2018. I need a refund for it. Placed on 2nd nov at 12:45 pm. #[protected]

                                  I wanted the food to be delivered to my officer since i was at office, but the app picked up my home address (Even though i had used the gps to pick current location, and entered my office address).

                                  Within seconds of making pre-payment (Online). I realized that the app has picked up the wrong address. Within 60 seconds of ordering (Really within 60 seconds) i contacted zomato chat support to cancel the order and confirm that they will refund, so that i can place another order at the proper address.

                                  I believe it was a mistake to trust zomato with my money. The chat support told me that they will not cancel the order, they will not refund and that i can cancel my order but forget about the money. Wow! Like this is theft. I was surprised that this was their response. But this was their response.

                                  I tried to explain to zomato support that look it's only been a minute since the order. It can easily be cancelled. However they simply refused to cancel and wasted over 1 hour on the chat. And at the end of one hour zomato chat support put it on me saying that since i was not found at the address they will charge me full amount. At that point i was aghast, that not only is the zomato chat support inept at helping the customer, but they are also very sly. Like it's an open loot by zomato.

                                  I even explained to them that i'm perfectly okay to make another order if they confirm to me that they will refund. So i eventually will pay the money to them only. I also explained that my family members also use zomato and zomato has done a lot of business with my family and me. And that this kind of behaviour by zomato will obviously lead me to stop using zomato and use swiggy and ubereats.

                                  No matter how much i explained. It seemed that nothing seemed to matter to zomato.

                                  I honestly thought it would be simple enough like the customer immediately notifies the zomato customer care and zomato refunds. Both parties go on their merry way having a good business relationship. Sorry to say, zomato obviously doesn't seem to see these things this way. They are happy stealing 124 rupees from me.

                                    I ordered 2 milkshakes but by the time is was delivered it is nothing less than a hot beverage. It didn't end here,
                                    The milkshakes were sour
                                    Who on earth is making sour belgium chocolate milkshake?
                                    When i asked for another milkshake the request was denied
                                    So i asked for refund still no response.

                                    Then i tried to take up the matter,
                                    I called the restaurant from google maps number (I tried zomato's call option but didn't get past the ivr)
                                    The number registered was wrong, call went to some individual who didn't bother to even say it was a wrong number.

                                    What kind of restaurant is zomato dealing with?
                                    Is zomato the next foodpanda?

                                      I have ordered food using zomato app, i have told zomato support to convey my new mobile number to delivery boy. Support said your number is shared with delivery boy. After that i personally called delivery boy and said deliver my order. And suddenly i got message order is rejected. I told support to refund my money but they said they won't.

                                      I contacted zomato customer service, he called delivery boy and delivery boy said because of noise he was unable to remember my number.

                                      I also contacted restaurant for the same, they said this is third party order we can not do anything.

                                      I need my money refunded asap.
